Haiwynn left Aimi's house before the other Genin had even woken up. They were due to meet on the outstirts of the village, in an area covered by grass between the residential houses and the wall which protected them all. The area was fairly secluded; one of the perks of Kusagakure was its long, lush grasses which concealed plenty of the training the ninja within set about doing.
In this case, it would be a simple training session for Aimi, and an official mission for Haiwynn. The tiny Genin already knew which technique he would be teaching his friend, although he was certain the other Genin hadn't been listening when he had mentioned it. Still, Haiwynn thought, kicking a rock, he had left a note by Aimi's bed telling him where to meet up and when. Whether or nor he would actually arrive at the right place, at the right time however, was another matter entirely.
He had decided to teach Aimi the Zeus' Bolt technique, since they both shared an affinity for Raiton no Jutsu, and since he was most confident with that technique, it only seemed natural. It was possible that the Kusa village would be going to war soon, and for that, they needed to be as prepared as humanly possible for the conflicts and struggles ahead. Haiwynn didn't know much about war, beyond what he had read in his books, but he knew of stupidity and waste and he wanted to avoid it at all costs. He just hoped Aimi was as eager as he, after all, it wasn't every day a freshly promoted Genin was able to teach one with far, far more experience.
He hadn't even had his team announced yet. For all he knew, he might hardly ever see his friend, even though they shared accommodation. Best make as much of it as possible, and complete as many missions as they could together. It was hardly a life and death mission, but, for now, a simple assignment whereby he would teach a jutsu to his friend would suffice.
