Festival [Sound Team/Amekage]

[The God Damn Otokage]

[/i] crowded. They wouldn't have to worry about loosing each other in the crowd. Clowns walks by handing out balloon animals. Contortionists bent into odd poses as they walked. Magicians made small explosions. It was a land of wonderment tonight.

"So? What do you want to do first?" She asked Shugi as she grabbed a flyer from a tent. It seemed to have times for various shows and spectacles that would happen within the fair.[/ul][/font]

Shugi and his two anbu guards followed Mayu out of the embassy and towards the festivities, there was so much to do and Shugi was almost a little over whelmed by the sheer number of activities. Looking up to Mayu the grin would come through the bandages which covered most of his body. Running forward towards the first ride Shugi's cloak would flutter a little - within it his 6 reels of silk thread, 60 meters in length and in varying colours would stay neatly within their pockets along with his compass. The 60 meters of clear thread sewn into Shugi's skin would twitch a little as the young kage moved about.

Without turning to look at Mayu, the cloth in her hand began to shift as the embroidery passed over a message...

I want to go on a big one!

Shugi's eyes darted around as he tried to find one, in his excitement he forgot to activate his byakugan again to search around.

[Draven]

Draven entered with in his normal attire. Tight long sleeve black shirt, loose black jeans, combat boots, belt and buckle being his headband. He had his heavy shield strapped to his back, greeves on both shins, gauntlets on both forearms, buttbag on his belt, a black cloak, and a trench coat styled robe over the cloak. Within his trench coat would be six soldier pills, in the cloak would be three more followed by four chaff grenades. In the buttbag would be a lockpicking set complete with five different lock picks, three type E gas filters, a compass, and a few maps. He would have a 2 filter design gas mask hung around his neck and a wireless radio in his left ear.

Draven would be following along and looking at what is around him. He would get a few ideas about what he wanted to do. Perhaps he would do a whole show for the entire festival. Though the main focus will surely be the young Kage. He didn't want the Amekage to feel unsafe so he will tone it back from his usual over the top Genjutsus...

[Hoarfrost Imp]

Rahael took up the rear this go around, headin gin behind Draven with her three weapons, Katana, Kopis, Tanto, an her companion Alex. The Kage saw it fir to be at a...carnival? What in the hell was going on with this visit to Ame? "do we really have time for this?" she grumbled, irritated at this sudden development. "We go from being insulted to courting a child kage to a carnival...birthday or not this is bullshit." The veins about her eyes still bulged, scanning all and remaining alert through the process of them traveling through this pace meant for merriment.

She eyed Draven for a moment, suddenly weary having been up for days, not stopping to rest with her speed run back to Sound. "Just relax Rahael..." She groaned, rubbing her eyes and blinking out an eyelash.

THe rush and noise of the festival was too loud for shugi to hear the other hyuuga's comments but when Mayu asked which ride he would like to go on Shugi was all ears.... he wanted something fast.. Shugi looked towards mayu and shook his head before pointing towards the roller coaster... it was fast, many loops and many ups and downs... Shugi was buzzed. Swiftly he ran off towards the line for the ride..upon arrival someone would call out about the amekage being here and suddenly the line would split as if to allow him down.

Shugi looked back at mayu with excitement in his eyes and then to the AnBu that accompanied him and with a wave of his hands Shugi asked the guard to pass on the message within his cloth. You were here first, and you will ride first. We will wait Shugi gave a smile behind his bandages and waved the people to reform their line.

[Draven]

Draven would naturally gravitate over to the magicians producing explosions. He would keep an eye on Mayu but he was definitely within radio distance should an emergency happen. He would preform a few tricks as the magician made an explosion. Nothing serious but he would be using his sleight of hand tricks with a coin.

(simple tricks not requesting a skill rolls since I am a master. Probably a certain pass)

But Draven's trick would match the magicians as he changed up to handseals. Nothing threatening but he would then point to the sky. A rocket of flashy color would materialize from his finger and shoot up into the air. At about 20 meters up and over the top of the Ferris wheel, the crackling rocket of sparks would explode into a brilliance of a large firework. In fact it would start to crackle with other rather large explosions as the first. The sound would be that of the mystifying fireworks one would expect from a festival.

