Rank of mission: C
Danger: Low-Medium
Posting Minimum: 4
Description of mission: A shop owner in Konohagakure has reported his son seemingly going missing every night, exiting the house at about 2am, whilst entering at around 5am. In an attempt to see where exactly the boy is going, he has asked for shinobi to follow him discretely as he makes his way across Konohagakure to who knows where. You will need to make yourself hidden by him, else you’ll blow your cover!
Mission objectives:
• Follow the boy around Konoha to figure out where he’s going.
• In the morning, tell his father.
Reward: 2,550
Hikari casually walked down the streets of Konoha, looking for a certain shop owner who had requested a shinobi. The children in the streets would goof off and run all over town, some would occasionally bump into her. The peddlers were advertising aloud, asking for villagers to look at his items. Though Hikari had already packed at home, not that this simple mission would require anything too important.
Finally finding the precise shop, Hikari made her way into the store and took a visit to the cash register. A young lady about the age of 25 stood there, apparently waiting for a customer. "Hello, is there anything you need?" she asked politely. Her name tag said: Miyuki. "Actually, yes. I would like to see the manager." Hikari said.
"And what is your purpose?" Miyuki then asked. "The shop owner had requested a shinobi at the Hokage Tower, I'm here for that." Miyuki looked skeptical at Hikari and rolled her eyes, "Exactly, how old are you?"
"Don't you think that's a bit personal?" Hikari questioned, keeping her voice monotone. Just then, a bulky man came out from a door behind Miyuki. He had the words: Manager, sewn onto his navy blue polo. Hikari ignored the rest of Miyuki's interrogation and faced the rather large man. "Your a ninja, aren't you?-Hikari nodded-It's about time!" the manager exclaimed. "Yeah, I'm here about the commotion of your son." Hikari explained.
"That's right, he keeps disappearing around 2:00 in the morning and comes back at 5:00 am. I haven't said anything about it, but I need to know where it is he goes to."
"Tch...Leave it to me, I'll figure out where your son is going off to."
With that, the manager gave Hikari his address and she left with the information in the pocket of her skirt. She realized that she had not catch the manager's name and he did not know hers. Hikari would not sleep for the rest of the day, she was way too prepped for this mission.
