Muay Thai Mastery Question

Support Issue: Combat
The Issue: I was wondering how the wording of the mastery might interplay with other techniques, or if it only affects strength bonuses. I suspect that this may be a result of Muay Thai being based on older systems, possibly.
What is meant by "techniques that strengthen the user's striking ability"?
For example, does this mean that this wouldn't stack with Greater Unarmed Strike? What about the Power Attack techniques? Or Force Punch?
There's also the Haymaker punch in boxing, that can go beyond S rank as well if it's trained multiple times.

Muay Thai Mastery
Rank: "B", "A", "S"
Type: TaiJutsu
Effect: A Mastery in which a user is capable of hitting with great strength in which feels normal towards the user, however creates a larger impact against the opponent.
Special: ---
Drawback: This Mastery does not stack with other masteries. This Mastery works only on striking techniques using only the Fists, Elbows, Knees, and Feet. This Mastery works with Universal Techniques, however does not stack with strengthening Techniques that increases the user's striking ability. This Mastery only works if user has a good footing and proper stance.
Description: A Muay Thai Master is known to knock out a Bag holder when holding a Gym Bag. This technique increases the user's ability to hit stronger.
"B" Rank Mastery - Gaining 500 Training Points - Each Rank is increased by One Rank. This means a "D" Rank technique has the destructive power of a "C" rank technique, and a "C" Rank technique has the destructive power of a "B" Rank Technique.
"A" Rank Mastery - Gaining 1000 Training Points - Each Rank is increased by One and a Half Ranks.
"S" Rank Mastery - Gaining 1500 Training Points - Each Rank is increased by Two Ranks. This means a "D" Rank technique has the destructive power of a "B" rank technique, and a "C" Rank technique has the destructive power of a "A" Rank Technique.
If a Technique is an "S" rank technique, the amount of damage does stack as it starts by the lowest rank. This means that the user would hit as if hitting with an "S" Rank technique with an additional "D" rank of power. If a user is knocked out of a proper stance that allows him to use his whole body in an attack the mastery does not work for the user. Note Each Muay Thai Mastery takes away One Boxing Mastery for the Inside Fighter.
Limit: Must have gained 500 Training Points for "B" Rank Automatically. Must have gained 1,000 Training Points for "A" Rank Automatically. Must have gained 1,500 Training Points for "S" Rank Automatically.
