        Zianna is a small woman with a girlish face. She has pale skin and white hair which sheoften has died black at the tips, as she is told it looks nice. She has lots of hair and it usually surrounds her face like a mane, however from time to time she ties it up in the back. She has milky white eyes due to blindness, and as a result nearly always keeps her eyes closed. 
       
        Zianna usually wears loose fitting clothing that are neutral in color, as she doesn't quite understand colors. She will wear loose fitting tops, that show her shoulders and a long skirt. She is a very modest dressing woman, even if she is definitely a looker. 

        Zianna usually has an emotionless expression on her face, and if she does show emotion it would be anger or irritation, but occasionally curiosity or frustration. Most of the time, she just looks like she isn't there and aloof. She rarely opens her eyes, as well they are blind, and if she does its when she is surprised or upset at someone or something. 

        When zianna walks she uses her shikome-zue like a walking stick. She swings it back and forth. It is so basic that anyone who doesn't know any better would think it is a regular walking stick to assist her blindness. She swings it back and forth and will often swat at people for her own amusement using blindness as an excuse. she does in fact know whats going on. She is a graceful person, and holds her self with dignity and grace, aside from eating, which she is a very messy eater, and will hide to eat so nobody sees it.

        She wears her Leaf village Protector on her neck proudly. She thinks it bring her great luck, which may or may not be true, but she very whole fully believes it to be so. It is her pride and joy and despite all odds she managed to become a gennin despite her lack of sight. It is polished daily and shines in the light.

        When Zianna is not on duty she can be seen walking the streets of the grass village in an old kimono. Most of the original silk is worn out and it is covered in patches that makes it look more like a quilt. The patches are self done and of random colors and fabric and she doesn't understand why people find it to be strange, as she again cannot perceive color in any capacity.

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: Without this Jutsu the Clan is capable of just listening with sharpen hearing. What this Jutsu does is by using the chakra along their eardrum, labyrinth system, as well as the outer ear of the body the user makes their ear into something of a sonar. This sonar system enables the brain to remember certain points by sound wave frequencies that hits the ear from a pebble hitting the water, to a person walking along grass. The Sonar system enables the Shitakuma clan to basically see. This is greatly used when Rain falls down for every time a drop hits the ground it emits a sound so basically they are capable to see for the first time in their lives. When first learned the distance that one is capable of understanding and remembering is the distance of fifty meters. After each time learned the distance goes up by twenty meters.
Special: The first time learned the user must do the signs of Dragon, Rabbit, Dragon, Ram. After the first time there would be no need for the seals.
Drawback: Must be trained into this more then once. Without the proper training of a technique such as Kusokesuni and Advanced version sounds could cause dizziness or damage to the user. The sounds to create this must be sounds that are greatly abrupt and fast which must be near the ear like a Flash/Bang grenade.
Description: When sound frequencies hit the ear it creates a sonar in which the mind remembers in a certain distance until the sound waves hit the ear once again. It looks as if the user is capable of seeing in such a way but it is just a technique that enables the user to know where to go and how far objects are at. They are capable of seeing shapes, and size, but the thing is they are not capable of seeing defined objects.

Description: Relevant Abilities: Perception Skill. Die Rolls: 1 Die Roll. Check Requirement: Described. This skill allows the character to properly tend to the sick and injured. While some basic medical knowledge is inherent in this skill (to the extent such can be said to exist), the character’s role is to provide an optimal environment to facilitate the patient’s own recuperative abilities, by monitoring the patient and tending to his needs as required. The most basic need for any patient is food and drink. The nursing character ensures that the injured party is drinking sufficient fluids and provided with food that he can keep down (and in fact does so). Additional responsibilities include changing bandages, keeping watch for infections and excessive bleeding and applying cold compresses to relieve fever. First Aid providers can also perform critical care (a.k.a. battlefield medicine). If they can tend to a wound within an hour of it being inflicted (and make a successful Average difficulty skill check), their palliation restores 1 Armour Point of damage from that wound. Note that each individual wound may only be treated once - if the remedy is botched no subsequent aid is possible. Injured characters under the care of a First Aid provider (of at least Novice mastery) heal their wounds significantly faster, reducing the number of rest days required by one per category (a full day cannot be reduced below 1). Cooking a meal generally takes no more than an hour, although the preparation of ingredients and dishes may take several. Cooking can be used to preserve yields from Plants and Creatures. This does not need a die roll but the user must have Advanced Mastery Level to do so. A skill check or "crafting" a meal is not needed. A lot about the app is rather... confusing on account that the second post has a lot of things all mashed together, and there is a post from Cadoc right in the middle of it (which I heard was there for reference so you could better work with the format and all that, which is fine by me to be honest). But yeah, a few things.

You've got several skills on the application, which is fine, though you'll need to get rolls for the level of skill you've got at it. Personally, i'd suggest starting with a bunch of techniques and training the skills IC, but if that is not your thing, I get that.

Also, your appearance only has a bunch of links, but needs several paragraphs of description before we can move along with the grading process. So if you could get to that first, that'd be great.

Now, for the second post. I'd suggest cleaning that up a bit. You've still got an insane amount of spacing between everything in there, though that is not "really" an issue I guess. When you get approved, you can tidy up your application in a way you see fit, so that can potentially be handled at another time.

Though I would like to see you split the traits, the skills and the techniques/jutsu from one another as that provides us with a bit more oversight into the matter.

You can pretty much copy/paste that thing right in there. It lets yourself and the people grading your things know how many slots you for everything, seeing as you only have a select amount of slots to fill in with things before you can't get any more diverse in your approach.

So first things first.

You need to put the total amount of SP that you have from each skill into your bio next to the skill (the total number from your die rolls). As such -- Intimidation (SP: 12/125) or something similar. You need to say how many of each secondary weapon you have, and keep in mind you have a lot more ryo then you are spending. You can have up to 13,000 in primary weapons and 30,000 ryo in secondary items. In geneal look over this post and this thread in detail. I know it is a lot, but it is all really important. Your personality, appearance, and background are strong. I like that. Also, when I count up your techs I'm getting 90tp instead of 100tp? Let me know if you need any more assistance.

Also, along with the chart Hamura gave you it is intended to help you keep track of how much tp you have in each slot. So for Shitakuma you could put [30] beside it since that is how much tp you have from Hells Ears. Although this is not necessary to be approved.

Look at other bios for ideas on how to format and do all of this. Many of us who rp have pretty detailed bios and you can just do something similar. Click any link under a headband (Genin, Chuunin, etc.) to see a person's bio.

Also what is Cadoc post doing in the middle of this as Hamura pointed out? Should it be moved?
