Revamp Questions - Very Old Character from 2012

The Issue: Good afternoon,

So I need to revamp since my Character is from 2012 and obviously there have been some changes since then. Will this cost me a scrap slot?

1)To make sure I understand this correct, Non-Bloodlimit characters start off with 150 Training Points. I think this replaces the 5 starting Techniques that used to be used. If so, does the 150 TP count in my TP total or does it just go poof? ie I have 2,438 TP before revamping. Am I still at 2,438 after applying the 150 starting TP to techniques?

2)Animal Companion - What's the best way to handle my AC? Jutsu probably need to be updated. Do I need any specific skill/trait/Jutsu? Animal already accompanies me.

3)I also have a Shield - Shobatsu It was an event prize so I'm not planning on using it but is this item out of date?

4) What should I do about items if they are no longer on the item list? I haven't gone through my many many items.

5) Ryo - My understanding Ryo was reset when the server upgraded.
Ryo total - 51325 - See Sept. 4,2012, 11:13 PM Post by Kuragari. I don't see I did any transactions after looting.

6) I understand the below costs me 1 augmentation point to have done to me. Does it also require "C" rank TP or anything else to be listed on my Character? I don't want to be able to perform the ritual, just have it done to me.

Effect: Forms a hive of bees within the recipient's body, giving them access to the jutsus of the Kamizuru clan.
Special: To perform: 1 hour; Duration: Permanent
Drawback: The process requires three hours to complete. If performed improperly, the bees may sting and kill the recipient.
Description: Internal - Takes up 1 Augmentation Point. This ritual is easy to perform, but difficult given the pain. First, the surgeon will make the incision in any area on the recipient's body. It must be fairly large and easily accessible. Once this is complete, the Kamizuru will take the bees and literally thrust them into the recipient's body. Without proper stability, the bees will sting and possibly kill the recipient. However, the role of the first medic is to synchronize the chakra flow of the recipient's body, calming the bees and allowing them to live inside the body without killing the recipient. The second medic will use their skills to alter the body structure of the recipient, creating the hive-like interior. This is the most difficult part of the procedure, and may require the help of the first medic. If all is done correctly, the bees will begin to multiply, and a full colony will be formed in 3 days.
Limit: Must be a Ritualist for Augmentation Rituals.

7) Reading through the Player Guide, Are starting 12 Misc slots = 12 Starting Freebies?

8) Can I add traits to my character with the revamp? Since they did not exist at the time.

Hi. I'm not staff. But I think i can help you. 

1.) you are correct. 150 TP is the same as 5 C rank 30 tp Jutsu. This gives you the option to pick other skills or D rank techniques. The 150 Tp should be included in your TP total. 

2.) Check each jutsu and see if it still exists. Your best bet may be to just revamp the companion.

3.) Shield is still a thing. No new updates.

4.) Find the item that most accurately fits the missing item to replace it. If the item no longer exists it is simply gone now. Or for story sake is now 'inert' or unable to be used. 

5.) You'd need to link staff to the thread count with your last RYO amount and ask. 

6.) Starting with a augment takes money out of your primary weapon allowance instead. You could go to any hospital in character however and pay the performing price to get any of those augments.

1. 150 TP goes to your character.

2. I think you already got this but if you're trying to have a bee, as of RIGHT NOW you'll have ot be a Monster Trainer, you'll need the Vermin technique that lets you get Vermin. The Bee will also be a BAse creature instead of animal companion unless you upgrade that with another technique found in monster trainer. All animals were scaled back. No grandfathering.

3. If the item is still in accepted it's still possible to be used.

4. If you find out items are no longer there you no longer get to keep them and cannot turn them into ryo. Most items however have been transferred into new items at some point. The only ones that haven't tend to be named items.

5. I believe you got your Ryo back.

6. No TP, usually it goes towards your starting Ryo but since this is a revamp nothing will change in terms of your starting items since you already have items.

7. No Misc Slots is different they are professions like ANBU, Alchemist, Artisan, Monster Trainer. Freebies is release, perception, fighting style stance, and traits. Most grab all traits.

8. Yes. Each one takes up a freebie or two. Each one states how much they take.
