Kurenai sets up a long beam course. Only a couple inches thick, Kurenai begins balancing on the beam running forward quickly. She jogs around a number of times. Breaking a sweat Kurenai goes around 20 times, like usual she then picks it up and pushes her body even harder.
Kurenai sprints forward with amazing speed and balance. Dashing feet at a time Kurenai lands perfectly on the beam, never missing a step. It takes an extreme amount of concentration to keep the speed without sacrificing balance, the combination is the key to true speed. Kurenai knows this and trains them both at the same time, simultaneously.
Kurenai takes a cool down lap on the beam. She steps off and stretches her legs. Touching her toes she takes deep breaths. Wiping the sweat from her face she grabs a bottle of water and takes a couple of slugs. Kurenai sits and takes a slight break from her training and exercise.
Kurenai beings stretching in the middle of her field. Bending down and standing back up she stretches every fiber in her legs before she starts her next phase of training for her speed. She looks at her field. All the grass has almost been teared away and only dirt is left. She shrugs her shoulders and begins to run.
Kurenai's leg strength has increased tremendously since all thw eight training she has put herself through, now she will return to the pure running regiment to see if it all has payed off. Kurenai's endurance has increased very much as well, so she should make this one last much longer then the last.
Kurenai jogs around her football size field around 20 times before she begins to pick up her pace. She focuses on every fiber in her leg muscles to push herself farther and quicker. She moves at ridiculous speed leaving only dust visible. The field seemed to be more of a dust bowl then a training area.
She sprints as hard as she can. Keeping her body low to the ground and getting as much push as possible from each step. Each step is more of a jump, clearing yards at a time. Kurenai begins to sweat and breath heavy. She concentrates on increasing her top speed exponentially.
With in 10 minutes Kurenai had lapped the field over 100 times. Her body showed no signs of letting up as she continued to move faster and faster. She begins to growl as her body starts to hit its peak and level off at a speed. She slides to a stunning stop and begins to run down the field vertically, up and down.
