I've been an assistant for 3 months and a roughly around 15 days and I can say what we do as staff is hard work but I enjoy it a lot and like many others I want to advance you know. I think I am ready for this spot. Sure I make a few mistakes but doesn’t everybody. I try to contribute as much as I can when needed. Though my output on everything might be different to others I still stand firm on my opinion on stuff. I was never afraid to ask questions to other staff and I learnt a lot from Tenkai. When I wasn’t sure about something I would always ask. Even though I won’t get the title I’ll still be an assistant and I’ll still be around to help but you know just want a shot at this. Also if you do give a denial I’d like to atleast hear some input on why. Just so that I can learn from it and stuff.
