Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique)

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: This is the start of all Summoning Techniques, without this technique the user is incapable of Summoning what they wish whether it may be Animal, or Weapon.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Even though one is capable of learning how to use this, they still must under go a massive amount of training in order to be capable of summoning up grander and larger types such as "A" and "S" Rank Summons.
Description: A Technique where the user makes a contract binding with that of the very Animal like summon. This blood can be used as a contract to which is capable of being used as on a scroll, or perhaps even a tattoo. There are many different types of summons but the most known are the Animal Summons. The Animal Summons are used to help with various tasks within battles and situations that may occur. However one must remember that one must have great respect for the summon, and are known to even fear summons. The summoning Technique however is capable of being used for other types as well such as weapons.
Limit: This is the basis of all Summoning Techniques. Without the capability of this technique all Summoning process is incapable of occurring.

Axel laid back under the clouded sky as he quietly read a scroll he had found laying around in the tower, he'd give it back to Rosalie when he was done so he found nor harm in it. The scroll detailed a simple yet extremely complex form of space-time ninjutsu, the same kind of jutsu as the fabled Hiraishin.

The summoning technique, a process of leaving a seal or chakra marker on an object or person then utilizing the technique to send out a signal to the object and pulling it through space time to the user's current position. He found the idea amazing and ludicrous, he was having issues with understanding.

As far as he could understand it worked by marking something then using chakra to slip it through time and space to the user. He could understand the principal but wasn't sure how what was summoned could keep their form despite the rapid travel through space and time. At best he figured it worked by pulling them through a void so quickly that the summoned object wasn't affected by the slip space.

As the wind blew across the bluff he wrapped up the scroll before closing his eyes. The images of the clouds above hung behind his lids as he fell into a dream. His crimson hair whipped around him as the wind flowed about, the bristling feeling of his hair annoyed him out of his rest drawing him into a sitting position as he brushed it back.

The sudden sound of rushing feet brought him into a crouch as he grabbed the hilt of his Kyuushi feeling the static synching with his own body. Quickly surveying the area he found the cause of the noise, a traditional ninja running at him clad in back. He drew out a a scroll and kunai in the same hand quickly unfurling about five feet of the scroll leaving a crimson streak across it. Axel was confused, he hadn't seen jutsu like this before though it could be a Li clan technique but he didn't know them to use blood.

With a swift draw of the arcing Kyuushi the ninja completed a swift set of seals before the scroll emitted a poofing fog of smoke before a set of 5 shuriken flew at him. The distance was wide enough that Axel could anticipate and deflect the shuriken away before running to meet his assailant. He drew a spear that was across his back before throwing it at the red head, nearly at the last second he would strike at the spear barely knocking it off course enough to send it past him and into the ground however he was left with a gash across his left cheek.

As the ninja closed in he would form another set of seals before streaking his blood across a seal on the back of his left hand. The blast of smoke this time was shaped long and thin as the ninja retrieved his spear from it. Using the side of his blade as a mirror he looked behind him to see that the spear was gone and all that was left was the hole in the dirt. So these techniques were summonings, great, practical experience.

Axel moved forward fast dropping into a slide just as the ninja thrust the malevolent spear head at where he was. Using his extended open stance as an advantage, Axel slashed quickly cutting the spear in twain and readied to slash through the ninjas arms however he disappeared in a cloud of smoke. Finishing the slide with a low twist he came to stop alert and focused looking around for his enemy.

He found him again about 15 meters away dropping his steel spear shaft before glaring through the black ninja mask at Axel. This time Axel wasn't going to leave him time for seals as he bolted forward, however the ninja had already started. By the time he closed the distance the ninja had finished his seals and touched the ground with his bloody hand. Axel was engulfed in a cloud of smoke as he felt the wind rushing down but he quickly found that wasn't the case, he was moving up.

Once he had stopped moving he found himself looking around the area from about 50 feet up, at his feet were black scales that spread out to form a giant black snake. The snake moved swiftly throwing Axel up into the sky over 100 feet up before he started his free fall down back to the snake which had spread its massive maw open under him spanning more than 20 feet wide. With an irritated growl Axel repositioned himself to a vertical position and just as he went past the snake's maw he'd stab into the bottom of its mouth and through its forked tongue. Despite his stab though the force of his fall wrenched the blade from his hands however the clap of thunder that followed filled his vision with light.

