Special: ---
Drawback: ---
Description: Hira-shuriken is constructed from thin, flat plates of metal derived from a variety of sources including hishi-gane (coins), and kugi-nuki (carpentry tools), and generally resemble popular conceptions of shuriken. In modern popular culture, these are called "throwing stars" or "ninja stars". They often have a hole in the center and possess a fairly thin blade sharpened only at the tip. The holes derive from their source in items that had holes - old coins, washers, and nail-removing tools. This proved convenient for the shuriken user, as well, as the weapons could be strung on a string or dowel in the belt for transport, and the hole also had aerodynamic and weighting effects that aided the flight of the blade after it was thrown. There is a wide variety of forms of hira-shuriken and they are now usually identified by the number of points the blades possess.

Soldier Pill [3]
Location: Every Region

After grinding the ginseng up and mixing it with the ground Gariig, you will need to make the two into a pill. To do this you just mix the powders in water then let them dry molding it into a ball/pill like shape.

The fatigue will make it so all of your movement abilities are halved and you will not be able to perform any techniques equal to or higher then your class level. The fatigued effect will wear off after 10 IC posts. If you take a pill when you have full chakra/stamina, then you will suffer from a mild seizure because the excessive hormones within your body will cause an odd overload in some of your systems which will cause a type of shock wave to your brain. The seizure will incapacitate you for 5 posts, and you will still suffer the fatigue drawback caused by taking the pill normally.

