Let's see... Currently I'm an assistant and I was once before this. The only reason I stopped was because Heero decided to demote everyone and start fresh. I've been assistant for a total of around Eleven months now... counting everyone's demotion I would be at roughly Eight months this time around. This is all the experience I have. Don't really count much else...

Okay... So yea.. Alot of this is the same from the last Mod app that I put in here. Why? Well cause there was nothing wrong with it. I added two links and I updated the time that I have been Assistant.

There was an abundance of Vouches and the only place I met opposition was from two Mods. I believe the rest either accepted of left me a vouch. Nothing against you guys just trying to state my support. Past Mods even vouched for me...

A problem you might say is my activity drop in like February to like three weeks ago, but that was 'cause my computer was messed up and I let Heero know of that. Ever since I got my computer back I have been rather active. I do my staff duties as well as duties that aren't mine. I even RP with my characters [as can be seen from my missions]. I prefer RPing over training, but I'll be getting back to training soon enough~

If my attitude is brought up again, I don't think there was one in the first place, but if that is still in question I haven't had any complaints...

I don't think there is anything really left for me to cover... Maybe I missed something... Idk... but yea... If I did I will remember eventually. So, umm... That's it, for now... Grade away~

There is, by far, no harder working, fair assistant out there that knows what he is doing. You'd all be dead-brains if you are to deny this guy again. He's done marvelous as an assistant and I'm more than certain that he will do so as Moderator.

No offense Ayame, but I hate that excuse for not making someone a staffer. He JUST stated that He had a broken computer. He obviously still has the skills and has been making a better effort than most of the other assistants. He knows his stuff. And is obviously willing to do more. Give him a shot. If this "break" causes issues with him as a Mod, just demote him and make him earn it again. No harm, No Foul. Its not like it hurts the site for us to have an assistant sit at mod for a month and then go back to assistant because of mistakes. Do what i used to do, put him on a trial Mod position for a month. After that month, if he is still active. Keep him Mod. If not, throw him back to Assistant or Member.

To repeat. I hate the excuse "My only problem Kira is you just came back from a fairly large break. We need mods who are going to be active. ". If He says he is gonna be active. Take that and if he isnt. Then kick his ass off of staff. Thats the right of a Head Staffer. He explained his inactivity. Now trust him to do his job. If he doesnt, no harm no foul. Kick his ass out. *shrugs*

More of a computer meltdown, and I think I've proven to be rather active like I was before the computer meltdown~

But, I suppose it's up to you guys to decide if my activity is up there or not ^^
