Description: Range of this technique is personal. Duration of this technique is 5 hours per Class Level. User gains the ability to instantly teleport from one area of slush, snow, or ice to any other area of slush, snow, or ice up to the distance indicated on the list below. Transport distance is based upon the substance touched at the point of departure, not at the point of arrival. User may wait to travel in this manner up to the duration of the Jutsu, holding the charge, but immediately upon arriving at the destination point, the Jutsu ends. Slush - 30 meters. Snow - 60 meters. Ice - 90 meters.
Limit: Must know Ice Release.
Let's say for example, I have a bunch of ice within a 90m radius of myself (not all touching - some are just random patches of ice surrounded by earth).
1. I cast this technique on a singular area of ice. Can I teleport to other areas of ice that are NOT connected to this initial area of ice (but are still within the 90m radius of this technique)? The technique specifically mentions 'area' of slush/snow/ice, so I assume they don't all need to be connected, but thought it was worth double checking.
2. Say several huge chunks of ice are falling from the sky (within 90m directly above me). I cast this technique on a patch of ice on the ground. Can I teleport to the chunks of falling ice, or do they need to be touching the ground?
