Effect: Is a concealed weapon that is generally for throwing, and sometimes stabbing or slashing.

Description: Hira-shuriken is constructed from thin, flat plates of metal derived from a variety of sources including hishi-gane (coins), and kugi-nuki (carpentry tools), and generally resemble popular conceptions of shuriken. In modern popular culture, these are called "throwing stars" or "ninja stars". They often have a hole in the center and possess a fairly thin blade sharpened only at the tip. The holes derive from their source in items that had holes - old coins, washers, and nail-removing tools. This proved convenient for the shuriken user, as well, as the weapons could be strung on a string or dowel in the belt for transport, and the hole also had aerodynamic and weighting effects that aided the flight of the blade after it was thrown. There is a wide variety of forms of hira-shuriken and they are now usually identified by the number of points the blades possess.

PERSONALITY

loyal - Logi is an incredibly loyal individual. Once he swears his allegiance to someone, there is little chance of him changing his mind. When Logi fights for those he is loyal to, he fights without thinking of his own personal health. The way he thinks about it, if there is a reason to fight, it is to protect those you respect and care about. This mindset is always present on the battlefield. Logi will do all he can to complete a mission, but if it means the downfall of a fellow team mate, no way is he pushing on. Logi's priority is to make sure that the people he respects and cares about are safe.

brave - Bravery is one of those things that Logi is renowned for. More than once has he fought thieves and bandits way above his own combat abilities. He is brave simply because he thinks that if you don't apply 100% of yourself to everything you do, then there's no point in doing it. Logi believes that bravery is simply the way you look at a situation, if you're a natural optimist, then you are naturally brave. The trick to being brave is never panicking, no matter how bad a situation appears to be. Being someone with a carefree attitude, Logi doesn't let anything get to his head, he is just living his life.

energetic - Logi is also incredibly energetic. Sometimes it seems as if he has unlimited amounts of motivation, which really isn't the case. Most of the time, Logi seems to be up for doing anything, even the most menial of tasks. However, this also transfers over to the battlefield. A lot of the time, Logi turns out to be the motivator. When people take a look at him and see him smiling while in the midst of battle, it gives them an urge to fight on. He doesn't do this on purpose, he just so happens to be a natural leader, which is something he hasn't realized yet.

humorous - Logi has a good sense of humor, although maybe a strange one at that. Logi's sense of humor almost makes him seem completely random and off-topic. At times, his jokes may also be perceived as rude, but he couldn't care less. For example, if someone is having a hard time figuring something out, or generally existing, Logi will most probably make a joke at their expense. He is the type of person to run up to someone and randomly poke them in the face. Life in the village can be incredibly boring sometimes, and when that just so happens to be the case, it is up to Logi to change that.

sociable - Logi is one sociable guy. He loves talking to random villagers and making new friends. He is the type of person you see at parties, just going around and talking to everyone. When it comes to popularity, Logi doesn't lack. People seem to enjoy his company wherever it may be, and he just so happens to enjoy their company. He loves having people that he knows he can rely on, no matter what the situation. The reputation of being a good friend is what led people to easily trust Logi, something he personally finds weird.










stubborn - The most obvious negative trait of Logi's is his stubbornness. Once he sets his mind of something, there is little anyone can do to change it. He tends to stop listening to any sort of rational argument, and just goes for whatever he thinks is best. He believes that his judgement is a lot better than most of the people out there. The way he sees it, he knows what's best for him, and people shouldn't stick their nose in someone else's business. As long as people keep to themselves, and don't start arguing about something they really shouldn't be arguing about, Logi has no problem with them.

short tempered - Logi is incredibly easy to anger. This usually turns out to be one of his bad traits. Logi is usually a chilled-out guy, until someone does something to piss him off. Logi has a remarkably short fuse, and can even get into an argument with someone simply because they took the last cookie, or they wouldn't let him sit in his usual place. Of course, Logi doesn't get straight into fights, there is a lead up. First, Logi will usually start shouting obscenities and start an argument. If the argument fails, only then will Logi start relying on his fists.

battle thirsty - This is an unusual trait of Logi's. He loves fighting. He himself doesn't really know what it is about fighting that he loves so much. Maybe it's the adrenaline rush, or maybe its the thought that once you start fighting for real, there is no choice but to win or die. Some people find this quality incredibly creepy, while others see it as being expected from someone who pursued to become a shinobi. Logi is careful to keep this side of his under strict control, he doesn't want to be viewed as a monster, and only lets this side show when in the midst of battle.

carefree - Logi is carefree. He doesn't always necessarily follow orders to the last detail. If he himself sees a flaw in someone's thinking, he will correct it without really informing anyone. This comes back to him thinking that his judgement is better than anyone else's. This is not to be mistaken with not following orders. Logi will do everything in his power to complete a mission, but he will sometimes amp an objective up to make it much more useful, or change the way he executes a certain mission.

rude - Logi is seen by many to be a rude person. The jokes he makes at other people's expense, and the pranks he plays may sometimes get a bit too much. He can often hold prejudice against someone if he has heard bad things about them, or personally has a bad past with them. One thing Logi would never do is disrespect authority. If someone is above him in rank, Logi knows to respect them. This is because it is only natural that if they deserve to be at the rank they are, they will probably be stronger and smarter than himself. He has no problem with authority whatsoever.

