Effect: A Technique used to where a user is capable of paralyzing an opponent depending on where the user touches in which paralyzes a limb of the body.

Description: The user concentrates an electrical current along the palm of their hand. By doing so the user is capable of pushing fourth and must grab upon the opponent in a rough like manner. Doing so the electrical current pushes against the muscles of the body of the user which temporarily paralyzes the limb or section of which was touched for Two Rounds.
Limit: Must have the Lightning Release


Riku got up early in morning to practice a move he really wanted to learn. He wanted to start of with something moderate in difficulty. He was going to concentrate lightning chakra along his palm. He accumulated the energy from his gut and executed the necessary handseals while trying to exert the chakra around his palm. At first, he felt a bit uneasy but soon after his started to adjust. When the chakra got to his palm he started to push it out.

The persevering boy concentrated more lightning chakra into his palm. He soon saw small lightning sparks surrounding his hand. Riku flexed his fingers a bit to make sure that he wasn't seeing things. After that he added more chakra into his palm then the sparks increased in size.

Riku was happy about the sparks then jumped for joy. Immediately after than he forced more energy into his palm and it's size doubled from what it was last time. He was so amazed by it vibrating jolts he lost focus then it bounced back at him giving him a painful jolt which put him back to reality. He calmed him self down and started again.

Displeased by knowing the fact that he got distracted he instantly started the technique up again. Sparks started up around his hand and in a few seconds it's size tripled. He added a bit more energy into his palm then noticed that it was the right size. He held his hand high in the air feeling accomplished then held firmly onto a tree branch. He saw the electricity from his palm leave then go to the tree branch with sparks flying. He let go and saw that some of the bark came off and that the tree had some remaining electricity sizzling on it.

Riku walked to his water canteen which wasn't far away and drank a large portion of it. He felt like he was rewarding him self with refreshing water for learning a technique. He gave out a small grin then prepared himself for more training.

Feeling pumped and ready to go, he got up to perform his technique again. He needed to push the electrical current through his muscles by using his chakra then bring it out to his palm then grab onto an object. He would have asked his sister to help him but he wanted to learn this on his own. He wanted to try his new technique in a different place. He then thought of the local river then decided that he would train there. He picked up his water canteen then headed out.

When arrived at the river he immediately started training. He put his rather large water canteen down and started to accumulate his chakra. He did the required handseals then started to push his lightning chakra through his arm's tendons. It soon reached to his right wrist, after it got there he pushed it out his palm. He saw his palm with sparking electrical currents then noticed that he was becoming more acquainted with the technique. Riku gave out a small grin then went back to mastering his new move. The boy added more chakra into the technique then looked for something to use it on.

Riku was observing the area for something to use his attack on then suddenly, he heard a splash! Riku slowly turned around to see where the sound was coming from then saw a few fishes jumping in and out of the water. Riku decided that he would use the technique on one of the leaping fish. He studied there jumping rate then looked for the perfect fish to use his move on. He eyed a rather normal sized fish as it was heading back into the water. When it was leaping out Riku waited for it to rise in the air some more so he could perfectly time his technique. When it stopped rising Riku swiftly grabbed the fish in a rather rough manner. It was squirming wildly in his hand with electrical currents running through it's body, but Riku didn't let go until it stopped and died.

After killing the fish Riku told himself , "I think I'm getting better at this." He walked over to his water canteen then took a sip from it. He sat down then put his hand on his chin then thought in his mind , "What else can this move be used for?"

After taking a cool sip of water, Riku was alert and ready to sharpen and hone his new lightning based ninjutsu for he knew that he could do better than his previous performances. Riku started off with breathing in and out deeply, making sure that he would be calm and prepared to resume practice. He congregated his chackra from the core of his body then ever so slowly focused it through his arms. Once it reached his wrist, he exerted it forcefully into his palm while maintaining it in control. Riku raised his eyebrows in excitement but reminded him self to stay level headed.

Once Riku was content with the amount of chakra that was in his palm, he tried to concentrate on every proton(while closing his to increase concentration) could he could making sure that he was perfecting them as much as possible. When Riku opened his eyes he glanced at the raiton in awe then with his other hand he wiped his forehead and was surprised to find how much was on his hand . He wipes it off on his pants then direced his attention on his technique. The raiton was slowly gaining more power due to Riku's determination. The edges of Riku's palm had electrical sparks which were becoming more and more to Riku's liking.

