It was a wonderful day to be honest in all of this fighting he had read in the past."I pity the mortals that live there lives a pitiful sad, idiotic days. One day you will realist my power. But until then."He paused looking around surprisingly no one heard him."One day I will rule the world."He finished softly. Moving out of the apartment, he looks away and looks down towards the ground making his way towards a training area, that had nearby water next to it.

Making his way around a certain alley he revoked his tracks, making his way towards another alley, while coming out into a bloody ninja play fight."Children."He snorted out of his mouth as he made his way towards his training area.

He sat down, and mediation for about five minutes before forming two hands seals and sealing the last he spoke."Ochiru Ame no Jutsu" He closed his eyes, and little drips of water lifted into the air, he coughed and lost control of the jutsu water splashing down, in tiny little drips of matter."Shit."HE spoke rather vaguely."This is gonna be a lot harder seeing as the water reduced to tinier water parts."He said slowly. He felt drain of charka, and stained stamina taken away from him. He refocused himself and formed the same seals, and then sealed it, this opening his eyes to release a manifest flow through charka as tiny little drops of water came up, towards the air, for a minute or so, it stay then he released, it and rested, for twenty minutes before resuming the process.

More water is able to be thrown into the air for less chakra and suspended into the air for less chakra. The use of the rat hand sign can cause the technique to repeat itself for less chakra. Repeated technique flies higher into the air and falls down slower once the water is unsuspended. At this point, User no longer needs to have a water source for this technique. Water will fall from the air and follow the same rules as the aforementioned levels of the technique. At this stage, water will fall continously from the sky until User cancels the technique. Next to no chakra is needed to continue the rain.

He sighed, after resting last time, and preforming the jutsu. He felt less drained. "I want to test something."He said slowly, as he lifted his hands and closed his eyes and he medication for a few seconds, reopening his eyes. He then would form seals, and then water lifted into the ground."Hmm, that worked as planned."He said patting slowly, before forming a rat, seal as that happened, the water that dropped to the ground then raised on it's on, and the water multiplied itself into a reproductive styrene the rain drops had more drops in the air then he last preformed. He then broke the seal, as the water drops fell, on the ground. He was still tired from his last training, and little rest with a lot of training didn't help much at all.

He sighed, And then spoke."Again we go. I am still drained by quite a lot but that does not stop me from training.'He said, slowly, and then went to Rest he rested for a few hours, two or four, to get his tiring back to rested, and stamina healed. As well as charka, before awaking.

His baggy sleepy eyes acculturate did the trick by him sleeping he felt less drained."Again."As he said that, he formed the hands seals, and water raised, then quickly rotation the hand seal into Rat, the water dropped down, and then raised again, with a lot of water then before, seeing as when the water dropped it splashed with matter making more of them. He resumed this, and then went to resting for a few seconds and resuming the same process till dusk.

He again, begun doing same process for an hour then stopped. He closed his eyes, and begun to meditation slowly. For an hour or so, his legs getting nimb, as he sorely ignored it at first. But then choose to stand, after that was done, he walk a bit to get the nimbness of his legs, and he sat down. Again forming the seals, and then forming a Rat seal, after doing so he then raises his elbows and water came out. and up the ground.

He sighed, and then dropped his elbows, causing the water to drop, and then swiftly lift back in the air, releasing the sign he did the same process over and over, for a few hours, getting drained and tired, it was 9 29 pm, around that time. In cloud.

He paused, it was late. And he needed rest, even if it as hard to admit. He knew that he needed rest. getting up he spoke."Tomorrow morning we start early."HE said slowly towards himself, after doing so. HE got up retracing his steps, into the village, and into an alley where his apartment was. Unlocking the door, then closing it and locking it, he unhooked his heavy weaponry, and sat down on his bed speaking."Carrying this heavy stuff is slowing me down. And this village, it's to noble and peacefully, it reasons with people. Me being born here, is not a good thing for my goals, but a challenge none the less."HE spoke to himself slowly.

He took off his clothing, showed, and went to bed. Morning shifted so fast as a blur in a morning dream. Awaking early into the morning at 5 am. He did his daily duties got dressed, in the same way, ate, and grab one full water bottle, and one half empty, he then left unlocked and locked the door and headed towards the training area he was in before.

After tracking down the spot he was in before he begun, to enter it tried a bit, not used to waking up that early might as well get used to it correct? Oh well, anyways he placed the two bottles on the ground and begun to slowly sit down, legs crossed eyes closed, and meditation for an a hour or so, till 6 am.

After doing so he opened his eyes, and spoke, slowly and calmly."Again, we do this once again."He spoke he begun to form seals, and then sealed it, only a few drops of water lifted into the air, the others were gone, from being dried up. He released the jutsu, and opened the half empty water bottle. and water to the ground, after doing so, he closed the bottle, making sure it was sealed before. Forming seals and lifting the water into the air, it was rather a great experience it felt like HE was using a form of telekinesis but really was not. HE repeated the process for three hours, it seemed the drain was less, but he could still feel it.

After three hours over doing the same thing over and over, his chakra drained slightly, yet his stamina drained more from over tiring himself. He patted as Sweat dripped from his head, down his neck, towards his shirt covered by the robe."This is pointless, I understand, by me training this, I gain better charka control slightly, and less drain on this bloody Technique, but there has to be an easier way of training this."He said slowly. He slammed the palm down impatiently causes the water drop. Get a hold of yourself Sithis.

He sighed, crossed his legs and placed both wrists near his knees, closing his eyes, he calmed down rather quickly. Before Clearing his mind and mediating, this mediation was his resting hour. From his overly sized, training that he did. He Machination four three hours, He broke the Mediation. It was noon, his stomach rumbling, and his lip rather bitter from the bite he took in, into the skin of his Lip.