APPEARANCE

general - The thing that possibly stands out the most about Logi's appearance is the eye patch that he wears on his left eye. He wears this because at the age of 14, Logi lost eyesight in the left eye due to reasons explained later on. His long black hair reaches down to the bottom of his neck. Another strange trait of Logi's is his yellow eyes. Not many people have yellow eyes, and Logi himself thinks that they look quite cool. He sports an athletic body, just like a shinobi should. He strives to keep himself fit, but doesn't want body builder muscles.

village outfit - Logi's village outfit is considerably simple. The very bottom layer of this outfit consists of a protective mesh and grey t-shirt. On top of that, Logi wears a metal chest plate to protect him from simple strikes. On the very top layer, Logi puts on a blue coat that has all sorts of decorations on it, most notably, a white circular pattern on the back of the coat. Logi wears this outfit around the village and when training, sometimes he may wear it for missions.

casual outfit - Logi's casual outfit isn't really an outfit at all. It is more like a bunch of clothes that Logi thinks will look good on him that day. Usually, he will wear a blue or yellow t-shirt, and a pair of jeans. When it gets colder outside, Logi may even put on a jumper or hoodie. In extreme cold conditions, Logi probably wouldn't be wearing his casual outfit. Logi wears his casual outfit whenever he feels that the day will be somewhat... casual. It is usually on days where he doesn't expect to train, do any missions, or fight for any reason what-so-ever.

formal outfit - Logi's formal outfit is where it gets a little bit more complicated. It varies extremely depending on the occasion, but the general rule is that the formal outfit will have some kind of robes. Usually, for most occasions, he will wear a light robe with intricate designs on it. On more sorrowful occasions, such as someone's funeral, he will wear a robe that is completely black. This is also the clothing that he will wear during the mourning period. Obviously, Logi only wears his formal outfits whenever the situation happens to require such attire.

war outfit - This is where it gets serious. Logi has yet to wear this outfit. This outfit is only to be worn if Otogakure ever goes to war. It consists of a blue helmet that completely covers his head and neck, leaving only his face uncovered. The helmet has a yellow crescent at the front, that is there for intimidation, and acts as a sort of icon for Logi. The rest of the outfit is various pieces of blue armor. The very top of the armor will have a cloth layer, that resembles the blue robe he wears in his village outfit. On the back of the armor, the same circular symbol can be found.

HISTORY

age 1 - Logi's birth was without any major problems, and his parents were able to take him home the next day. His dad, Kunio Shimizu, was a famous bounty hunter, married to a woman named Mura. Logi was a perfectly happy and healthy baby, and showed no signs of mental or physical disorders. It goes without saying that Logi himself cannot remember himself in these days, and has to rely on stories from his father and mother in order to know what he was like as a baby. The first year of having a child seemingly flew by for Kunio and Mura, and soon, their little boy was two years old.

age 2 - Before they knew it, Logi was two years old. Nothing had seemingly changed from the day he was born, except for the obvious fact that Logi was growing into a toddler. When he was two and a half years old, Logi took his first step. His parents were delighted. They decided it would be a good idea to hold his hands making him stand up and take a photo of the 'beautiful moment'. By the time he was in his late 2's, Logi could walk like a pro. He proved to be quite the nuisance, always sticking his nose into places he shouldn't be.

age 3 - On his third birthday, Kunio and Mura decided to give Logi a birthday party. They invited their friends, especially those who had children around Logi's age. It was a fun day out for everyone, and apparently, Logi enjoyed the experience greatly. As the third year of his life was passing by, Logi had finally mastered walking, and was beginning to talk. When he said his first word, which was 'daddy', his parents had a cuteness overload. Their son had finally spoken his first word, it was only a matter of time before he would put whole sentences together and have full on conversations with them.

age 4 - When Logi reached the age of 4, he started going to kindergarten. His parents saw it as an opportunity to let him socialize and make his first friends. It happened. Within the first two days of attending kindergarten, Logi had a friend. His name was Jay, and him and Logi were pretty much best friends from the word go. In kindergarten, Logi didn't really get along with the rest of the children. He would often bite someone or hurt someone in one way or another. He was a mischievous little bastard.

age 5 - The biggest thing that Logi achieved when 5 years old was learning to read. Sure, this was a bit slow compared to other children, but Logi was actually turning out to be a bright child. By this time in his life, he had made a couple of friends, but Jay was still his best friend. The two would spend a lot of time wandering around outside, under adult supervision of course. Reading wasn't something that Logi took to instantly, his teacher had to be incredibly patient with him, the child just didn't seem to want to read. Eventually, it happened, and Logi decided to give up and just learned to read within a few days.

