I've been an Assistant on NFRP for quite awhile, doing whatever was asked of me without seeking any accolade or anything of the sort. To be frank, I consider myself to be one of the most active out of our entire Assistant squad, and despite managing school, sports, and IRL drama-- I, or so I've been told by other members and ex-staff members, am one of the sites bests Assistants. I can affirm such claims as over the long year since I re-joined the site, I've taken an initiative to further my knowledge of the rules and the customs by reading and questioning older staff members should a problem arise.
Nevertheless, I believe I deserve the position of a Moderator not only because I'm vastly knowledgeable when it comes to the plethora of NFRP rules, but also because I consider myself a leader and not a follower -- and to me, such a quality is required for those with higher positions on the site. I may have lost my head over that dispute with Heero a month or two ago, but I can assure you I'll fulfill all my responsibilities should Upper Staff (Mods, HMs, Heero) feel I'm ready for a promotion; trust me, I know what I am getting into. Regardless, whatever decision you guys make I'm fine with it. Thanks.