Draven would wave his hands as if he was bringing on the display merely by waving his hands. He would produce the bursts of color to explode up in the air over and over. Each thud would give a certain excitement to the body as the boom would rattle it a bit. He would make it feel sound and look every bit the part of a real fireworks display. He would increase the number of explosions as he manipulated the single illusion technique. One bust would fade only to be exploded in the same brilliant manner, save perhaps for a different color, sound, and shape. He would eventually work up a cloud of smoke that hung with the bursts of thundering color....


The fireworks would die off and what was left was this black cloud left over from the fireworks. Draven had to make it seem real, and he was definitely out doing the magicians childs play versions of their small explosions. See Draven was a master at illusions and he would now change the smoke to that of a Dragon. It would roar as the smoke would collect and change its shape to this mythical creature. Though the roar was only to get the attention of the festival patrons.



Normally a dragon would be a bit intimidating, but Draven's goal was not to scare or frighten. No his goal was to entertain and this white glittering Dragon would have a cartoonish quality to it. It would be a traditional Japanese snake like Dragon except the silhouette had a softer edge to it, and its face was more of a puppies rather than some ancient crocodiles. Furthermore one could see that it was a bit transparent as if a spirit of a dragon rather than the real deal.

Draven would let the Dragon fly about and laugh in a rather fun manner. The dragon would snake around in the sky as it flew over to the Ferris wheel. The Dragon would kind of meld with it as it became the outer rim of the giant wheel of fun. As it came to a stop the head of the delightful giant dragon would look at the Amekage with its puppy dog eyes and a hanging tongue. It would open its arms and gesture to the young Amekage to board the giant wheel...

She must have talked louder than intended, the look mayu gave her suggesting such to where Rahael had to put her attitude in check. It was out of place for her to speak out, this wasnt her mission is was the Kage's, she was merely the eyes. Nodding silently she fell back further from the group,taking long, slow and leisurely steps. Draven had decided on some cool tricks of his own, some to which even her Byakugan had troubles looking through.

"Illusions..." She mumbled to herself, not used to having something that her eyes couldnt decipher. Deep down below the surface it was fear that unsettled hr. She couldnt pummel the iaginary with her fists, dispel it with a rush of power, it took finesse and that was something she lacked, sadly enough. Though through some dark and morbid fascination she found herself unable to look away, she keep a wary eye on Draven, suddenly so suspicious of the dead man who hardly ever slept.

Shugi waited in line with Mayu, slowly taking steps forward approaching the front of the que when a tap on his shoulder caused him to turn and look up. THe look of awe in his white hyuuga eyes were almost un real, his eyes were good for helping him with genjutsu but in this case he would watch as everything happened. With a few claps both during and at the end the excited kage would be ushered onto the ride next to Mayu.

"Are you gonna be scared?"

A shake of his head and a look directly into Mayu's eyes were enough to show that he was ready and very excited for what was to come

[Draven]

Draven would produce some handseals. A good bit of chakra would be used with this technique and what he would produce was something rather interesting to everyone in the festival. He would take a balloon animal from one of the clowns. It was an animal of a swan apparently, well one could wear it as a hat if they chose. But there would be something special about the balloon animal.

If the young Amekage would permit it, Draven would place the swan hat on Shugi's head after he had walked up beside the line to the two Kages. But what would be interesting about the balloon animal is that it would be moving like a swan. What Draven had done was produced a mass Genjutsu so that all balloon animals would be balloon animals but with one distance difference. They would be all animated like the animal they where. If it was a dog, the balloon animal would bark walk and act like a dog. So in this case of this swan hat the swan would be cooing like a swan and its wings would slowly be moving in a gental fashion. Thus the Amekage would have a toy to play with as the ride would soon begin. Thus the boarding of the ride and the strapping in would commence...

Draven would smile up to the two Kages and wave... He would regain control of the cartoonish dragon and animate it as the ride would begin. The Dragon would act as if it was pushing with its legs to make the machine move.