age 6 - From the time that Logi became 6 years old, he pretty much spent most of his time with his mum and Jay. The reason for this is because his dad was usually off doing bounty hunter stuff, which Logi found fascinating. However, he himself didn't want to become a bounty hunter. Logi and Jay had already decided that they both wanted to become shinobi. Both of them had heard great stories about being a ninja in a village. You would be a respected warrior that had all sorts of amazing abilities. It sounded like a fairy-tale, except it was real.

age 7 - At the age of seven, Logi received the biggest surprise of his life. His father, who hadn't been around for what seemed like forever, suddenly came back home with a small child. He told Logi that the child was now his brother... His adopted brother. Just like that, his father was gone again, and Logi and his mum had an extra mouth to feed. Logi hated the kid at first. He hated him so much, he went as far as spitting on his adopted brother's face during their first meeting. It seemed as though his mother hated the kid too, it was understandable. Once the kid had found out that Logi and most of the people in the village were bandits, he told them how much he hated them. He hated the people that were letting his pitiful existence carry on.

age 8 - At the age of 8, Logi had learned to tolerate the pitiful annoyance that was his adopted brother Kiro. Whenever Logi went, Kiro seemed to follow him around, it was incredibly annoying and distracting to say the least. Jay himself also quickly learned to hate Kiro, no one seemed to give that kid a break. Kiro would follow Logi and Jay around all the time, demanding friendship. One day, Logi and Jay were crossing a bridge, and Kiro was trailing behind them. Kiro shouted at the two friends, something about them not giving him a chance. Pissed off, Logi turned around and punched Kiro. Due to the force of the punch, Kiro lost his balance and fell off the bridge. He fell from an incredibly high distance, into a ravine. Spooked, Logi ran away from home, scared of what would happen if he came back.

age 9 A few weeks of living rough was enough for Logi and Jay. They both decided that it was better to come clean to their parents rather than die in the wilderness. Coming home, Logi was surprised to see that his mother was happy to see him. Apparently, when Kiro came home, she didn't believe his story and sent him to bed. Finally getting a good night's rest, Logi went out the next day with Jay. They both sat on a grassy bank, discussing the possibility of them being shinobi. That's when they noticed him. Kiro was seemingly eavesdropping on their conversation. Knowing that they couldn't let him get away with their secrets, they caught Kiro and tied him to a tree. After hours of discussion, Jay and Logi decided that no matter how bad the act seemed, they had to kill Kiro in order to prevent him from spreading their secrets. The kid was panicking, but Logi and Jay were having trouble deciding on who should kill the screaming child. Neither of them had committed murder before, and neither of them really wanted to. However, before they finished deciding, they heard someone coming. This was Kiro's lucky day. They untied him from the tree and let him go.

age 10 - At the age of 10 is where things started turning around for Logi and Kiro. A pack of bandits attacked and ransacked their village. Logi being just a child, couldn't do much to defend himself or anyone in the village. The bandits took Kiro, but at that moment, Kiro screamed for Logi. The bandits remembered Logi's name, and took Kiro in for interrogation. Logi wouldn't stand it. Sure, he hated the kid, but he wasn't about to let a pack of dirty bandits kill his adopted brother. He was starting to get a soft spot for the kid. The next day Logi had already successfully infiltrated the bandits' base. He watched as they tortured Kiro for information, but Kiro wouldn't tell them anything. Feeling like he owed the kid his life, Logi and Jay revealed themselves to the bandits, and promptly proceeded to kick their asses. Logi made sure to kill the bandit leader himself, he wasn't going to let anyone hurt his brother ever again.

age 11 - A few months later, Kiro felt it necessary to confess to Logi and Jay. He told them that he didn't tell the bandits about their secret simply because he wanted to have a friend. He hated the fact that he didn't know his biological parents, and he hated the feeling of being alone in the world. Feeling guilty, Logi and Jay accepted Kiro and formed a trio. Soon, they would go around the village performing all sorts of jobs in order to get paid. They would use this money to buy better clothes and provide food for themselves. Soon afterwards, Jay seemed to have separated from Logi and Kiro, leaving just the two of them. Logi and Kiro would seemingly train for days and nights, sparring almost every day. Of course, being the older sibling, Logi had a natural advantage. He was stronger, and so, managed to win every single spar that him and Kiro ever had. 74 wins in total. Soon, it came clear that Jay was the son of a noble. Jay's father didn't like Jay hanging around with Logi and Kiro, so he hired a group of bounty hunters to bring Jay back and get rid of Logi and Kiro. Understandably, Jay begged his father to call off the bounty hunters, but only managed to make a deal which meant that he would no longer be allowed to hang around with Kiro and Logi. That was the last that Logi had ever seen of Jay. A few months later, they received news that a ship was sunk by pirates, and Jay happened to be one of the victims. Outraged, Logi intensified his training regime, and prepared to leave his town.

