NATURE:

Jun seems to be a very laid back and easy-going individual. He speaks slowly sometimes, and draws out the ends of his sentences on occasions as well. He tends to take everything lightly, regardless of the situation, and will even express this upon others. He is also very calm and cool-headed, even in tense situations. It is hard to understand Jun, as even in surprising and unexpected situations he is seemingly never shocked. His life might be in danger, but you would never know it.SAVOIR-FAIRE:
Unfortunately for anybody he is interacting with, he can be quite absent-minded and irresponsible. He often finds himself using too much of his power when he fights, and just laughing it off afterwords. He has no sense of priority, and will ignore any form of rank or status to do what he wants.
Any plans that Jun makes are to make his life easier. He will accept missions that are not challenging, where he can relax and enjoy himself. He has shown his ruthlessness though. While he doesn't particularly show any opinion for or against the philosophy of absolute justice, his careless behavior shows very little mercy towards his enemies. He looks down on shinobi, believing the majority of them to be evil and selfish at heart. However, he doesn't particularly believe in moral justice either. He follows something that can be better described as unclear justice.
Jun is one of the most confident people you will ever meet. In fact, there is only one thing in the whole world that he is scared of; and that is his elder sister Kara. Jun could stand in front of a twenty story high demon and not break a sweat, but just the sight of his sister is nearly enough to bring him to his knees. Even though in the time that he spent away from his family he grew to be possibly stronger than his sister, the fear lingers.
Jun has a habit of referring to an opponents abilities as scary or frightening. He will often avoid or block a technique, and say something along the lines of "that was quite the scary technique", or he might even call them a monster. But since Jun always delivers such admissions of fear with the same deadpan expression on his face, and the usual lackadaisical tone of voice, it is never clear if he is mocking his opponents or if he is being serious.
Jun is a slightly more attractive than average young man. He has short, messy pink hair that scruffily remains as an untamed mop on the top of his head. He wears short trousers, along with sandals and a v-neck t-shirt. Appearing to be scrawny underneath his shirt, he has a surprisingly well built physique. His puberty developed later than most other young men, resulting in him being dwarfed by most other teenagers his age. However, within the last two years, he grew quite a bit, and is now about average, or a bit above average in height.LEGEND:
Jun, for the most part, has worn generally the same outfit throughout most of his life, as opposed to the majority of people he knows, who change frequently. Jun may wear a different outfit to suit the climate of a place that he is traveling through, or visiting, but will switch back to his trademark v-neck and shorts after the adventures in that place are over. On his feet he wears a pair of brown leather gladiator sandals similar to this. He is far from scrawny, but definitely not over-built. His face is very pleasant, with expressive pink eyes, and a large mouth; nearly always adorned with a smile.
In more formal occasions, Jun will wear a different outfit completely. Changing from his typical v-neck and shorts, to something that would actually be acceptable at functions. Over his top, he wears a plain white collared shirt, unbuttoned, and un-tucked. On his legs, instead of shorts he wears a pair of slim fitting slacks. He has several different colors, but he prefers either black or white, and sometimes gray. On his feet, he wears a pair of high quality loafers. These loafers are not just ordinary shoes. In the soles of his loafers are modified air treck cores, which allow him to use his most powerful techniques. The bottom of his shoes look like this.
He also has a couple of peculiar accessories that he has obtained throughout his life. He has a strange pendant that is very important to him personally, worn around his neck on a string. It was given to him by a person that was very influential in his life. The pendant is actually just a plain gold ring, looped loosely onto the string. On his left leg, he wears a strange straw ornamental strap. The strap rests at the top of his calf, just a couple inches below his knee.
His eyes are a bright and beautiful pink color. Matching the color of a his hair. His hair is pink as well, but fades to black in the back, giving the appearance of dyed hair even though it is natural. His hair is rough and unkempt, and hasn't seen a brush in years. His skin is pale, but not so much that you'd think he doesn't get any sun. He's physically fit, with clearly defined muscles. His face is very pleasant, with a scar just above his left eyebrow on the side of his forehead.
Jun's story begins several years before Jun was even born, with a man named Thomas Reinhardt. A man with a head for numbers. He wasn't brilliant really, he just wanted to start a family and be able to support them completely. In Kawa no Kuni, a nation somewhat close to the center of the shinobi world, Thomas started a very small investment firm. He didn't expect to make much money being in one of the smaller countries. However, he caught a lucky break and got enough regular customers to support him and his wife.
His wife soon gave birth to two beautiful twin girls. Right away the doctors noticed that the girls both had white hair, which the parents lacked. In fact, according to those doctors, everybody lacks white hair. Quite the anomaly. Thomas and his wife brought them home happily anyways, and raised them with plenty of love and care. However, they didn't need raising for long, as they were complete geniuses. Kara and Victoria had learned to speak, read, write, and many other things by just the age of two.
