Vacation where I want to be [Private]

"At last" he announced, pointing the ship. There was a ramp to walk up upon. Most of the passengers were already on board, making them part of the last group to board. Before he took his first step, he noted Jiro's expression. "Hey Jiro, something wrong? This will be better than the little boat I have." While his boat wasn't actually little, it was trumped many times over by this thing. However, Jiro seemed a little reserved or put off. Then it dawned on him...

Inviting Jiro kinda made him third wheel. He scratched his head kinda awkwardly then looked down for a moment. The whole while, Mika was at his side, her tender grip reciprocated by his own, albeit with a bit of a distracted attention. Boarding the ship in which ever manner seemed most convenient, the ship would soon take off, the land moving further way. The process would be slow at first, then gradually pick up. During that time, the crew would show them to their own room. The three somehow got one room between the three of them... which might prove awkward...

Aclime walked to the center of their room, the lights already being on. He was very tired at this point, and allowed his bags to drop to the floor, he would lay back on the floor and just breath for a few moments, allowing most of his tension to drift away. It was from this position where he would close his own eyes and say, "I'm tired" a slight laugh in his voice

Before the Akumu faded to the presence of Aclime, an impassive expression greeted the medic. What could she possibly want? Last time he checked, the medic couldn’t stand him, not that it mattered in the least. Thus at the mention of a nickname, she received an equally as impassive “Hmph,” barely even a response. A few seconds would pass, and he’d say, “Recognize me you say?” When he said that, the expression grew into a bit of a grin, a rather psychotic one. The rather unnerving appearance portrayed a few teeth along one side of his mouth. When the actual name was given, he cocked his head to the side a bit, the grin still a bit strong. “Heh. Akai? I don’t quite care what you call me. You’re the only one consciously aware of my existence. And so, is a rose named different, otherwise the same? Yet, I tired of this mundane atmosphere.” It was his last words before Aclime resurfaced.

“Oops, I guess I should have mentioned it to him. He doesn’t care though. I can read that easily enough.” And so he was silent while she responded to him, her silent nod to the door speaking volumes to him. She was really eager to see the ocean the traversed. Come to think about it, she had appeared to space off, mesmerized by its very appearance. If he refused her… well, then there’d have been no point coming out this far, right? Nodding his head, he simply said, “Of course, I wouldn’t refuse such a thing. The air has a very pleasant feel to it as well.”

A bare palm extended itself to her invitingly as he half turned to the door. When she moved towards him, he would gently push the door open, waiting for her to leave. Once they were out on deck, the sky blared the bright colors of day before their faces. Mizu no kuni was quickly disappearing behind them, their destination not yet toward them yet. Outside at this current moment, Aclime leaned over to the railing on the starboard side of the boat. Mika would likely do the same or something similar. Day had long broken by this time though, so the sun beamed down on the ocean and reflected at all who would look down. This caused Aclime to squint and look away, comically stating the obvious, “It’s bright out today.”

Of course, that was a good thing. That meant fair weather, and easy, safe travel. While this boat would likely stand up to all but the roughest of whether conditions, he’d rather Mika’s first experience at sea be rather pleasant. He didn’t see Jiro though, not at all. Closing his eyes briefly, he could sense the number of people on the boat in their respective rooms and areas of the boat. A few were exceptionally strong though. It was through this, he felt someone strong, likely Jiro, some distance away. “Do you think he’s avoiding the two of us?” he asked, not saying names, but clearly speaking of the Taimaster. While they conversed, the boat would coast closer to its first destination in the land of waves.



OOC:Yeah, just subtlly, or not so subtly rp the boat moving while we travel. I'll probably actually rest in the room during part of the next round to pass the time that would pass while we travel.

OOC: I’m waking up much later, so you guys can rp more this round until you want to start rping to getting off the boat. Let’s go ahead and leave the boat this round, k? Also trying to find a gm to gm the search

From his sleeping position, Aclime slept for hours upon hours, waking up as much as 6 hours later. It would be getting dark by this time, and the boat would have landed at docks and started unloading. During that time assuming Jiro and Mika hadn’t returned to the room, he’d start repacking his own stuff, as his had been the only things dropped and strewn about the floor. Apparently, he’d been so tired that he hadn’t bothered putting away his things. But now, he was wide awoke and recharged. Likely, he wouldn’t need to sleep for days. Now wearing his secondary appearance, the slight roguish male kimono, who looked more like a swordsman than a regular civilian, or a shinobi, as he went ahead and slipped a single katana into belt sash.


If his other two traveling partners were in the room by now, he’d turn to ask Jiro, “So, do you know anything about the heir of heaven?” He himself knew nothing of him besides the two facts that he was the most proficient master of Tensora’s heaven and that he lived in this country. He’d then turn to Mika and say, “We should go ahead and get off the boat. We might be here a bit of a while.” The first order of business was to find clues about the great sword saint. It wouldn’t be the least bit easy. At the very least, at least this country was small, very small. There’s only be but so much ground to cover.


He would walk over to the entrance ramp to look over to a number of the people getting off the boat. The country was a lower rate country for sure. It wasn’t as if being in the great water country created a snobbish image in his mind, but could clearly look around and see in everything for the most part, that the quality of the country was lacking. Many of the buildings were small, some were appeared of shoddy craftsman ship, and the appearances even had a lack of luster. The people on the other hand mostly seemed to be within the lower range of wage earners. Their clothing consisted of plain simple materials and designs typically worn by people without too much free time. But what he needed to do was to see if there was anyone who stood out enough who might have interesting information. This was a dock after all, one of the first places where information got to a country. Perhaps if this place had nothing, they could look for a bar though, he’d only resort to that as a secondary, or last, resort.