age 12 - As soon as Logi turned twelve, he couldn't wait around any longer. Saying goodbye to Kiro and his mum, he left the village that he had spent his life in. His reasons for leaving were clear, he would set out to travel the world, and become a ninja just like him and Kiro used to dream. He was going to become a shinobi just so he could fulfill the promise he had made to Kiro. If both of them couldn't become ninja's, then Logi would have to become a ninja as strong as two people. He set out from the fire country, and traveled the world for what seemed like months. He would survive by taking odd jobs and missions from strangers, in exchange for shelter and food. He would live like this for a good year, before he finally found a place to settle.

age 13 - Living out in the world was tough, but Logi was an even tougher kid. Whenever life seemed to get him down, he would tell life to go fuck itself and strengthen himself. He traveled around in his younger days, visiting almost every capital of the major countries. However, as he soon came to realize, life in the major countries wasn't for him. He hated the hustle and bustle of the trade market, he hated the urgency people had to live their lives. That's why Logi decided to go and live in one of the smaller countries. He was back to square one. He would travel to each country, weighing the pros and cons of living there. Eventually, he came to a decision that the land of sound seemed like the best place to live, and so, he set up an apartment in the capital of sound.

age 14 - Living in the capital of sound was definitely different from anywhere else. There seemed to be concerts all the time, but it was nowhere near as busy as one of the major countries. Logi loved life here, however he still had a promise to fulfil, he had to join the sound village. Logi travelled there with nothing but the clothes on his back, and after hearing the kage have a heated debate with his advisers, Logi was allowed to join the village. Life in the village was peaceful. People were in no rush to live their life, something that Logi loved. He made new friends and was accepted into the Otogakure community, however there was a certain task that Logi wanted to do. And that was enrolling in the academy. He graduated quicker than most of the other ninja, he was a smart kid. He would live the rest of the year enjoying the spoils of being a ninja with friends. He had fulfilled his promise to Jay.

age 15 - While life in the village was great, life in his old town wasn't so. While Logi was integrating himself into the Otogakure community, his father had come home to the old town, only to find out that Logi had murdered the leader of the bandits. He was furious, furious at the fact that his own son was capable of murder. Logi's father formed his own team of bounty hunters, and started to hunt Logi down. As Logi came to learn, there was a reason his father was one of the most famous bounty hunters in his time. Within a few weeks, Logi was in custody of his old father, who had the intention of putting Logi in jail. A couple of weeks later Logi would find himself starving in a small jail cell god knows where. He couldn't believe that his own father would do that to him. Infuriated, he used his knowledge of ninja techniques to break out of the cell and escape back to sound, making sure to cover his tracks well.

age 16 - Finding himself relieved and back in sound, Logi had to make sure that nothing like that could ever happen again. He couldn't let his father take him to jail again. He had to get stronger. And so, with a little research, Logi decided to devote himself to learning the art of TaiJutsu. He spent the whole year under intense training from a village jounin, but in the end, he had succeeded. He still had one wish, however, and that was to obtain mastery over as many fighting styles as he could. Sadly, the wish couldn't be fulfilled until Logi got stronger through other means, but he was told to rest assured, as the right time would come, and he would be able to learn new styles.

age 17 - Having mastered the Kumotate style, Logi had to find other ways to get stronger. Eventually, through experimentation, he had found that the thing he enjoyed the most was learning NinJutsu. And so, he proceeded to train. Months of training had passed, and eventually, just like Logi expected, his father was back. Using his skills as a ninja, Logi had made it much harder for the bounty hunters to restrain him. He had killed 5 of the bounty hunters, when he was finally faced with his father. However, his father wasn't one to fight fair, and had 3 people to back him up. Just as Logi thought all was lost, his favorite little brother showed up. Apparently, Kiro had followed in Logi's footsteps, and came to sound. He was here to help Logi out, and become a ninja, just like him. With the help of Kiro, Logi managed to beat the remaining bounty hunters, but while he was busy kicking ass, Kiro was injured by their father. Finishing off his fight with the bounty hunters, Logi turned his attention to their father, who just so happened to be a master of Enten Kobushi. Telling Kiro to run, Logi would take his father on. It was now or never, life or death. He would use all of his skill to fight his father, and the battle was pretty much even. His father managed to put a hole in Logi's chest, and Logi was running out of time, he was going to bleed to death if he didn't finish this fight. Understanding that he had no other choice, Logi combined his skill in TaiJutsu and NinJutsu to fight his father. He managed to barely come out on top in a drawn out battle, killing his father as a result. Before dying, however, Logi managed to make his way to the hospital, and the hole in his chest was healed by expert medics.

age 18 - Having endured the biggest battle of his life, Logi was still recovering from his injury, when he heard great news. His brother, Kiro, was apparently back in the village. Escaping from the hospital, Logi would make his way down to the village gates, along with hundreds of other people, to greet Kiro. His little brother was back, and he was safe. Feeling proud as an older brother for keeping his brother safe, Logi broke down in tears. The two would bond over the next year, training and sparring together. Kiro had certainly gotten stronger, it was incredible. However, Logi was still the stronger out of the two, it was just like the good old days.

age 19 - Logi began gaining trust in the village, and often proved himself to be a valuable member of the village. It was only natural that he soon reached the limit of what was possible for a Genin. As an outsider, it was a hard decision for the kage to let Logi go to the Chuunin exams. However, the kage trusted Logi and decided to allow it. Not surprisingly, he came back victorious and was given the title of Chuunin by the Otokage. He spent the rest of the year training in the art of Enten Kobushi, to honor the memory of his father.