Axel bolted upright groaning in pain at the ache in his head, looking around he found nothing different other than a slight breeze and the scroll sat next to him on the ground. "Wicked dream... Ow..."

Drawback: Must have a scroll and seal.
Description: Picture 1-A; Picture 1-B, Picture 1-A; Picture 1-B A technique where the user uses a seal on a Scroll to summon an object they have. The object who is being summoned must have the same seal as well in order to be summoned. User is unable to summon where other seals are located. The Person is the medium and you need that person in order to bring someone in. Once the object has been summoned the seal disappears. In order to summon an object “E” Rank or “D“ Rank, user must learn “E” Rank Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Bbujiekuto) (Summoning Technique (Object)). In order to summon an object “C” Rank and “B“ Rank, user must learn “C” Rank Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Bbujiekuto) (Summoning Technique (Object)). In order to summon an object “A” Rank and “S“ Rank, user must learn “A” Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Bbujiekuto) (Summoning Technique (Object)).

Understanding the method of summoning came quicker after his dream and he found that the most useful form of summoning at the current time would be weaponry. Axel had snagged a few kunai from his house before coming back to the bluff and had inscribed the summoning seal onto them, marking them.

"Hmm okay now i just need to store them..."

His gaze shifted to his pocket as he dug out a small scroll unfurling it across the ground before placing the kunai across the scroll laterally. He made sure they were aligned correctly before performing a few seals and placing his hands over the kunai. Black lines quickly spread out under Axel's hands scrawling over the paper and away from the kunai.

As his hands lifted away from the paper he saw that the formula had spread out away from the kunai and over the paper like an extension of the original design. He guessed this was the signal transceiver and receiver for the slip space, you activate the transceiver to call back the receiver to the scroll. Soon after the kunai vanished in a veil of smoke.

With a curious tilt of his head he looked at the formula left on the scroll, there was now a void left across the black scroll where the kunai was. With a second set of seals Axel pressed his hand to the page activating the formula left across the paper which created a glowing white array with the part of the array that was on the kunai completing it as another burst of smoke filled the air and he felt the kunai in his hands before the smoke faded away.

"Mmmm this could be really fun..."

With the simple stuff out of the way Axel would continue on considering his weaponry was higher rank then he was able to seal at this time. He had managed to pick up some old dull swords from outside one of the shops in town that happened to be throwing them away since they couldnt get an edge. He set down the sheathed short swords while unrolling his scroll about 10 feet before setting up the first sword lengthwise along the paper.

Making sure briefly that he had set up the sword in the same way as the kunai from his earlier experiments with his summoning skills. Despite the blades lack of ability to hold an edge they were still classified as C rank weapons which he needed for his next stage of weapon summoning. After taking a deep breath he weaved a quick string of signs before touching the sword concentrating as the the black scrawl spread out across the sheathe and the paper similar to the seal the kunai made, though a bit more intricate.

With a soft sigh he pulled his hand back to look at the formula seal he had created with the sword and paper. Axel was a little confused as he looked it over, the seal looked broken in a way incomplete compared to the kunai seal. After a few more seconds the sheathe disappeared in a thin burst of smoke leaving the shining dull sword sheath-less. Now even more confused he made the seals again before touching the paper creating another poof of smoke leaving the sheath under the sword.

After a quick inspection he thought he understood what was wrong, the seal only covered the sheath and so the blade wasn't sealed along with it. He guessed it just required more chakra to spread the seal far enough to encompass the blade as well. Making the set of seals again he touched the sword pouring more chakra through the seal completing the array and extending it along the handle and guard.

Now it looked right and complete, the black scrawl spanned the length of the blade and sheathe while creating flared wing-like shapes along the paper to complete it. As the blade disappeared this time Axel felt a noticeable drop in his chakra with a quick set of seals he shrugged it off. He brushed his fingers across the paper sending a surge of chakra through it and with a firm grip he swung upward cutting through the veil of smoke and flinging the sheath down the bluff.

Swiftly he flicked his wrist sending the dull piece of metal into the dirt before gathering the other three blades and aligning them in triangle formation. While taking in a deep breath he weaved the last of his seals before touching the blades spreading the black scrawl across the blades and the paper creating a triangular spiral design. The drain from the creating the seals and testing them began to take its toll on his stamina. He then rolled up his scroll filled with weapons before heading home to refill.
