The Cloud Village's shopping district is world famous for its high profile fashion labels and consistent celebrity endorsement. Catering for almost all walks of life, this place consistently draws in large crowds of people from all over and has profit yields rivaling the Land of The Moon. That said with bustling crowds comes all sorts of problems and the pic pocketing crime rate here is exceedingly high and tourists are constantly robbed not to mention the fighting and occasional armed robbery constantly has security stretched thin and a few no goods have appeared. Outside a well off art gallery a well dressed man stands on his own. He appears worried and stands out from the large crowd that swelled within the area due to his bright attire, hot pink and yellow. Another individual that stands out is woman, appearing of great wealth as her attire is of some of the highest name and cost. She's walking past the art gallery, behind the nervous looking man, and those with a keen eye would be able to note that someone appeared to be following her (observation 25+) and quickly approaching with a lengthened arm.

Description of mission:
The war with the Gale Empire has caused enough of a stir within the Cloud Village that a few of the more susceptible citizens have become shaken and turned to religion. A few of these people however have taken their faith to the extreme and reports from concerned citizens indicate the possibility that a cult has formed, worshiping a single god. This cult has local business’ concerned as preachers have appeared within the shopping district upsetting the customers with their antiques. Worried their profits would suffer they have asked for the shinobi of the nation for help in dealing with them.
