Experience: My exp on being in a staff position goes way back. I didn't start on a web site thought, my first time of ever being in a important job was world of warcraft as a guild master. From there it went to Guild wars and then school projects. It was here I created my own website for naruto known as shinobi story. It died after awhile mostly due to my inexperiance at the time as a admin.
I compiled every thing down so that I could learn from my mistakes. So I found some other large active rp sites and I learned from the mods here even took notes at some things they did. It was at about the age of 18 when I became a mod for a web site called ninja life. The admin was Hatan and I was first made kage then from there I went mod and gave up my position as kage to someone else. I always mad sure that I helped out when ever I could by trying to help new members with stuff suggestions on ideas.
I would still always try to ask for advice from the senior mods thought I never once thought I was good enough. There is always room for improvement. It was about this time I discovered Naruto Role play Home this was back when the site was the orochimaru them. I left ninja life due to it slowly dieing I was the only active mod for over a 3 month period. I would try every thing I could to keep it alive but it came to an end.
So anyways back to naruto role play home, my eyes lit up when I seen the lvl of exp of all the mods. They were so good that I wanted to learn from them as much as I could. I went on to the army life and came back at about the month of November to discover the site had changed and underwent changes in people. I didn't try to apply for staff cause with the new lvl of exp that was displayed here I was a little afraid to. But I remembered back on my exp as a mod in the past and how much I improved since then.
So I am applying to the position of assistant so I can still be some what of a mod but still be able to learn. If you would like me to go greater into detail on my exp as a mod I can try to find the links t the sites and some of my work. So with em going to collage and army I will try to set aside time to my self to full fill this positions needs.
Role Play Experience: Like in the beginning I started on mmo's I can link some of these as well if needed as well as any others I can find. I am a very laid back role player I tend to let my friends/opponents usually go first or role my rp around them. As for naruto role play home it self when you guys underwent the site change alot of my rp was gone. But I didn't let that stop me so I made a new account and got right back into role playing its self as for links I can try to post as many as I can.

Additional Comments: I am in the army so I take advice very well I will always try to adapt and over come. i learn from my subordinates and take any advice I can. I also will follow orders to the T. I will always try to learn as much from my superiors as much as I can.