He spoke yet again rather silently and calmly."My feet are ****ing Lifeless, what kind of sick bullcrap, am I acculturate withstanding, I have never been so patience in my enter life hood then when I am reading books, It's my drive to take over the world maybe?"He said rather bitterly, his lip curled up in a bitter sweat, he felt pain, and it was not pleasant, nor did he care for it, causing it to conceal out. And closing the bottle and it's cap again closing his eyes, and beginning to focus as well as seal to preform the needed jutsu. The water yet again raised into the air, this time, he was able to throw the water, while at the same time control for a temporary amount of time time, before forming the rat seal, and holding it, while it dropped and then came back up, he repeated this process till it was 3 pm. Before deciding what to do next.

It was rather a misfortune day, he seemed more patience after his peroration at what he did. With the patience it helped him better control himself with less drained, yet he still felt the tiresome feeling, and hungry in his stomach.

He stopped, at three pm. Taking a the full bottle water, he sipped some before closing an placing it on the ground. After doing so, he begun to form seals, deterioration filled him like a reckless spine, that gave him cold chills that ran to the back of his bloody spine, and around his body.

He was undermentioned he can do it, he sealed the last seal and spoke."I CAN DO IT!!"HE yelled in a cold evil childish voice, as he begun to raise drops of water into the air, as it was superdense from the ground, he manifested more of the of the charka, allowing more drops to lift into the air, and then drop as if a plashing thundering blast hit his face of hard rock water.

Adeline boasted his body, giving him a high pitch power boost by being determinedly and spike of chills around his face. Who would have known this actually was true and it's theory. He formed seals, this time, the water raised quickly and fastly with quite more drops, the spike of determination caused him to have less charka drained temporarily as well of the mildest, slightly raised his charka mastery, or better yet control of his charka. Which highly surprised him. That this was better. In what he was doing as for now.

HE smiled, and before to repeat the process over and over eventually getting tired. He stopped for another sip of water before placing it to the ground and resuming the training, as the day went by, his rush went off and he begun to feel draining. More, and less as if it was trying to balance itself each time he practiced. He begun to form the seals again, raised the water high up into the air, mid point of twelve feet high. Holding it up high, it lifted it slightly higher, then begun to move it back and forth, before forming the rat seal, and it dropping to the ground and then lifted it self up. Drain over to his stamina, as he has not rested yet.

HE begun to to focus more, each time focusing, it allowed his charka to manifest into a dark aura around him, raising the chill spikes to give him that rush he had before. Yet that did not work, all in all, it drained his stamina more then his actually, Charka, which surprisingly drained less.But the focus also allowed him to martian the control while it was in the air, he formed the rat seal again and then it dropped and lifted into the air. HE stood, up by lifting his legs arcing upward self standing without hands to support his help. Begun to focus ever more, before then, he raised it height to fourteen feet, before forming the rat seal, and it dropping and repeating itself, he was very tired. And hopefully a few more times, and then he can call it a day until tomorrow.

The next morning as he came to the same ground, he decided to do something. Else instead of practicing the jutsu he had before he would practice something else, or learn actuality. In order to preform this move he needed to be somewhere dark for, and the only part was when the sun took it's shade. Moving to a new by shade he begun. He begun to close his eyes, and begun to focus. Gathering charka into his eyes, he begun to form the rat seal, slowly opening the his eyes, a slight bright light appeared from his eyes, and emitted light from the His eyes. he felt drained slightly, Again he closed his eyes, and resumed it, forming the rat seal, he opened his eyes after gathering the Charka towards his eyes, and beginning to to. Open then, and another light came out of his eyes, slightly bigger by a simple inch, and his eyes seemed to have a felt of dryness, he begun to. Repeat the process's, for some time.

Darkness took it's toll, and he can finally put this jutsu to good use. He waved his hands, closed his eyes and begun to focus, gathering charka into his eyes he opened the eyes and then. Light emitted from his very eyes, he was not used to the dozy after it was used. Making the dark area, light up, and him being temporary blind, and then his version went back to normal.

He paused and noticed something each time he used it. He he gained more version sight of meaning. In other words, each time he used it not only was there less charka drain but there also was he can see better when he was using the move.He decided to keep training the jutsu. Till morning fell upon.

He closed his eyes, formed the seals, and then opened his eyes after gathering charka into them, light boosted out quick faster then before, and he could see what he was doing as it emitted the field, but then it went out quite as fast as it went through. It was an odd feeling balancing this jutsu. He sighed, and decided to practice again.

Preforming the needed seals, he closed his eyes, and allowed the charka go through his body into his eyes, and then opening them at the sight, it caused the light to boast out faster, and then before after the manifesting of the charka he sat down and relaxed.

After the relaxation he got up, and resumed his training, his face sweating, like a pig. Sitting down he crossed his legs and closed his eyes. He begun thinking Hmm, this has little drain it seems after using and practicing over time, if it is capable of lighting up from the eyes, it can be used as a blinding Jutsu.

He thought for a small amount of time before he begun to emit the charka around himself, his mind clear and he thought of nothing. It was like he was in some other place, as he was gathering a lot of energy from his toes, legs, shins, thighs, stomach, and then bringing the flow towards the eyes, holding the ugre to not open and cause a chromatic accident.

He begun to form the needs seals, and sealed it opening the his eyes, a blinding flash of light emitted a plain, rather a short distance, two or three feet away, the light was short, but the blinding light was huge, that would cause any enemy, close or few wait away into a blurry version, even his own eyes felt dozy. At the current movement of the day he just preformed it was an accompaniment none the less.

After the side effected withdrew, he got back to his normal senses and begun to open his eyes. Or rather a just to the current sight. Amaze at what just scored and what he manged to do he, begun to practice it.