  Description: At this stage in the user’s use of fire jutsu, they have worked with and probably been burned and signed with their own jutsu for a long while. They have a deep understanding on the ways to manipulate fire and take that understanding to a new level. This level of use allows the user to perform and master the use of fire jutsu without worrying about the minor burns and singes that can easily stack up in heavy combat.

• Fire Style: Fire Bolt Technique (10 TP)

  Effect: Shoots a very small ball of fire, no larger than a foot in diameter, towards a target.

  Drawback: When the seals are over, the user extends their hands, shooting the ball of fire from their fingertips, which after repeated use (3 or more times), causes singeing which can slow down the speed of which a user can perform handseals or other finger movements.
  Description: The user performs the handseals, converting chakra within the hands into heat energy. The hands are then pointed towards a target and a small bolt of fire, no larger than a foot in diameter, leaves the hand and flies rapidly towards the opponent.

  Effect: Shoots small gout of flame towards the opponent.

  Drawback: Requires the user to exhale and keep their dominant hand cupped over their mouths. Once the user is out of breath of moves their hand, the technique falls.
  Description: The user performs the handseals, energizing their hand and their esophagus with chakra. The user then cups their hand over their lips and exhales. The oxygen being expelled from the lungs combusts upon reaching the chakra from the hand, and the user blows it out a maximum of ten feet away. This is different from the Goukakyou no Jutsu in the fact that this comes out as a stream and not a fireball, and also different from the fact that once the user stops breathing out or moves their hand, the technique ends.

  Description: The user forms handsigns and begins to heat the air around them in five concentrated spots. If heated high enough, the air will begin to burn in the shape of a sparrow. They will appear in a half of a second once this technique is mastered. Once formed, the user can send them towards their opponent with the point of a finger and a boost of chakra. The projectiles fly in a straight line, allowing for minimal control in direction while in flight. All though made from fire, they cannot do much damage beyond a burn since they lack substance and intensity of other fire jutsu.

  Effect: The user is able to blow small balls of fire that can conceal projectiles to damage the opponent.

  Description: The user performs a few quick handseals as they quickly take the same concept as that of the Goukakyuu no Jutsu. The user then spits out or hurls out up to five small sized fireballs towards the enemy. Each fireball creates massive amounts of burns but does not burst forth in an explosion. As each fireball makes contact with something, they spread out the fire creating a more of an area effect within the fire. The user is capable of using this technique in conjunction with multiple secondary weapons such as kunai or shuriken. The opponent is incapable of noticing the projectiles until the fire is extinguished in mid air. This technique is used typically to hide or to be used as a diversion for more of a powerful technique. As a D ranked ninja, the user is able of shooting 5 balls of fire. After the user goes up a difficulty class, they are capable of shooting 5 more fireballs.

  Description: The user performs the handseals, creating a cycle of energy that creates heat at the bottom of the user’s feet. When the user then steps onto the ground, if what they are walking on top of is combustible (like grass), then it will begin to smoke and, if given enough oxygen, will then create a small fire about four seconds later. It is in this way that the user can trap opponents or create barriers while creating an effective escape.

  Effect: Allows the user to expel hot ash from their mouth onto their targets to cause great burns to their body.

  Drawback: The User could easily be caught within the technique, burning himself within the hot ash. This technique does not discriminate between friend and foe. Only lasts for one post before diminishing into the air.
  Description: User forms the needed hand seals and focuses chakra to their throat and mouth. Inhaling, the user releases a large wave of steaming hot black ash from their mouth, out towards the opponent. The ash quickly covers an area of 10 meters wide and 20 meters in front of them, leaving the hot ash in a 30 meter Cone expelling from the user, 8 feet high into the air, in about 1 second. This ash hinders all sight while active, except DouJutsu. However only remains within the air for one turn (6 Seconds). This ash upon contact, will instantly burn whoever is caught within, leaving second degree burns (B Rank Damage) along the effected body parts.

  Effect: The user is capable of performing a few handseals in which gives them the capability of blowing a large body of fire in size of a large sphere that has great fire proportions and explosive capabilities.