With the 'magic' swan now on his head The ride took off at break neck speeds.... the AnBu that normally accompanied him was sat behind the pair, although he didn't show it he did enjoy rides such as this. Shugi on the other hand cackled and chuckled as the dragon pushed the ride round and all the loops, drops and rises. Shugi's hands were in the air the entire time, after all this was one of the first times since becoming kage he had the chance to act like his age and he was loving it.

Shugi's byakugan activated as he looked behind at his guard and scanned everyone else and as it came to one of the loops he pulled the hood of his cloak up over his head as someone behind puked whilst at the top of the loop having it fall from the sky down onto Anbu guard and the person next to him... thanks to bringing up his hood any splatter would just strike the cloth was mayu quick enough to react though?

[Draven]

Draven would disappear into a crowd. He would let his visage melt away and another one take its place. He would change his image into that of Mayu except with some fundamental differences. If Mayu ever would change occupations and became a clown, the image that Draven has chosen would very much be what that might look like. Thus the goal of lightening the mood a bit more would commence as he borrowed some of the long thin balloons from the other clowns.

Thus Draven would look like a clown version of Mayu. To further the disguise he would mask his chakra to that of Mayu. Since his techniques where a caste and duration type they wouldn't need to keep a constant chakra flow to them, thus changing his chakra into that of Mayu's was possible.

Next Draven would be acting like Mayu, though with a bit of comical exaggeration to Mayu's normal mannerisms. For example, he was walking the way Mayu would normally walk, but he would expand on her walk as if doing a pimp strut.

Draven would get back to the end of the ride with a handful of balloons in his hands. Though they would be acting like snakes since the initial shape of a balloon animal before they are animals are long like snakes. But to him it was easy to handle as he started to twist the snakes together. He didn't really have any experience in balloon animal making so what he had created is what some would describe as a spaghetti monster. Thus he would throw it up into the air and it would fly along as a flying spaghetti monster along with the ride. Yet he had plenty of balloons left to create more of whatever he was creating...

The group was doing their own thing now and even Rahael had to admit, begrudgingly, that the fair was slightly attracting to the little girl inside of her. The visage of being 'all business' was something she was used to upholding but now the Kage's were going towards the Ferris wheel, Draven was working up his illusions and hat tricks, why not cut loose a little bit?

Not straying far, she kept an eye on them with her Byakugan, walking to a stand and grabbing a plastic cone of some multi-colored airy substance that was apparently cotton candy. Taking a bite made her eyes go wide, and with a few sinful indulgences she was reduced to a fit of giggles.

[The God Damn Otokage]

As he pulled his hood up Mayu would lean over to see his face, "Hey are you okay?" She asked. Then the puke splattered on the back of his hood. Some residual drops splashed across her shoulders and her face contorted in disgust. "Ugh." She muttered as she realized what had happened. As they came to a stop and disembarked the attendant would pass her a towel which she used to wipe herself off. At least it was something. She caught sight of Draven's exaggeration of herself and her eyes narrowed for a moment before she shook her head and laughed. She would tap on Shugi's shoulder and point it out to him.

Even Rahael had found some fun in the form of cotton candy. "What next?" She asked the young Kage, happy to let him decide what they should do while they were here.

It was the festive uproar that drew Tsugahara to the town center in which lay the carnival of Yokoburi; in the instant that he stepped foot within the place, the smell of vomit caused him some displeasure but was not enough to turn him from the gathering crowd. On his person was his usual inventory: the blade donned Total Darkness lay tucked in its sheathe to his left; inside his butt bag was an assortment of weaponry and items, too many to note, yet they had been there. He didn't see any reason as to why he would need to use them in such an amiable environ - he'd come here to relieve himself of the everyday struggle of battle and ninjutsu practice.

