Anrui is a very odd girl, since she would appear to be shy and kind. However, she is very unique in the aspect of her personality. Her biggest quality would be that she is a huge flirt. She just loves to make guys go crazy, toying with them. However, a draw back to this is that she doesn't believe in love, leaving the boys stranded just when they think they have her. Her words towards men are often very promiscuous, that is, if she likes the boy. If the type of boy she runs into thinks he's the most awsome guy in the world, she gives him a hard time, and often mentally interrogates them with her sarcasm. Now, this is all when she is speaking with boys. Though she often tries to avoid girls, when she is left talking with them conversation is often short and boring. Her replies to questions are always one word long, and she doesn't ever look at them. To put it simply, she loves guys, but isn't social enough to have girl friends. Drawback The user is only capable of doing this THREE Times per day after learning it the first time. Each time learned the user is capable of going into this multiple times. Each time learned the user is capable using this technique an extra turn per day. If the user uses this technique more then stated, the user's muscles will cramp and render the user unable to run about.
Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination. Shisui Uchiha, one of the most talented Uchiha, was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" ("Shunshin no Shisui"), likely referring to this technique.

Description: Renkuudan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. The user inhales a large amount of air into their chest and then expels it in one large explosive burst. To strengthen the attack, they will imbue chakra into the air and then release it in large, spherical projectile shots.
Limit: Elemental to Fuuton.
Physical Appearance: Anrui is an average sized girl, in both height and weight, and being that she is fifteen years old she has probably reached the point in her life when she stops growing. Her face is heart shaped, cheeks rounding perfectly to a point at her chin. Her face, while mature in appearance, has still retained a small bit of that cherubic innocence that a child’s face might often posses. Her lips are a mix of rosy red and cherry blossom pink, blending into a soft peach hue. Her nose is small and petite in the center of her face, like a small, pale button. Her hair is white form her Kaguya blood, but has been tainted blonde just slightly because of her grandparents and parents. Her hair all seems to flow from the center of her head, where all the roots are planted. Her hair cascades down in straggled strips, appearing uncombed even though it is properly cared for. The hair across her forehead is cut into rigid bangs, but once you reach her ears the hair becomes long again. The long hair extends down to her shoulders, and becomes shorter as you move towards the back of her neck. Her eyes are both deep brown, solid in color with a black pupil in the center of each. NinJutsu Techniques:
Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Jutsu)

Users: Uzumaki Naruto, Hatake Kakashi, Uchiha Itachi, Ebisu, etc.
Unlike the normal Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Doppelganger), this jutsu creates not just an illusion, but real bodies of the ninja. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among the user and every clone. This could be very dangerous if the user is low on chakra or makes many clones (like with Taju Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Multiple Shadow Clone Technique), making this technique forbidden), something Naruto doesn't have to worry about, since his chakra supply is very high thanks to the Kyubi. Kage Bunshin can't be detected by Byakugan (Hyuga Neji states this during his fight with Naruto during the third part Chunin exam). This is because the clones are real bodies with real chakra systems, identical to the user. It can't even be detected by the Sharingan. Because the clones are real they can do real damage and can take some damage themself, being even able to bleed, although they'll still disappear when enough damage has been done, which is usually after one hit.
Limitations of the Kage Bushin no Jutsu. An average User is capable of performing a Kage Bushin no Jutsu of up to Five clones, when first making a Clone each clone will cost twenty five chakra points, reasons why is because they need enough power to be capable of actually running around and being capable of multiple TaiJutsu attacks which are quite simple. Within each round a user at first hand MUST place in Five chakra points to keep the Clone alive one more round then they are capable of which is one round. This means that if a user makes two clones and wishes to have the clones active for three rounds the user must release a total of seventy chakra points in order to keep them up for basic TaiJutsu attacks. Such a technique is shunned against NinJutsu techniques for they would need more chakra points in order to perform.
This type of Jutsu is for those who have an abundance of an amount of chakra points, or really high NinJutsu Specialist for when the Jutsu is dispelled the chakra disapates and does NOT go back into the user.
Level: 40 Can only be learned if you steal the scrolls of the village, or if you are Chuunin.

Effect: As Daitoppa focuses releasing one release at a time, the user focuses the wind release within their palms, the air slightly visible as it swirls in a circle motion around the users forearm and hands. Depending on where the user wants to blast, it releases a wind release double the strength of Daitoppa, quite effective in leveling areas easily, the strength enough to destroy a small village at Jounin rank. However, there are many fashions one could use this technique, some being the Horizontal way, outstretching both hands out at your sides and releasing the blasts to destroy any incoming enemies or surrounding obstacles. Or the straight forth way, holding both hands infront of you releasing the jutsu, a large blast quickly devouring the area infront of the user.

Description: After spending a large amount of time utilizing water techniques, the Water Shinobi begins to understand the true composition of water. They use this to such an effect that they can create water out of nothing. This is automatic when casting a water jutsu and there is no water source.
Limit: Must have 500 training points into techniques that focus only on Suiton no Jutsu. Once you have obtained 500 training points in Suiton techniques, they gain this technique automatically.

Description: A technique which creates clones with the properties of mist. Although the clones are unable to inflict damage on an opponent, any physical attacks attempted on them pass right through. Depending on the user's class level is dependent on how well and how much the user is capable of performing at one given time. If the user is "D" Class they are capable of performing four Clones at once. If the user is "C" Class they are capable of performing eight clones at once. If the user is "B" Class they are capable of performing sixteen clones at once. If the user is "A" Class they are capable of performing thirty two clones at once. If the user is "S" Class they are capable of performing sixty four clones at once. If the user is to be considered a non NinJutsu specialist the number is reduced by two for every class level that the user becomes, and if the user is a NinJutsu Master the number increases by two for every class level they become.

Description: : This is a water based technique. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from the user’s body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto the targets. The oil is easily flammable and can cause Katon techniques to backfire, hurting the Katon user with the technique instead. Affects Katon attacks used after this technique is used and lasts for two turns or until a Katon technique is used that burns the oil.

Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited; however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state. When first learned the user is capable of having or capable of creating up to Five Clones. Each time learned the user learns this technique the number of Clones is capable of increasing by one. The maximum amount of clones is Ten for the Difficulty Class of D Rank. For each Difficulty Rank Increase the number increases by five of maximum but learning is still one per learned.

Effect: A Technique that may be used in order to trap an opponent by creating a prison made of water. The water is used so that the opponent may drown within the water if the opponent does not know how to escape forth.

Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bushin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

Description: This is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, water is expelled from the gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water that can be controlled and ridden like a wave.The user must be above the water in a wave like formation so then the user has the capability of riding the wave. The amount of water is not grand to where it can take out a village, but the amount of water is indeed capable of blocking off a approximatly four houses.

This water can also be directed at an opponent with a simple movement of the user’s hands. This is the type of technique where it is capable of blocking different types of techniques. If the technique is not the opposite of Water it is capable of deflecting or blocking against techniques that are within the ranks of B or lower.
