So I entered the registration thread of Chuunin Exams. After the post I learned techs and gained items in another thread. When the CEs competitors separate into different threads and I enter that new thread. Am I considered to have said techs and items I obtained before but after I posted in registration? If not then what about non-stated items when I posted in registration thread?