As Tsuga moved further inward, he came upon the sight of a most horrific beast: a mammalesque dragon that seemed to have some appeal towards the children and others gathered at the event; he, however, found it most disturbing, as it made him cringe from just looking at the thing. With his head down looking at his feet, he pushed forward a bit more before coming to a stop; as he looked ahead, he saw a female clown performing tricks and other sorts of wizardry. This made him smile somewhat, but hardly piqued his interests. In a crowd of many, he watched on, his albicant hairs standing out somewhat within a crowd of crowns made up of mainly blacks and browns.

After the ride Shugi was a glow with excitement while a towel had to be given to both Mayu and his guard.

That was Fun Mayu, what one now?

With a tap on his shoulder SHugi was pointed towards the Micky Mayu. The childs laughter could be heard through the bandages, this would prove to mayu that he was not a mute through missfortune but more that he just didn't speak. With his byakugan still active Shugi spotted the other hyuuga enjoying some candyfloss / cotton candy. Thanks to his byakugan he could see that the micky mayu was actually an illusion but he chose not to see thorugh it. It was too amusing and his guard had not gone onto alert status.

"What next?"

Shugi turned and looked at mayu before pointing to the cotton candy that was by the other hyuuga.

[Draven]

Draven was starting to feel anxious. The feeling that he was nothing more than a trained circus monkey crept up on him. He had dispelled the major image and the Dragon would go poof in a cloud of pink... He wasn’t sure what the Otokage’s game was but he felt that on the surface it was just this performance and festival. Was she cutting loose and trying to show the Amekage a good time? Was this a gambit at flattery before the actual talks of alliance would start? Whatever it was, Draven had no knowledge of the game plan. He would just continue. The show must go on!!!....

Thus the Clown looking Mayu who was actually Draven would walk along with the Otokate and the Amekage. There would be something moving around. It would be another long balloon!. Though in this shape it was still of an unshaped balloon thus it was acting like a snake. In clown like fashion Draven would grab it and start wrestling around with it in front of him as if the thing was attacking him in some goofy manner. Though there would be something else going on here....

Draven had shed his chakra disguise and instead regained control of his visage or his illusionary image. Though simple manipulations of his hands he would make his fingers and arms distort enough so in reality he was producing handseals. And of course in reality the snake like balloon was actually just resting in hsi forearms... Thus handseals where once again being produce, but this time on a very covert level. What Draven produced first was a misdirection buff. He would designate his gas mask that was hidden under his illusionary visage. What this does if some one where to detect him through a doujutsu of some sort they would detect the aura of whatever kind of that of a gas mask. So in the case of a chakra sensor they would see the chakra aura of a gas mask, effectively none...

But Draven continued along this play of covert handseals and would take a second to produce his next effect. This effect was a bit more insidious then the last. Draven was currently within a light area and if someone was watching him, and he was sure someone was since he was putting on a performance for the Amekage, they would see that Draven would have gone invisible. Thus he would stow the balloon away and he would walk to a shadow in front of the walking Otokate and Amakage and become visible again. What this would look like is that Draven had instantly teleported from where he was to a shadow in front of them. Draven would do it again and go to the next shadow, then the next, stepping into a light area then to a shadow as he went. He would of course keep this in front of the Otokage and the Amakage as he went. The show would look as if he would be instantly teleporting form one shadow to the next.

Now in reality what this was doing was tricking the mind of anyone looking at Draven. It was a simple trick of the mind where the memory of Draven would be forgotten and ignored when he was in these pockets of light. Then this effect would discontinue when he stepped into a shadow. Thus the effect of teleporting from shadow to shadow would be actualized....

Draven would stop when he was in a light area so that the onlookers would ignore and forget his precense as changed his visage yet again. This time he would change his image to that of the Amekage’s. Furthermore he would generate soul energy to shroud his soul in a disguise of some sort. Now if some one where to see him, once he reveals himself that is, they would see a reflection of their own soul , thus the grand performance was about to begin...

Still standing within the light Draven would produce a final set of handseals. This time what would be produced is an illusion of Draven, what he would normally look like, suddenly appearing in front of both the Amekage and the Otokage. This illusion would bow its head and then speak, “Perhaps it is time that we commence to Diplomatic talks?” and thus the dramatic pause....