Personality:Appearance:
Kira wouldn't be someone that you would call very trusting. His lack of hope in many people cause him to prefer to not trust others. The only person that he does trust is his animal companion Dominio who is always with him. Anyone else that wants his trust needs to earn it. Depending on the act done to obtain it, it could be harder for some than others. The only time that Kira forces himself to trust in someone is when on a mission because he needs to be able to trust his allies for those since they call for plenty of team work, and whenever he needs to focus on a fight, he'll force himself to trust whoever he is working with, usually Dominio so it's easy, to take care of the other situations around. Even though he may have a hard time trusting others, he, himself, is very trustful. This, of course, being tested a multitude of times in the village itself with the most recent being him running the village while the Kage was out on an envoy trip to Leaf to better the relations between the two allied villages.
The Jounin hears what he wishes to hear. If what you have to say is unimportant or a waste of his time and he doesn't have to deal with you, he won't. He sees no reason as to why he would want to waste his time with someone he doesn't know only to have them bore him to death. Kira does give people a chance, though. After a certain amount of time with nothing interesting being said, the Jounin is quick to move away. He does, without much trouble, carry on conversations with people that he can consider as a friend, since he tries to keep what little friends he has left since most of the rest of his friends have either died or gone missing out of nowhere after the absence where everyone left to train for a few years. Another person that he wouldn't ever walk out on while speaking with them would be Kana, the Lady Raikage.
Kira's loyalty to the great leaders of the village just seemed to have grown more and more as time progressed. At this point in his life, he knows what it means to truly be a ninja. You must protect that which you care for with your whole body. The shonobi does just that. He would give his life to protect the prosperity of the village and the Raikage. She had given him many opportunities in his ninja career that cause him to never even think about leaving the village.
Kira's girl crazy ways left him as he became older. No longer does he feel the need to always be chasing after some girl. He found that doing this led to more trouble than good. This was definitely his main weakness before, since he couldn't do much without being distracted if a girl walked by, but it seems that his shinobi career has proved to do well in maturing Kira into a fine soldier. He may, every now and then, flirt with a female, but that's just natural since everyone needs some form of interaction with the opposite sex. Just because he's a Jounin doesn't mean that Kira isn't human. Everyone has needs, y know. It's just that skirt chasing has been lost its spot as a priority.
The willful ninja knows when he should be out in the battlefield or preparing just in case for a breach. If orders aren't given to him, he is quick to decide where he will be needed more at a given moment. His experiences has taught Kira that focus and analytical skills are needed when out on the battlefield. He has taken that lesson rather well and has striven to increase his tactician abilities as to not falter when needed in a situation. It doesn't matter to Kira what may be going around him when he's in battle. He knows that he had to pay attention to what is going on around him, but if team mates are around, he places enough trust in them to hope that they can take care of whatever issue it may be.
Kira's hair dangles from the top of his head down to around his shoulder blades when let loose. After years of having roughly the same hair style, the Jounin has finally changed it up a bit. Instead of keeping his hair tied back in a ponytail, Kira has begun to pull it straight back. The ends of his hair come to a spike all the way down. A single collection of hair falls in the opposite direction and down the right side of his face between his eye and the rest of his hair.
The young shinobi's eyes are of a golden brown, caramel color. The shade of his optics seem to vary on how much light is in current contact with them or where on his eyes is the person looking. Though all of his eyes would be classified as a light brown, he further out along his eye that you look, the lighter it seems to get. Though the change is slight, it's still apparent that it's there. With very close inspection one could notice the almost golden color around his eye. That seems to be the lightest point but it's only able to be seen when someone is literally nose to nose with him.
Unlike most, Kira brings it upon himself to wear an earring on each ear. He doesn't mind having the extra accessories on himself. The earrings only ever consist of two things, though. One is either studs that can't be seen from too far while the other would be a loop that seems to fit the curve of Kira's earlobe perfectly. In addition to the earrings, Kira has a single necklace that hangs around his neck. There is a single charm that hangs at the end of the necklace but it's usually not able to be seen as he always has it tucked in his shirt. The charm doesn't seem to mean much to others but to Kira it means a whole lot more.
The skin complexion that Kira carries with him for most of the year is that of a light tanned color. Seeing as he is always out and about the village doing missions and all he has plenty of time to get enough sun. During the winter time, however, Kira's complexion lightens a good portion and he begins to have an Anglo Saxon look to himself. It's not that shocking as most people do get lighter in the winter from lack of sun. The color returns to him in no time. During the summer, though, Kira gain yet another complexion. This time he becomes a full on tan color. The excess sun turns Kira darker than he'd like but there isn't anything he can do about it. Work still has to be done. Whether it's winter or summer.
An athletic body is how this male is graced. He keeps himself fit through all his training exercises, working with Dominio, and helping out the village. Anyone that saw him would normally say he is very well toned. The cuts are apparent and they become even more apparent when he works out. Nowadays, though, it has become considerable harder to see this in his arms or legs or his body for that matter since he has become one of the Iron Shogun. The only place that his muscles can really be seen now is his stomach, which has his six pack, and his lower arms.
The red armor seems to coat the whole body of the male. It wouldn't be anything far from correct if someone called him the "Man of Iron" or even "Iron Man." Kira, himself, has already begun to refer to himself as such. The armor seems to protect him all over his body up to the point that he can even manipulate it to bring forth a shield or a blade from the top of his hand or above his knee. The armor makes Kira stand out a whole bunch more and Kira has no issues with that. It's about time that he showed his village what he could really do.When training anything by himself Kira's attire consists of a simple beater, usually black or white, along with his ninja pants or a pair of shorts. When Kira is training with his mother however he tends to dress up more as he doesn't want to come off as rude to his mother. Instead of a beater Kira goes a bit further and simply wears his ninja pants and his flat jacket that he received from one of the village events. Whenever Kira is training with a master of some style however he attempts to dress however everyone else in the dojo does in order to try and follow tradition. This attire no longer works for Kira as the Shogun armor seems to take completely over. Kira doesn't waste time trying to cover it up. Everyone would just have to get used to it like Dominio had. It didn't really matter either as Dominio was truly the only person that Kira trained with if it wasn't from a master at a dojo.
The newest mission attire is quite simple. Kira dons his Shogun armor all over his body, as he has no choice in that matter. Then Kira equips his Jounin vest over his armor in order to provide the slot usage that he needs for his secondary weapons, and lastly, Kira has a pair of tactical gloves that he wears on his hands as a means to keep his palms and upper hand protected. Kira used to wear his headband on his arm but as he grew up and became a true shinobi he has moved it to it's rightful location on his forehead.
Both of the shinobi's weapon pouches take a hold of his right hip. Their location is there because it makes it easier for Kira to slip his dominant hand into his weapon's pouch this way. In addition to that, Kira's wakizashi is located on the left side and his katana can be found right below that. They are placed there for it makes it easier to use on of the fighting styles that he has read about. His third blade, his tanto, can be found crossing his back from right shoulder to left hip. Lastly the ninja carries his fuma shuriken in that same location; usually tucked under the tanto.