When the two girls reached the age of four, Thomas decided to try for a normal child. One that they could actually raise, as the girls had become completely self sufficient. As nine months passed, the parents gave birth to another set of twins. This time they didn't look the same though. One was born with black hair, and the other, Jun, was born with a strange mop of messy pink hair. The parents knew this probably wasn't a good sign, as last time they gave birth to twins, they weren't normal. In addition to the fact that giving birth to two sets of twins in a row is highly unlikely.
As soon as Jun and Genji were brought home, Kara and Victoria took over their upbringing. Jun and Genji were brilliant as well, and quickly learned to speak, read, and write. Jun and Genji were tutored to a level far beyond any normal person, and when they turned five, their older sisters took over Reinhardt Inc. and began expanding it. They started by annexing small businesses near them, and then started taking over bigger and bigger businesses until it became one of the biggest conglomerates that the shinobi world has ever seen.
One day while Jun and Genji were walking around their village bored, they nearly walked into a man that everybody around them was avoiding. They apologized politely, and the man reached down and patted their heads, assuring them that they had done nothing wrong. Jun was in aw, so he asked the man who he is. The response that he got is that he is a Marine Admiral. Genji tried to pull him away, but he was completely entranced. Jun asked the man what a Marine Admiral does, and the man stated a phrase that has since become the essence of his being; "I protect the people!" and then he walked away laughing.
While Kara and Victoria were busy with the business, Jun and Genji started taking up fighting to pass the time. At first it was just for fun, but this quickly escalated and they found themselves challenging strangers in their home town. Jun and Genji fought eachother for a while, but they found that they had a tendency of getting carried away, and left a trail of destruction in their wake every time they fought.
Obviously their sisters banned them from fighting anymore, and wouldn't allow them to fight strangers, but Jun and Genji really loved to fight and continued anyways. Jun found himself enjoying instinctual fighting, without a style or form of combat, while Genji preferred a more flashy, sporty style of fighting. Jun decided right away that he didn't want to learn a specific form of combat, and would beat people with his own skills.
He continued to train and fight, against their sisters' wishes.
Soon after Jun turned eight, his new brother, Axel Reinhardt was born. Jun didn't plan on trying to raise him like his sisters did with him, and apparently his sisters were too busy as well, so Thomas and Jun's mother got to raise him. Jun didn't get to interact with Axel much while he was a baby though. So he doesn't particularly remember it well.
As Jun and Genji continued training, they found themselves running out of people to fight. The community that they grew up in wasn't exactly filled with powerful opponents, and their reputation had grown to the point that anybody that could put up a fight in their area was scared of them. Then rumors began to spread that there were two monsters in a port town in Kawa no Kuni, and soon they started getting challenges from shinobi as they passed through their town. At first it was fine, because the shinobi weren't taking them seriously. But not all shinobi are good people. At some point during their days of training and fighting, a group of shinobi arrived to challenge them.
These shinobi were a bit different from any they had met before. They were ruthless, and they didn't show any mercy in their assault on Jun and Genji. They were utterly defeated, and they didn't stop there. Jun and Genji were killed on that day. The last thing that Jun heard before he died was something along the lines of, "it's your fault you stupid boy! If you hadn't been such a foolish child you and your brother would be alive right now!". Words that resonated in his ears before he passed onto whatever happens after you die.
But Jun's story did not end there. A few weeks later, Jun woke up in a hospital owned by his family. His sisters were there, along with his parents, and his baby brother. They seemed relieved that he woke up, but they had completely crushed, disappointed expressions on their faces. Jun had never seen anything like it. Apparently he had managed to live, but only because of the advanced technology of the Reinhardt hospital. His parents and sisters were in fact disappointed in him. Not only did he continue fighting against their wishes, but he had put him and his brother's lives in danger. Jun felt horrible, and traumatized.
He didn't hate shinobi, but he felt it was wrong that they were allowed to just kill people like that. However, he felt that what he did was even more wrong. He couldn't seem to get over it, so he left. Without even checking the condition of his brother. He decided he needs to be stronger. He left his town and decided that if he wasn't able to control himself and use his talents for good, then he wasn't worthy of showing himself to his family, let alone any other person.
Jun spent a whole ten years traveling from one end of the shinobi world to the other, and then back. Nobody seems to know the specifics of what actually happened during this journey, but he was definitely a man when he returned. He trained as hard as he could as he went. Killing what he ate, and fighting people that he thought were strong. Then came the day that he stepped to the main street of his home town. It looked so different, but also the same. Nostalgia.
