I think i said it best in my application for Game Master...
I've made enough characters to gain an intimate knowledge of the rules, and more than that, i've balanced my quite hectic real life responsibilities with keeping those created characters active, training, and battling.
The same holds true, and having been a GM of NFRP for about a month, i see that the Assistants need a little help too. I'd still be GM'ing my schizophrenic butt off, but i'd also be able to help out those new members who come to the site and would rather RP than read the rules. I'm able to deliver the necessary information in a way that makes them WANT to come back, and just by having a golden name, have received about fifty PM's from new members who assume i can approve them anyway. I always help them out, and always point them in the right direction.

Additional Comments: Of course i've helped out in bio's and in C-box, and i'm LOVING the opportunity for increased RP as a Game Maser, and have been pretty active (I'm currently GM'ing a Summons Quest, have an event for Sound gaining attention, Am participating in Kuro's Bloodclaw Event, joined Iizuka's team of waterfall Genin, I'm GM'ing a mission for Kuro, and i'm training A Ranks with Naitome). I think my plan to inrease activity is going quite nicely, as i've begun (in collaboration with ninja and non-ninja from all across the site with various levels of experience and TP) the foundation of a non-ninja organization that will also help shine some light on the more overlooked Bloodlines and Clans. I think becoming an assistant wouldn't be be abandoning my responsibilities as a game master, (as i'd still be eager and willing to GM as much as human/inhumanly possible), but allowing my experience with the site to benefit others.
There's also a CONSTANT complaint amongst newbies that NO ONE's around to look over there bio's, and i'm probably one of the most active members of the site. As an added bonus...don't i have enough alts(some training, some in missions, some wandering the country-side slaughtering people) that i know my way around a bio? ;D