  Drawback: Depending on the Rank, is dependent on how strong or how much the user is capable of doing with the Goukakyuu no Jutsu.
  Description: The user quickly performs a few handseals. The user then places the hand over their mouth creating a small like circle. This technique in turn is then to help the user control the great flame. The use then blows out and creates a large fireball that twice the size of a normal human body. When the "C" Rank version is first learned the user is only capable of blowing out the Great Fireball that is cannot be moved or go anywhere else. This also means that the technique does not explode in a fiery explosion, but burns greatly to anyone that is caught within the technique. When the user learns the "B" Rank version then the user is capable blowing the Great Fireball into the distance, sending it away from the use it to hurl towards the very opponent. This technique is only capable of going into a straight line and this is capable of having the size three times the size of a human body. This technique when launched at an opponent then becomes dangerous because at this point the technique can explode causing damage that is even more devastating.

  Effect: The user quickly performs a large creation of blinding fire into the form of a large Dragon form. The Dragon must be used in the same concept as the Goukakyuu no Jutsu in which must be thrown by placing a hand in a circle form over the mouth of the user.

  Drawback: This type of technique is better used if the opponent is bonded down and unable to be moved.
  Description: A Large creation is created as the user performs the necessary handseals for the technique. As the user does so they raise their hand up over their mouth. By taking in a deep, breathe the user fills their lungs with chakra to in, which ignites the moment they blow out air. As the user blows out the creation of fire is made taking the form of a giant dragon like creature. The Dragon is quickly hurled towards the opponent as the dragon swivels and swerves moving like that of a Chinese Dragon. When first learned the Dragon does not explode forth but the very flames oozes out spreading out in all directions that would wrap around the opponent in a blaze of glory. When the user learns the "B" Rank version the user is capable of pushing so much power into the technique to where when it touches the target it is needed it is ignited in a mass blaze of glory, creating a grand explosion.

The secret behind this speed is to release multiple bolts of fire at once instead of just one.

Each one deals very little damage as they still have the same flaw as the Fire Sparrow technique's lack substance and intensity of other fire jutsus and they still only last one post. However there are so many copies that this small amount of fire can add up to deal some serious burning damage. This can affect all fire within 20 meters of the user.

  Description: A technique capable of being performed from virtually any joint or ligament within the human body. This can be performed along the user's feet, shins, knees, hands, fists, elbows, and shoulders. When the user performs this technique, a burst of flame emits out to burn the opponent. The way the flame looks is like that of a simple burst of flame likes that of to much gas emitting in a concentrated area before the flame combusts. When the user first learns this technique the distance of the flame can be pushed out within the distance of a good meter, as the burst looks the size of a human head. When the user then learns the more advanced version the user is capable of exceeding out a much larger burst as it may exceed up to three meters with a burst the size of a human torso. This technique is used for very short-range combat.

  Description: Jabs and punches produce miniature fireballs and missiles of flame. These can be charged up to create larger slower bursts, or swift repetitive strikes to keep opponents off balance. When the user first learns this technique, they quickly punch forward in a fist formation sending out a ball of flame, or a flame in shape of a missile towards the opponent. Each flame causes amounts of damage such as burning effects and is able to ignite any kind of flammable objects including clothing. When the user first learns this technique, the user is able to launch the ball off within the distance of ten meters making the ball of fire within the width of the user's hand. When the user learns the "C" rank of this technique the distance increases to simply twenty meters as the width of the fireball is increased double the user's hand size.

    Description: When the user learns this technique they are able to attack within the distance of four meters. The user uses the concept of Hinotama (Fireball) as they launch a ball of fire towards the opponent at a much shorter range. The ball of flame is condensed greatly as it is only the size of the user's fist. When touching an object it expands in an explosive manner with the explosive power of only that of one meter capable of removing rock walls, and rubble. When the user learns the "B" rank version of this technique they are able to expand the distance of ten meters, while the explosion is increased to that of three meters. This technique again is able to force through larger forms of rock and rubble, able to destroy boulders of three meters in size.

  Description: When a user spin kicks, or sweeps their arms they are able to create rings or arcs of flame used for evasive combat, as well as arch like combat to knock an opponent away. The flames are able to ignite anything that is flammable including clothing, and are capable of causing severe burns. When the user first learns this technique when they create an arch or a ring with a sweeping, or spinning attack the flame covers the distance of that sweep or spin starting from the foot of the attack. The flame never starts ahead of the leg of the attack. When first learned the flame is shot out in front of the user at a small distance of one meter only being one foot in width, while the flame shoots out in an arch, or cone effect increasing for that one meter before dissipating immediately. When the user learns the "C" rank version same effects apply, however the cone effect lasts as long as up to five meters in distance while the width increases of two feet, while the "B" rank version of the technique shoots out in a cone of ten meters while increasing the width of the flame of one meter. The Arcs and rings when hitting an opponent has the capability of a knock back effect knocking back an opponent one third of the actual distance the cone may be shot out after the cone reaches its destination. This means that "B" rank will shoot an opponent back of a good thirteen meters while burning them becoming flamed by the attack.