Riku knew that it was time to see the improvement in his technique so he turned toward the river then slowly approched it with confidence.When he reached the river's shore he breathed in and out slowly, exactly as when he began his training. He spotted a large fish leaping in and out of the river ferociously. As it rised from the water to about the height of Riku's chin, he grabbed it ruthlessly with electrical currents running through it's body. It squirmed wildly ,but in a few secounds it died. Riku smiled triumphantly when he noticed his improvement. The fish died much quicker than the previous time he attempted.

Riku sat down against a tree then then drank some of the water from his canteen. He was remembering the how far he had gotten since when he started his training. He was pretty proud of his improvement but knew that there was still space for more.

After successfully killing the fish, he wanted to futher increase his skill on the Jolt clamp. He thought of what he could do to train even more then, suddenly it came to him, standing up from the tree he had rested on. He thought,"What is better than training with an actual person to see the effects it had an individual?" He decided he was going to train with his best friend, Hisashi. He picked up his water canteen briskly then went off in search of his friend Hisashi so he could spar with him.

The first place Riku searched for his good friend was at his home. When he arrived at the door he was about to knock, until he heard a bit of Hisashi's parents having a discussion at the backyard. He knew they weren't inside so he went through the back entrance and knocked on the fence. Hisashi's father asked, "Who is it?" and Riku responded lively , "It's Riku!" Hisashi's father immediately opened the fence door and welcomed Riku in. He asked, "So what brings you here?" "I'm looking for Hisashi. Where is he?" , Riku answere on the dot. Hisashi's father said,"He went to the local training grounds." "Thanks!", said Riku then he hurried of to the training grounds to meet his friend.

Riku found his way to the training grounds on his search for his friend. He saw many young shinobi training and trying to improve on there skills. After a while of roaming around, Riku finally found his friend. Hisashi was too concentrated on his training that he didn't notice Riku greeting him. Riku had to tap his back for him to notice. Hiashi said astonished, "Hey, I didn't know you were there." Riku said a bit rudely," Yeah, yeah good for you. Anyway, can you spar with me? I'm practicing a technique and can really use your help." "Why not?" said Hiashi. Hisashi took Riku to the sparring arena then told him, "let's do it here." Riku agreed.

Hisashi asked Riku if he was ready and Riku nodded a yes, so they began. Hisashi threw a kunai towards Riku, but he easily blocked it with the kunai that was in his hand. Hisashi's kunai was a just a distraction to buy him time to do the hand seals for his Goukakyuu no Jutsu. When Riku turned back to his friend to find him inhaling deeply he knew what he was doing. Riku immidaitely performed the horse then serpent hand. Right when the Katon was about to hit him, the a fuuton chakra ball the size of a beach ball formed then he hopped on. He avoided the flame just in time and rode the ball until he was of some distance away from his friend. He got of of the ball then straight away performed the Bushnin no Jutsu to distract his opponent while he does the the Jolt Clamp. Hisashi took out the fakes in no time, but it was enough time for Riku. Hisashi charged right for Riku, throwing a fist. Riku intercepted it with his Jolt Clamp. The electrical current went through Hisashi arm giving him a painful electrical jolt. He back up from Riku then said, "Nice move! How'd you learn it?" Riku replied, "I saw it somewhere then taught it to my self." Riku felt proud that his friend acknowledged his technique's ability.

Glad about his improvement, he went to the tree he always sat on. He drank some water from his canteen. He realized that it was almost empty so he took note that he needed to refill it later. Remembering what the day was like he slowly feel asleep with a feeling of achievement.

Riku awoke the next day finding himself on the tree he usually rested on. He saw in the horizon the rising sun in the east. He looked at it for a while in awe because it just looked so majestic to him. He snapped out of it then reminded himself that he needed to improve on his Jolt Clamp. He walked to the nearby river and couped the water in his hands then purified it using his chakra. He then put the water in his canteen. Riku got up immediately and started to accumulate his chakra together.

After it was all together, he did the handsigns then he started to push to push the chakra out to his arms. He molded it into lightning chakra then pushed it onto his palm. An electrical current started up with flying sparks on the edges and a small sphere in the middle of his palm. He boosted more chakra into the palm and the current became bigger. He grabbed on to a a branch on the tree he used to sleep on and the electrical current burnt through the bark and chipped of part of it's core. It wasn't as strong as he usually did, but quite better than the first time he attempted the technique. It was strong enough to damage but it could be stronger.

