-- too bad im the gm and made this event prior to the art of throwing.. my rules. =oThe woman had taken the opportunity to advance toward The Pain while he was on a knee. His swarm of now 200 bees and wasps did not lash out at her, but instead, hovered in over their master as he regained his composure. She could not see his face, but maybe she could hear the sweet toothed smile behind his black mask.
"I'm going to enjoy stinging you to death..." his hands worked into kata, still fearing that his chakra hadn't been up to its standard, he sought the usage of a meager Futon technique, mimicking the efforts that Yoshimitsu had on his vespid hives.
The use of handsigns could be confirmed, yet what ninjutsu he had used would not be so easy to decipher. Once Goro held the Horse seal, he blew on his fingers to cause winds to ease their way towards Hecate, something so fine in movement that she surely would not have been expecting so keen an attack. He was looking to throw the scythe wielding madwoman off balance, then close in for a greater attack. The Pain had yet been physical with her, but her distance kept calling for hand-to-hand.Pain Technique:
Futon: Ashisui-pu
Rank:D - C
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Creates a waves of air along the ground that can trip the opponent or cause them to lose there balance.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: Anyone in front of the user will be effected by the jutsu, friend or foe. Can be jumped over but as the jutsu itself is invisible only a keen eye seeing grass sway or dirt move from the wind will be able to pick up on it in time.
Description: The user forms the handseals gathering chakra to there pointer fingers. When they get to the Horse handseal the user blows lightly on his pointer fingers creating a small gust of wind on the ground causing the opponent or anyone in front of the user to be tripped or lose there balance.
Limit: Must have Wind Release

Given that this attack is one that is based low to the earth and almost invisible, you would have a hell of a time trying to invoke that prior scythe technique to cut it in half and cause the NPC some pain; further, if you have observation skill points, you can call for a check, otherwise you do not see the winds moving towards you. I just checked and you'd have +13 to check in observation if you chose.