    Description: Picture User uses their knowledge of Hinote: En'en Enjin Enko (Blazing Rings & Arcs) but with an added twist to it. When the user performs this technique they do not arch, or swing their attacks. They however thrust their attack, sending out a disk of flame capable of cutting attributes along with the burning attributes. When hitting directly an object it cuts for a brief moment before expanding like a liquid bomb covering what it attacks. When scathing all it does is continue to spin in a cutting motion until finally either dissipating, or hitting an object completely. When a user first learns this technique they are able to launch disks at the width of one foot at a distance of four meters. When the user learns the "C" rank technique they are able to launch disks at a width of one meter at a distance of eight meters. When the user learns the "A" rank version they are able to launch disks at a width of one and a half meters, with a distance of up to eighteen meters.

When the user is ready they extend out their ligament out in a straight line towards what they are trying to aim at. As the flame is forced out it is shot into a large stream towards the opponent. Depending on the user's knowledge and capability the stream has a different size. When first learned the stream is capable of being shot out into the distance of three meters with the width of the user's hand. When the user learns the "B" rank version this technique is capable of being shot out within the distance of nine meters with a width of a human head. When the user learns the "A" rank version of this technique the distance is increased up to eighteen meters with a capability of launching with the width of a human torso.

This technique can be performed either in a punching form, or by extending their hands out to the target. As they exhale out the user sharply pushes his hand a few inches as balls of flames is shot out towards the targets at crossbow speed. Depending on the user's knowledge and capability the balls of fire are shot with a different size. When first learned the ball size of the fireballs are that of the index and middle finger. When the user learns the "B" rank version this technique is capable of being shot out within the size of the human fist. When the user learns the "A" rank version this technique is capable of being shot out within the size of the human head.

    Description: The user brings a hand towards themselves against their chest concentrating the chakra and the inner flame. The flame begins to appear along the hand as they quickly push towards the direction they wish as a large ball of flame is projected outwards towards the target. The flame swirls around the user's fist within the shape of one meter that looks like a swirling burning meteor. When the user launches they push it out in a punching matter. Depending on the user's knowledge depends on the strength of the technique. When the user first learns this technique the ball of flame that is launched is in the size of two meters. When the meteor makes contact it becomes explosive with flames reaching out at a distance of twenty meters in diameter. When the user learns the "A" rank version of this technique the meteor grows larger to the size of two and a half meters. When the meteor makes contact it becomes explosive with flames reaching out in the distance of thirty meters diameter. When it explodes it is more of a fury of flames spreading out vibrantly then an actual explosion.

  Description: Picture A simplified technique where the user is able to heat their own body, and heat around them, as well as what they touch to exponential levels. Depending on what rank, the user is able to control the heat up to a certain point. When the user first learns this technique, the user is able to heat up small objects such as tea, or simple water to a warming or boiling effect. While knowing "D" rank Heat Control, the user is able to melt down ice techniques of "D" rank effect within three rounds. When a user learns the "C" Rank technique the user is able to melt ice techniques that may have affected the user or what they touch "D" ranks for two rounds, while "C" Ranks for three rounds. When a user learns the "B" Rank technique, the user is able to melt ice techniques that have affected the user or what they touch "D" Ranks for one round, "C" ranks for two rounds, and "B" Ranks for three rounds. When the user learns the "A" rank version of this technique the user is able to melt down "D" Rank techniques within three movements, "C" ranks within one round, "B" Ranks within two rounds, and "A" ranks within three rounds. When the user learns the "S" Rank version of this technique the user is able to melt down "D" Rank techniques within one movement, "C" Rank techniques within three movements, "B" rank techniques within one round, "A" ranks within two rounds, and "S" ranks within three rounds. With the "D" Rank version, a user is able to make overview metallic objects searing hot. When the user learns the "B" rank version a user is able to make overview metallic objects flimsy. By the time the user gets to "S", rank a user is able to melt the overview objects. Objects that are considered as "Unique" will not work.

  Description: Picture Just because a user is able to force fire out within attacks, it would be considered as dangerous as well as absurd to not be able to block and deflect fire type of attacks. With this technique, the user gains such knowledge and endurance. However even though a user is able to redirect attacks, this does not mean that they are invincible. Attacks that have extra effects such as explosive effects will plow through this defense. When the user first learns this technique, the user is able to take their Kaonsouran (Heat Control) concept and added it to where the user moves, and transfers heat to their hands. The user then counters with an attack of their own whichever it may be. The user is able to take the concept of Hinote: En'en Enjin Enko (Blazing Rings & Arcs) and slice through fire attacks that are "D" rank or below. A user is able to take the concept of Hinote Enmu (Fire Haze) and plow through fire attacks that are "D" rank or below. The user is able to take the concept of Hinoteheki (Fire Burst) and redirect fire attacks from hitting the user that are "D" rank or below. When the user learns the "B" Rank version the user is able to redirect, block and cut fire attacks that are "C" Rank and below. When the user learns the "A" Rank version of this attack the user is able to redirect, block, and cut fire attacks that are "B" rank and below.   Drawback: Shields used with this technique will still be damaged according to item breaking laws if the attack being defended is higher than the user’s knowledge of this technique. Less effective against non-impact based Ninjutsu. May be bypassed by all-encompassing area-of-effect attacks.
  Description: With training and raw physical strength the user learns the basic principle of how to block attacks with their shield. Standing steadfast, the user will simply place their shield between themselves and the threat, nullifying it with forward fortification and, if executed properly, stopping the attack’s power. The user is only able to remain on their feet and have their shield undamaged by attacks of equal or lower rank to the rank of this technique the user possesses.

