Shunshin no Jutsu - Oshi (Body Flicker Technique - Push)

Skill: NinJutsu/TaiJutsu
Effect: A Jutsu that allows a user to rush forward in almost instantaneous speed. Used to draw the user close to the opponent.
Special: ---
Drawback: May use 3 times a day. May perform 1 more each time learned. Passing amount renders the user's legs immobile due to severe pain. Unable to perform again unless gained medical treatment. Must move through an opening. Unable to maneuver around obstructing objects. Can't attack while performing any Shunshin or Variation.
Description: User is able to move forward in a straight line along the ground in almost instantaneous untraceable speed while temporarily masking the user's movements within 10 meters. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by focusing the user's chi along the ankles and foot. User mostly moves just with their ankles and feet. Jutsu takes up no movements. User may only use this Jutsu half of the movements may allow in a single round while rounding down. Example: User has 5 movements, user is able to perform Jutsu 2 times per round.
Limit: Universal NinJutsu or Universal TaiJutsu.

Ake Sune - 赤い足 - Red Leg Mastery

Skill: TaiJutsu
Effect: A Mastery in which a user is capable of hitting with great strength within their legs in which feels normal towards the user, however creates a larger impact against the opponent.
Special: ---
Drawback: Does not stack with any other type of combat attacks that is similar towards this type of Mastery. It does not stack up to other power hits that increase through mastery.
Description: When the user gains the capability of mastering Ake Sune - 赤い足 - Red Leg Mastery, the user kicking power is increased dramatically. The user is capable of kicking with the same capability towards them, however to the opponent, it feels as if they were hit with a technique one letter grade stronger then the actual technique. An example would mean that if a user hits the opponent with a "D" rank technique it feels like a "C" Rank technique. With that stating, the user also gains extra damage while kicking. The user's kicking power increases by times point five times. This means that if a user hypothetically is capable of kicking a person into the distance of one hundred meters before the mastery, the user is capable of kicking a person into the distance of one hundred and fifty meters. If a user's kicking power is strong enough to create a whole of six meters in radius before mastery, the kicking power for mastery increases to nine meters in radius.
Limit: Must have gained 500 Training Points for Automatic gaining.

Effect: The user drops into a handstand, and then spins rapidly around, dealing savage kicks on a group of people within proximity.
Special: ---
Drawback: A technique easily be disrupted if the user does not have good standing ground with their hands.
Description: The user quickly plants their hands down along the ground and begins to spin rapidly. The user's legs are spread out in the splits as they spin with great speed to slam into the opponents that may be surrounding the user. The user spins with such speed and strength the user is capable of hitting the opponents, or whatever is hit by this technique into the distance of sixteen meters. With this technique the user is capable of moving around with their hands while still spinning. Some users spin around in a small radius moving in a circle to ensure that they hit their targets if need be.

Pçpâ Tesabaki (Paper Manipulation)
Rank: "C", "B", "A"
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: The beginning for any paper user. One must take the time to learn within this technique to gain access to more advanced paper techniques. With this technique the user will gain the knowledge to manipulate the form and actions of paper. The higher one goes into this technique, the more advanced their paper creations are.
Special: ---
Drawback: This is not a technique but an understanding. Without this, one cannot hope to utilize paper. This technique only grants minimal control over paper in their radius. Paper only being manipulated with this technique cannot be used as an offensive strike and lacks the chakra to be imbued with Paper Strength.
Description: There are 3 ranks to paper manipulation. Each rank has its own name and variation but each form allows a user access to more advanced capabilities.

Paper Adept - "C" Rank - This is the basic paper manipulation where everyone must start. With this rank of knowledge a user can manipulate pieces of paper in a simple form within the range of tiny to small size. Simple forms range from weapons such as needles or basic rods. At this stage the user is capable of manipulating paper within a radius of ten meters.

Paper Origami - "B" Rank - This is the intermediate form of manipulation. Upon achieving this rank, ones creations receive an origami feel to its creation. Utilizing ones own chakra, a user is capable of creating paper objects or animals within the origami realm. At this rank, a user is capable of manipulating paper within the range of medium to large size. At this stage the user is capable of manipulating paper within a radius of thirty meters.

Paper Masha - "A" Rank - This is the final level of paper manipulation. One is capable of taking multiple pieces of paper to create something of almost life like value. With this, one is capable of creating things within the range of huge to Gargantuan size. When the user learns this rank, they are capable of manipulating paper within a fifty meter radius.

Limit: Must have the Paper Release in order to learn this.

Kami Goukyou (Paper Strength)
Rank: "D", "C", "B", "A", "S"
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: A technique which utilizes one own chakra to strengthen their paper. The more one learns into this technique, the stronger one is able to make their paper.
Special: ---
Drawback: The user must learn each rank of Kami Goukyou (Paper Strength) in order to be capable of making the paper stronger. This works well except for techniques that deal with fire damage or water damage.
Description: By combining ones own chakra within paper, they are capable of strengthening its form. The more attune one is with paper, the stronger it becomes. A vital step when attempting to draw out the full potential of ones paper. Note that no matter the rank of this technique, greatswords and other special weapons B rank and up are unable to be broken by the paper due to the unparalleled craftsmanship of the weapons.

When the user learns the D rank of this technique, they are capable of making their paper as strong as stone. At this stage, they are capable of cutting flesh.

When the user learns the C Rank version of this technique, they are capable of making their paper as strong as iron. At this stage they are capable of cutting through stone.

When the user learns the B Rank version of this technique, their paper is as strong as steel. At this stage they are capable of cutting through iron.

When the user learns the A Rank version of this technique, their paper is as strong as titanium. At this stage they are capable of cutting through steel.

When the user learns the S Rank version of this technique, they are capable of making their paper as strong as damascus steel. At this stage the piece of paper is capable of cutting through titanium

Kami Kusari (Chain Letter)
Rank: C
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: By connecting paper together and projecting it in a straight line, the user is able to create a rope or chain of paper, capable of restraining an opponent or acting as a grappling hook.
Special: ---
Drawback: Durability is defined by the users knowledge of Paper Strength, and maximum length is defined by ther users knowledge of Paper Manipulation.
Description: By grabbing hold of a piece of paper, the user channels chakra through it and connects it to other paper nearby. By doing this, the user is capable of forming a long chain of paper that can be used however they see fit within their range of paper manipulation. This is most effectively achieved through the use of holsters, though their utilization isn’t necessary.
