Rank: "S"
Mission Briefing: You have been called to assist in a social experiment conducted by an unknown organization, and you are being given a golden opportunity. You will walk as a God among men, fulfilling the role of a member of a unique pantheon that will develop within an incubated culture designed to live secluded inside the massive structure known as The Hive World, nestled deep underground within The Yamatae Building (Foreclosed). The Yamate Building is where your mission begins, in the city of Chīsachīsa, on the island of Dröfn (Foam-Fleck) in the Land of Waves. You will receive further information as to the nature of the experiment, as well as its social merit, upon arrival. Your contact point is the building's Vice-Chairman of Research, Dr. Gloomair T-12 Inoldsvir Thrallgrend Faurchmalon. Though it is written off as an expensive simulated publicity stunt by the rest of the world, the people held within this experiment are doing so with an unknown level of consent. In your role as Gods, you must help these people, impact their lives, perhaps even change their view of the world. They are a people who know nothing of chakra or its use. Use your powers to actually answer their prayers.
Plot: They are called the Degyōga, a name whose meaning is something like "people of the jungle". They are a rugged and hard-working people, their culture isolated from the modernization of the world, and they have adapted to the harsh forest that is their home by living as the humans of old once did. They are the herb-tree-people, the jungle-dwelling-riverfolk, something like savages living in massive interconnected village structures, hut-cities coating the edge of endless green wilds. They have names that are only observations of a natural world, they know pain and laughter and hunger but not science. They can be considered backwards and child-like, but the strength inherent in survival has allowed them to eke out an existence full of hunters and gatherers, elders and healers, outsiders and chieftans and, now...the Gods. One of their number, a crippled hunter living with the elders named Rantell, has claimed to see visions from divine spirits. He is using this event as a means for manipulation, corroborated through his use of 'the god's magic', to take subtle control over the tribe, and force them to travel beyond their modest tribal territories, into the 'outside' world. It is time for the actual Gods to intervene. Completion Parameters: Participate in the experiment, discover if the participants are volunteers or slaves, and learn as much as you can about the organization funding this operation.
Non-Ninja Plot Modifier: You are asked to participate in a social experiment that has never been attempted before. There are participants who are involved, and required to play the role of deities. But though the Degyōga did not believe in Gods until the lies of Rantell, they have always believed in demons. Specifically, The Three Demon Brothers, the personifications of their fears about death near an ancient overgrown statue -- the northern edge of their simulated world. Usually, the legend of The Three Demons, as the surrounding 'cursed' stretch of jungle is also called, is enough to keep the Degyōga away. But Rantell's wild claims have spurred on a time of expansion and exploration, that is leading the tribe closer and closer to uncovering The Three Demon's true secret. Hidden within the statue itself is the main observation room of the experiment, as well as direct access 'between' worlds. You will pose as The Three Demon Brothers, utilizing their great powers, and intercept Rantell's next expedition seeking to explore the forest grounds leading to the structure. Bonus: Survival Boss (Araquiel's Hand, Izual). Completion Parameters: Prevent Rantell's expedition from exploring the area leading to the statue by posing as The Three Demon Brothers.
Survival Boss: "SSS" Class Araquiel's Hand, Izual - Though your role as demons is false, the fear and faith you have inspired in the expedition team is real. No task is too small, and no people too removed from the world that they will be ignored by the true Gods. Araquiel has sent his holy enforcer, Izual, to fight and defend new potential followers of the Kaishaba religion. You will not be able to defeat him. Survive! NOTE: At least 75% of the expedition team must be in the "Panicked" condition simultaneously in order to unlock this Boss.
Bonus: "Araquiel's Tooth" Event Only Item - You have survived your encounter with Izual, and he has returned to the higher planes, but left behind a boon in his wake. The expedition team is too afraid to touch it. Take this Impossible Creature Yield before its too late! Winner(s) can exchange (1) pridefoil for all sorts of things during a Random Encounter.

Description: The largest and most powerful of the divine outsider beasts, Kaishaba Lions have white, black, or golden fur. The males are distinguished by their flowing manes. Both male and female Kaishaba Lions are fierce fighters. Kaishaba Lions, unlike common creatures that hunt in prides, are loners who do not need to reproduce, with females typically being more aggressive and domineering. All Kaishaba Lions can leap as far as 100 meters. If a Kaishaba Lion hits with its forepaws, it also rakes with its back paws for 24 Armour Points of damage per Class Level each. Kaishaba Lions can utilize techniques from the Kaishaba Technique Tree. They can become Intangible as a free action, but takes a move-movement to deactivate. Divine Lions prefer hidden areas and are extremely intelligent. Divine Lions frequently kill groups of enemies the size of armies, navies and armadas, and can eat any substance on the physical plane without injury. They have been known to attack those who are Evil aligned on sight. Kaishaba Lions are excellent flyers but dislike swimming and climbing. Their size and strength have made them a feared opponent among those who have offended the gods. There are no prides, only individuals who exist to serve Araquiel's will. All attacks from a Kaishaba Lion ignore hardness and damage resistance, and deal an additional 6 Armor Points of untyped damage to Evil aligned creatures. Hunter of The Hallows Plot Modifier: In a strange false world, a thief has seemingly found one of Morgana's personal belongings, a headdress said to hold immense nostalgic value to the LeFaye family. It may also have the power to imbue a mortal wearing it with god-like power. She can't remember. Travel into this false world and recover the item, and kill whoever was foolish enough to have stolen it in the first place. As the thief may be wearing the item in question, you have been instructed to complete this mission in a pair. If you discover that the nature of this false world is a threat to Alleve's Hallow in any way, destroy it, as well as all those involved. Bonus: Incarnation of Jashin (Hidden Boss). Completion Parameters: Recover the headdress and punish those responsible for its theft, or use by anyone other than the LeFaye line.

Upon defeat, "SSS" Class Incarnation of Jashin will drop (1) of the following for each surviving participant.
Rank: "S"
Type: Main, Mineral, Special Material
Effect: Special material used to capture the souls of those that dies while holding the weapon.
Special: Amount Dropped*
Drawback: ---
Description: Identification: Difficult; Hardness: 11; Armour Points/Inch: 30; Armour Class: -0. This dark, glittering steel alloy holds an attraction to souls recently released from their bodies. Obviously, this has application for melee weapons. If a thinaun melee weapon is touching a creature when it dies, that creature's soul is sucked into the weapon rather than passing on to its final reward. The soul remains in the thinaun weapon until the weapon is destroyed or another creature dies while touching the thinaun weapon (the new soul displaces the old one). Raise dead, resurrection, and similar abilities will not bring back a creature whose soul is trapped by a thinaun weapon unless the user has the weapon in their possession. Because the soul is nearby, fewer material components are required for such Rituals: Raise dead, Resurrection, and etc. requires half as much of the relevant performance cost (unguents or diamonds) to perform if the soul is within a thinaun weapon. A thinaun weapon captures a soul from anyone killed while touching the weapon. This means that if the thinaun weapon's wielder dies, her weapon captures her soul. Only melee weapons made primarily of metal can be crafted as thinaun weapons.
