With nefarious intentions the Sansutomu would enter a vicinity that he believed to be hostile. His eyes meandered over the stone land scape and setting, providing him little water to use in order if he wanted to man an attack. Luckily due to his prowess in suiton forging water from thin air would be of trifle matters to him as his eyes surveyed the landscape. As he walked he would meander around the stone forest, hoping to find something that was intriguing or rather a lone stone ninja.
But he wouldn't get far before his digits collided and his bloodline activated simultaneously; filling his optics with an aquamarine hue. Once he was finished he would stare out into the open keeping himself on guard for anything. Not even the higher beings of Kirigakure knew of his mission, but he would make himself well known by shedding the blood of his opponent and hopefully capturing the headband of a stupid Iwa nin in the progress. The predator was now upon the prowl.

Suiton: Oxyhydro Conversion Technique [MASTERY]

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Converts oxygen and hydrogen in the air into water.
Special: Automatic when performing a water jutsu.
Drawback: It is easy to exceed your chakra level when creating large amounts of chakra- the amount of water needed will automatically be created when you cast a water jutsu when you are not aroud a water source. Therefore, if you cast a technique and you do not have enough chakra to cast both the technique and create the amount of water necessary,
Description: After spending a large amount of time utilizing water techniques, the Water Shinobi begins to understand the true composition of water. They use this to such an effect that they can create water out of nothing. This is automatic when casting a water jutsu and there is no water source.
Limit: Must have 500 training points into techniques that focus only on Suiton no Jutsu. Once you have obtained 500 training points in Suiton techniques, they gain this technique automatically.
Gathering Eye [ Shuugoumanako.] [70 TP]

Skill: Doujutsu
Effect: The user is able to see the elements of Water, Wind and lightning as strands of Chakra in their natural Line of Sight up to the range of forty meters. The user can determine the differences between the three, see its flow, perceive its concentration and recognize disturbances within these elements. It also allows them to see people by the flow of Water and Lightning within them naturally, clearly discerning them from objects and tangible, corporeal bunshins. Finally, with activation of the doujutsu the user no longer has to activate the Suiton Kiero and Fuuton Kiero to utilize the clans techniques. [ Must still activate Raiton Kiero to utlize techniques.]
Special: Kekkai Genkai.
Drawback: Cannot pierce the flow of chakra in genjutsu, thus, genjutsu cannot be negated. Requires a negligible amount of chakra to activate and maintain.
Description: The Kekkai Genkai manifests itself as being activated by a serious change to the eyes ; the users pupils turns an ocean blue, swirling like a whirlpool; the iris develops random blue-white lines that appear and disappear like lightning ; the whites of the eye start orbiting the iris and pupil, almost like clouds.
Limits: Must be part of the Sansutomu Bloodlimit ; Must know all "C' rank clan Ninjutsu.
Sutomu Keiro [ Storm Channeling. ] [70 TP]

Skill: Ninjutsu / Supplementary
Effect: After activating the Shuugoumanako, the user can now extend his own unique chakra through the three elements. This allows the user to create ninjutsu up to sixteen meters away from his line of sight. Unfortunately, this technique cannot be used in conjunction with the clans unique ninjutsu as the intense chakra control within both techniques make it all but impossible to initiate.
Special: Adds 4 Hand Seals to techniques used in conjunction with this technique - Ox, Dog, Horse, Dragon.
Drawback: Adds an additional "D" rank amount of chakra to the technique ; Cannot be used with techniques that require physical contact or require a physical part of the user to initiate [ Like a Katon: Goukakyuu No jutsu or Fuuton: Daitoppa.]
Description: After the user activates their Shuugomanako, or higher, they are now able to use this technique in conjunction with a Suiton, Raiton or Fuuton technique to move the initiating point, or spawning point, of said technique up to sixteen meters away.
Limits: Requires Sansutomu Blood Limit ; requires Shuugoumanako ; Can only use this ability three times per day.

Effect: Allows the user to manipulate the Raiton release in conjunction with Fuuton and/or Suiton release's to utilize the Kekkai Genkai's unique techniques.
Special: Hand Seals
Drawback: --
Description: The user forms the hand seals to correctly manipulate and channel the Raiton release in conjunction with their own unique Kekkai Genkai abilities. With the hand seals completed the user can now use the Ruiton release in conjunction with both/or the Suiton and Fuuton releases to utilize the clans unique techniques. This is one of the most basic techniques taught to the novices of the clan as it is one of the first steps on embarking onto the path of the three storms.
Limits: Requires Sansutomu Blood Limit ; Requires Raiton Release.
