You don't have a clue what technique your partner is doing AND he's hugging you think you have enough time to let go and double suicide through (while still chained to your partner) without getting hit by the winds that can toss you around like a rag doll?

I do know that Leon can go underground, but you can't. You can't use any techs gained from the B-day TP in Round 2, lol. So yeah, I reiterate what I said to Leon several pages back when he said the same thing you did. Then theres the fact that the trees will be flying towards you both at high speeds xD.

I don't have anything against you two, I just find the constant Q.Qing over a legitimate death to be annoying, considering its stuff like this that makes the site take steps backwards instead of forwards regarding things like wars and what not.

opening in the forest. I have space to not get hit by them. The jutsu protects me. Plus to the fact that not everyone was effect in the just, even through in the jutsu it states it affects the whole battlefield. I rather keep this civil and that’s why we pm first and not go to complaint. And for some odd reason, you keep bringing up the war thing. Even in a war, and people die in it. People will argue about their deaths and some will just accept it. Everyone has their own opinion and sees it on a different view. Anything about a war through Idc about it, it not going to happen. Never will it seem. So stop bringing it up. Also, I DO have jutsu to block the trees from hitting me if that really is an issue. From which it not in my case so far. And you have been saying stuff about us for a while and not just before this happen.

I don't think it's about you dying, Balmung. Looking past the fact the jutsu is pretty broken (I made a support thread weeks ago but didn't get any answers yet), Leon will undoubtedly end up being hit by your own technique. The protection is plainly stated to be afforded only to the user, and under your conditions (dense forestry, tight trees all around you), those violent winds would smash debris onto your partner in no time. Arguing evasion of the dangers perfectly is also somewhat null, since everything is happening within seconds, and I'm pretty sure no one's expecting to be killed by their own partner's actions. I think Axcel's comments are not intended to be mean to you, but instead simply trying to avoid not bogging down an already slow process that's taken weeks with another extended review over a subject that seems pretty finalized. You're in a forest with dense trees and you create hurricane styled winds all around you. How can you not expect to be hit by debris...?

One of the main problems of this technique is range. Jutsu that do area of effect damage require range, especially the higher ranked ones, and you'll find many of the jutsu that got reviewed from before were giving these kinds of stats. Having 'it destroys everything everywhere!' as a range, regardless of rank, is simply opening the door for all forms of problems, and avoids any form of strategy whatsoever. You can't expect a single 'A' ranked jutsu that's not 'special/unique/rare/has reason to be so strong' to kill everyone in a thread all the time. Also, I was thinking - the presence of natural obstructions would make the range even smaller, as wind tunnels are created by the many tall, thick trees and others, allowing them to redirect the gusts (trees in this island can be as high as 70 meters apparently, validated by CE2) into one area, especially if it's spherical, kinda like how it was ruled that a 125 meter 'Sonar' now only works for 50 meters regardless of forestry because of the denseness of it all.

Lulz, long post. It still go to the fact it didn't give him time to react to the jutsu. His jutsu to go under ground without handseals, meaning he could go underground at any given moment. Also, have you ever been in hurrican?! I don't how anyone won't be effect. If you take away the range, fine. But that still don't count he count that Leon character just standing, seeing funnels comming his way, with black skys. Btw, before I posted, I was told hugging him or something would work <_< I even waited for a while before posting, and no one but one person said anything. In other words, I was misinform on the jutsu >_>it.