The real Draven in the visage of the Amakage would be behind this illusionary Draven. The real Draven would discontinue the shadow walk technique thus become visible for all to see once again. Though this time if they would see him, they would see the exact visage of the Amekage along with the reflection of their own soul imprinted onto the real Draven. The real Draven wrapped up in this disguise would run right up behind the illusionary Draven and punched hard. The illusion of Draven would explode in a torrent of ribbon like color. And the real Draven would speak in his best kid voice yelling out, “NO!!! I WANT MORE RIDES!!!” thus one last dramatic pause as he grinned at the Amekage....

See Draven had a feeling before he started this performance. This whole deal with the festival was a bit fishy to him. How Mayu had come out of a rather bad situation where the Amekage had full control over the environment for the diplomatic talks. How her suggestion was to come to a festival and treat the Amekage to fun and games... It seemed out of character for, what Draven thought, was a very serious women most of the time. Then the idea or perhaps the realization hit him. This all was a show of force or rather more apply put a show of importance from Otogakure. Draven was a show of force. Draven was showing the might of the Village of Sound. What the Amekage had witnessed was someone who could disguise as anyone he wishes, and trick almost any sensory ability out there. Even if one realizes they are Genjutsu, they would still effect anyone sensing them.

Draven was wondering when the Amekage would realize this, and realize just what kind of master craft entertainment this was. Mayu had surely turned the tables on this young Kage... Thus Draven would skip around in the visage of the Amekage whistling as the group went to the cotten candy.....................

Description: Affects anyone the user touches up to 5 creatures per Class Level. The user is able to perform this technique on the target they touch. The duration of this technique lasts for 5 hours per class level. This technique may be negated. To use the shadow walk Jutsu, user must be in an area of shadowy illumination. User performs the hand seals needed and from an area of shadowy illumination those who are within the facility will see as if the user or users is capable of moving within the Shadows, as if they can teleport from Shadow to Shadow seeping out. The opponents who feel the attack will somewhat blank out as the user may move. During this time it looks like the User seeped from within the shadows, and then slowly seeps out from where the opponents come out of the small blank. Within this time the GenJutsu keeps the user or allies concealed from all those that are seeing. The user is able to continue on this technique into areas where the opponents cannot see the user as long as there is an area of shadowy illumination. This technique makes it difficult to hit the user.
Limit: Must know the Shadow Perception.

Effect: A Glamourer gains the ability to change their appearance at will.

Description: The user's appearance changes, including clothing, armor, weapons, and equipment. The user can seem 1 size category smaller shorter or taller, thin, fat, or in-between. The user cannot change its body type. For example, a human user could look human, humanoid, or like any other generally human-shaped bipedal creature. Otherwise, the extent of the apparent change is up to the user. A minor feature could be added or obscured, such as a mole or a beard, or the user could look like an entirely different person. The Jutsu does not provide the abilities or mannerisms of the chosen form. It does not alter the perceived tactile (touch) or audible (sound) properties of the user or its equipment. A battleaxe made to look like a dagger still functions as a battleaxe. The user does not have to perform Handseals when using Glamourer: A Thousand Visages, however it does take the amount of time equal to "C" Rank worth of Handseals.
Limit: Must know the Glamour Perception. Automatically gained once Mastered Glamour Perception.

Description: Affects anyone who sees the user. The user is able to perform this technique at a distance between boards within the same country or adjacent countries. The duration of this technique lasts for 1 round. This technique may be negated. The user contacts a particular creature with whom they are familiar with and sends a short message of 25 words or less to the subject. The subject is convinced that the sender of the message is someone other than the user, as specified by the user. The user must be also familiar with the false sender. The subject can answer in like manner immediately. Even if the sending is received, the subject creature is not obligated to act upon it in any manner.
Limit: Must know the Glamour Perception.

The carnival grounds continued to be amass people, the bright shining aura's almost becoming a headache. for the time being she tugged at the notion of deactivating her eyes, but the group was moving and immediately she was back to being all business. She scarfed down the remaining cotton candy, savoring none of it, and was out of her seat, following the group and doing her best to watch what was going on.
