A couple questions if you don't mind~

1) You're in the Cbox when a couple members start getting into it. You try and break it up but they turn and start attacking you. What course of action do you take?

2) A moderator and a member got into a heated arguement in the Cbox. You are the only one online and they are both ignoring your attempts to stop the fight. What do you do?

3) As a mod you would have the ability to approve applications for staff positions. What will you look for when reviewing those applications.

1. I'd leave the cbox ashamed

I'd issue a verbal warning to them first and foremost. Then if they'd continue to jest at me I'd post the logs up in the disciplinary board. Since self modding shows bad character/isn't allowed I'd let another staff member handle the case since I posted the evidence and they would give them their punishment.

2. I'd verbal warning the member first and foremost since due to class hierarchy you can only warn those below you. Then ask them politely to stop before the situation gets even more out of hand and the ban hammer comes. If they continued then I'd issue out the penalty for both parties - a one week box ban. After that I'd copy the logs and post it all in the disciplinary area.

3. Someone with charisma and spunk obvsly. But no seriously, their activity is a very important factor. I would want them to have the activity like our bmods to contribute. And at the same time I want to see them have a bit of confidence in what they're doing (but also know what the eff they're doing). And lets not forget their background record too! I don't want to approve no OJ Simpson onto the staff ranks. If they had a warning in a month from their app then they can't apply obviously. They need to have been helping in the correct field that they are applying for (thank god for searching someones 100 recent post). Their five RP links need to be working and they need to have filled out the application entirely.