  Description: With practice in the matter, the user becomes more proficient in defending themselves against sharp weapons such as swords, knives, spears etc. in the sense that they are able to actually break the weapons as they impact with the user’s shield. When the user is slashed or stabbed at with a sharp weapon the user will not back down from it but instead take it on, standing their ground as the attack hits and subsequently breaking or damaging the weapon. However this technique can only break or damage weapons of equal or lower rank than the rank of this technique the user knows. “D”-rank weapons can be broken with one contact, however “C” and “B”-rank require two ranks to break; “A” and “S”-ranks require three. For every rank of this technique the user knows higher than the rank of the item being defended against, the required hits till the item reaches breaking point is reduced by one to a minimum of one.

  Effect: The user will learn basic balance so they can effectively use their shield to float on water or slide down a slope while on it.
  Special: Must have a shield with an inward curve and sufficient mass to hold the user’s weight for it to float.

  Description: With this technique, the user will learn to utilize their shield in alternate ways, such as standing atop it and using for a flotation or sliding device. One of the easier applications is for sliding down angled terrain quickly, or across an area that is frozen. Another, more restrictive use is to use it as a platform to stand atop in water, an application that can only be used for larger shields that can hold the user’s weight.

  Effect: With their shield on their backs, the user will adjust the position of their shield to take the effect of an explosion or even minor hit coming from the rear.

  Drawback: Has less effect than a block in a properly formed stance
  Description: Perhaps when running from a detonation about to happen, or when an attack is incoming from behind, the user will adjust themselves so that the shield on their back is directly facing the threat, blocking it’s effect for roughly half of what they would have if they were in a proper stance.

• Kuma Tsume – Zenpou Nibutsuke (Bear Claw – Forward Bump) (20 TP)

  Effect: After or during being attacked, the user will swiftly push their shield forward in a light bump to push attackers back and give the user some breathing room.
  Special: Effective while in fully-formed Bear Claw Stance. The user may brace their empty hand against their shield during this attack for added effect.
  Drawback: Does very little damage to recipients; intended to stagger. Has less effect against higher-class recipients.
  Description: After blocking an attack or when an enemy is directly in front of the user, this attack can be used as a measure to give the user some breathing room. Bending their arm slightly inward and bringing their shield closer to their body (perhaps using their empty hand as reinforcement against the shield during this step), the user will quickly shove their shield forward, bumping close enemies away and sending them staggering for roughly five meters. This distance is halved for every class above you the enemy is. After two ranks this stagger no longer affects them.

  • Kuma Tsume – Taihou Nibutsuke (Bear Claw – Cannon Bump) (70 TP)

    Effect: After or during being attacked, the user will push their shield forward in a heavy bump to push attackers back, damaging them and give the user some breathing room.
    Special: Utilizes the same principles as Forward Bump.
    Drawback: Takes longer to perform than Forward Bump. Has less effect against higher-class recipients.
    Description: A higher-level version of Forward Bump, this attack is much heavier and slower to use, but it greatly increases knockback and damage. Instead of a light tap to stagger enemies, the user will draw themselves back so far that they will actually take a small step, before heaving themselves forward and smashing their shield into anything close, likely knocking them off their feet and pushing them up to ten meters. This distance is halved for every class above you the enemy is. After two ranks this stagger no longer affects them. Recipients of this attack will take a “C”-rank of damage.

  Effect: While being attacked from multiple angles, the user will pivot on the spot, holding their shield up, deflecting each attack as it comes.

  Drawback: Can only be used when there are small time gaps between each separate attack or projectile field.
  Description: One problem shield users have faced is the fact that their shield has a limited angle of defense, being only a single panel. Attacks that come from multiple directions are almost impossible for them to defend against. However, with this technique, that problem is partially solved. With sharp rotations on their heels, transferring from stance to stance, the user can apply their defense to multiple angles in quick succession, deflecting attacks from more than one source (to a maximum of five) and needing very little time gap in-between. This attack may be useful against multiple opponents, rapid changing of angles – such as when an opponent uses shunshin - or clone attacks, and so on. The user requires only one second between each change of angle.

  Description: User is able to move forward in a straight line along the ground in almost instantaneous untraceable speed while temporarily masking the user's movements within 10 meters. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by focusing the user's chi along the ankles and foot. User mostly moves just with their ankles and feet. Jutsu takes up no movements. User may only use this Jutsu half of the movements may allow in a single round while rounding down. Example: User has 5 movements, user is able to perform Jutsu 2 times per round.