Riku did the needed handsigns again then recalled on the chakra inside him then sent it to his arms. He was advancing greatly in his technique then added more chakra into his palm. He soon started to slowly think of his improvement but quickly snapped out of it then resumed to his training. An electrical cuurent started to form with thin, crisp sparks on the edge of his palm with a round center in the middle of his palm. It became larger and larger until he was satisfied with the size. Riku gave out a small smile because he thought it was ready.

Riku vigorously grabbed onto another thick branch on the tree with his Jolt Clamp. He watched the bark burn off then the branch's thickness started to slowly erode due to the strong electrical current. It's thickness was slowly and slowly shrinking untill it snapped of then soared in the air abruptly while spinning wildly. It was such of a shock to Riku that he let out a small shout. It landed in the river with a loud splash. Riku didn't believe his eyes and thought that he was imagining so he did the handseals 1 more time then accumulated the chakra as usual. He pushed it through his arm then molded it into his hand as it slowly turned into a raiton. It was as large as it was last time then he grabbed onto another branch. It was slowly eroding the same way as last time until it became so then that it dropped to the floor. Riku was really surprised at his improvement then sat down to realize his advancement.

Exhausted from his training he sat down by his favorite tree. He picked up his water canteen then drank a large portion of it then put in down. He wiped his mouth with his sleeve then relaxed untill he was ready to continue.

Riku felt that he was awfully close to mastering the Jolt Clamp. To ensure that he was ready, he planned to destroy the thickest tree branch on the tree. He looked up into the tree to find the perfect branch that was larger than the previous branches. He looked carefully untill he found the right one. It was was in his reach. He grabbed up for it to make sure he could reach it. Once he confirmed that he could reach it, he started to accumulate his raiton chakra.

When he rounded up enough chakra he performed the handsigns. He forced the lightning chakra through his arms untill it reached his wrist. He then pushed it out into his palm then molded it right there. Lightning was in his hands with sparks flying on the edge and a circular center. He grabbed harshly onto the branch and immediately the barks flew right off. Riku's Jolt Clamp was drilling right through the core of the tree as fast as wild fire. When it was too thin to hold it self it snapped off. Right after this Riku jumped for joy, for he knew that he had mastered the technique.

Fuuton Kaze no Senbon (Needles of the Wind)

Effect: User hurls a mixture of senbon needles in the form of wind to cut into the opponent.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: ---
Description: The ninja gathers air with his hands and mixes it with chakra, by doing this he transforms them into sharp and deadly needles. The needles are almost invisible so it is hard for the enemies to see them. This technique may be blocked by large objects, however something small such as a sword, or a staff will allow the needles to seperate still moving towards the object it was originally sent to. Not a powerful technique as the user is capable of hurling up to ten senbon wind needles that gives out minor cuts. However this could be used as a more of a set up technique to allow the user to perform a more dangerous technique.
Limit: Must have the Wind Release

Later in the day Riku wanted to train his self in a different release, Fuuton. He looked at the nearby river and was remembering when he was training on the Jolt Clamp. Today, he was planing to learn the Kaze no Senbon technique. He drank some water from his canteen before he started to train. He started to do the handseals.

After performing the handseals, Riku started to accmulated air into his hands. Once he thought enough oxygen was in his hands he added fuuton-based chakra into the air. He then attempted to mold the fuuton chakra into the shape of sharp needles. He tried to make them as razor-sharp and thin as possible. He added more chakra so he could have more needles. After inputting more chakra he thought he would have about 10 senbon. Riku aimed for a good patch an the stem to throw his fuuton needles. He threw the senbon at the stem of the tree that were pretty hard to see but he heard about only 7 senbon hitting the tree. He was a bit disappointed that a few missed but determined to continue.

Subsequently after a slightly disappointing miss, Riku did the handseals. He cupped air into his hands then closed then tightly. He recalled on his chakra from his center the combined his chakra with the air then tried to mold the fuuton chakra into sharp, wind senbon. He had a hunch that there were 10 senbon in his hands as before. He felt satisfied with the fuuton and let out a sigh of happiness because he thought he was ready to throw again.

The try-hard 12 year old boy forcefully threw the fuuton senbon towards the average sized tree stem. He heard all 10 of the needles hit the tree. He thought to him self that this could be a pretty useful technique since it is virtually invisible. Riku thoughtfully remembered that the needles hit the tree but kind off went slowly. The boy knew he could throw the senbon faster while keeping them all on target. He performed the handseals carefully for one more time then started to gather air into his hands. He concentrated chakra into the air then tried to mold it into senbon in his hands. He knew that he would get technique correctly this time. He threw the senbon at the stem rather quickly and they all hit the tree. Riku raised his fist up because he knew that he had mastered the technique.