History:Child Hood[CRAP]
His father looked at him as a failure as a child causing him to train twice as hard. He picked up a lot of his father's traits such as not trusting people and a trait he picked up from his mother was speaking his mind. He grew up away from all the children when he was young since he only cared about receiving his father's approval. Since his dad was always gone due to him being on an AnBu squad, Kira had to work hard enough to impress him when he came back. In all his failed attempts, this led to him becoming a bully. Picking fights wherever he went just to see if he was stronger. He ended up picking a fight with the wrong people. He ran into Dogurasu, who was one of the supposed tough kids out of the academy students. Kira couldn't wait to fight him. The only thing he didn't calculate was the interference of an ally. While in the middle of the fight, Kurisu joined leading to Kira-Gashi's defeat. After noticing how well the two other students could fight, he decided he was better off with someone then alone. This led to his growing friendship with both Kurisu and Dogurasu.
When Kira's father was lying in his death bed, he finally told Kira that he was proud of him. Showing no emotion to the death of his father, Kira just walked out of the room. He finally noticed that he didn't care about his father's praise anymore but only cared for his own self praise which he didn't seem to give to himself as often as he used to. The loss of his father brought on a change in attitude in the young genin. He continued on to work hard in hopes of trying to improve greatly, even if he wasn't striving to impress anyone in particular. Kira's mother, from the sidelines, always watched as Kira trained, making sure that he didn't overexert himself. Soon enough the time came where the Kurisu, Dogurasu, and Kira took a leave of absence from the village in order to train in the forest in the outskirts of the village. From here is where Kira's first attitude change came.Time Skip
The time spent away from home, which was around a years plus time, led to a more outgoing Kira. He began sharing what his feeling were as well as being a lot more outgoing since Kira felt like he had improved so much over the course of the year. He was finally lightening up on himself. He didn't feel like he had to constantly push himself to do well. This turned out rather well for him too because once he returned to the village with his new confidence and charisma, he quickly founded himself a team. It all started with a meeting in the park; his spot had been taken by some girl. Except she was oh so much more than just that. It was a shame that some young kid got in the way, though. The team went through a few missions, and during the argument on who would be leader, the Raikage had stepped in and chosen a leader. The choice threw all of them off, but the two guys didn't mind being led by a girl, and Kira was loving it, to be honest. The team, however, didn't seem destined to work out because once the young male was sent off to complete a mission for the raikage, he never returned, and the female, who was the leader, simply disappeared. She didn't go missing-- she simply vanished.
Once again Kira was left alone to fend for himself when it came to shinobi issues since his friends from when he was a child had never returned from that trip so long ago. Soon enough, though, Kira would find himself meeting up with another team, but just like the first, it didn't work out. At this point, Kira was beginning to lost interest in working as a team since it never seemed to work for him. It seemed that he was just better off working alone than trying to depend on some random people to work with. This was an attitude that Kira kept with him for months on end as he trained and completed missions. It felt as though he was returning to his old ways again, but it would be halted by his mother. He hadn't known that she was a ninja until the day that she helped him out with a fire jutsu that he was having issues with. To his surprise, she had a lot of secrets that she never told him. It made Kira think of what else could have been hidden from him by his family. He didn't really know anything about his father other than that he was in the AnBu, and as far as his mother goes, he doesn't even know her rank.Chuunin Exams
Time to question didn't come around, though, as the Chuunin Exams crept closer and closer and it was Kira's time to participate in the deadly exams. A lot of time was put into training with his mother, and when Kira finally arrived to the area where the exams were being held, he found himself with another Kumogakure ninja. The spar that the two had with each other introduced Kira to the powers of Genjutsu, and hoe deadly they could be to someone that didn't know what they are. This led Kira to become suspicious of lots of activity. He wouldn't be able to take anything for face value so easily anymore. The attacks that could be used from genjutsu could seem deadly and powerful, but they were simply illusions, but Kira didn't want to have that mind set stuck in his head or else he could end up fighting someone with real moves that strong and think that they are fake.
Eventually, the third and final member of the Kumogakure Chuunin Exam team had formed. Even though this was the only time that it was going to be used, Kira couldn't help but make sure he followed everything that he felt he may need. He allowed the battle to continue for a few more turns because he needed to know what the other member of the team was capable of. Kira knew vry well what the extent of Kiyoshi's powers were, but Kira knew nothing on the powers of the other. After the sparring break finally finished, though, it was time to return to the the registration. Even if the group was just going to be partners for this one time only, Kira felt that someone needed to take charge and since the other two didn't seem as capable, Kira simply did it. The role fit nicely, and Kira found himself helping guide the team to exam completion.Chuunin
The team returned home together and after the Raikage had her free time, she promoted two out of three of us Genin to Chuunin. Kira, of course, was one of the two that acquired the rank, and that on it's own seemed to force him into a new personality. The now Chuunin had to find a steady personality to stick with, he couldn't be flip flopping between moods at all time. With the new rank came new responsibilities, and since he was Chuunin it was time for him to lead his own team. Kira didn't exactly pick up any team mates. He would have a Genin or two in his group, but it was never anything personal. The Genin just never seemed to stick around; it wasn't his fault was it? It couldn't be-- some people just weren't meant to be a ninja; it's good that they figured it out then versus laterDominio
Kira's daily travels, whether it be on missions, training, or taking a break for once, had taken him to the outskirts of the village. The point was to get in some training for the day, but the Lumogakure Chuunin found himself preoccupied with something far more interesting. In front of Kira stood a large bear that. Kira, after a quick spar with the beast, Kira was able to make friends with the bear. A few more hours would be spent out here, even to the point that Kira was able to remember seeing this bear and the bear's father pack in theJounin ExamsKukulcan SummonsTeam Veritas