Riku ran to his water canteen to take a drink. He felt pretty glorious since he mastered the new technique. He sat down then looked at he rather beaten tree from the distance. He thought to himself, "I better find myself another training tree because I don't want to destroy my favorite tree."

Riku got up in search for a new tree and to continue his training. Not far from where he was he found an average tree. He decided that he would train there. He took a brisk sip from his canteen then cracked his knuckles on his rather big hands. He performed the handseals fo the Kaze no Senbon technique then gathered his chakra together.

Riku told himself that he must get the technique perfectly this time. He then grabbed cupped air in his hands and quickly closed them tightly. He then combined fuuton type chakra into the air that was in his hands. He tried to mold the mixture into fine, thin, and sharp senbon as he possibly could. He knew the needles were ready, then looked at the tree. He was trying his best to aim carefully and felt very confident that he would make all 10 on the tree. He knew he was ready.

Riku threw the senbon swiftly with a lot of certainty that he would
make all 10 needles on the tree. Riku watched the needles closely until they struck the tree. To Riku's amazement all 10 of the senbon made it to the tree. Riku rose both his fists up then yelled, "YAAA!" He was feeling pretty accomplished and happy.

Riku went back to his sitting tree then gave out a quite long sigh. He drank some water out of his canteen then took a view of his arsenal of weapons. He then thought that the new technique could be a new weapon that he wouldn't have to carry, but would need to utilize his chakra to use.

Riku felt like testing out his technique for one last time. He was planning to go to the local training spot. He was going to use a target board. He was going to try to get his wind senbon as close as he could to the big, red target. He repacked his arsenal of weapons then headed out in the direction of the traing grounds.

Once Riku arrived at the training grounds he immediately searched for the the aiming section. When he spotted it he ran to it while not trying to make it obvious that he was pretty enthusiastic about the training. He performed the handseals then grasped the surrounding air in his hands. He tugged on his fuuton chakra from his stomach area then put it into the air that was in his hands. He molded it into thin, sharp, and sleek senbon. He looked into his palms then found 10 senbon as usual. He threw them towards the target all at once. 3 of them hit the bull's eye, 6 of hit the round bar around it, and 1 hit the bar round that. Riku was satisfied with the result then took note that throwing senbon was much harder than throwing kunai.

The next day, Riku felt that he needed to train in taijutsu. He had no specific training in taijutsu and he thought that he needed to learn some so he could become more versatile. He took a glance at his sword then the perfect idea came to his mind. His thought was to train in the art of kenjutsu. Riku got up then headed towards the kenjutsu dojo with high hopes. Later, Riku found himself in front of the dojo he was looking for. The boy looked up then he saw a sign in a bright vivid red and yellow saying, "Kuhira Josen's Dojo." Riku. Riku looked back down to find that Kuhira, the kenjutsu master of Konoha, was having a discussion with another one of his students. After they were done Riku immediately said, "Excuse me. I've come here to train in kenjutsu." "Sure I'll teach you",said Kushira. "Yes I will be willing to learn whatever you will teach me" said, Riku in a slightly desperate voice.

"Ok, today i will teach you the Iaijutsu Stance. You perform that by getting into a slight bow then you put your right hand above your hilt and your left hand on your sheath." , the man said then backed away and waited for Riku's reaction. Riku took off his summer coat then hanged it on the rack. Riku then brought out his Short Sword and went into a slight bow then put his right hand on the handle and his left on the sheath. Kuhira viewed his new student carefully then said, "I want you to cringe more and i said put yours hands above the hilt not on the handle." Riku fixed his stance, releasing his hand off the handle and placing it above the hilt then he crouched more.

"Your stance is much better now, in fact it is perfect. I wanted you to learn this because this is one of the first basics of kenjutsu. Also it keeps you firm and steady so you it will be harder for you to fall", said Kuhira. Riku was glad he learned it rather quickly. Just then, the master said, "Go in and out of this stance 15 times." Riku twitched when he heard this, but he did it without a complain. He stood up then then entered the stance and went in and out of it in a constant motion. Riku didn't think of it much but he knew he had to learn it before learning other kenjutsu techniques. By the time he had finished the stance he felt like it was a habit.
