Sadly some time had passed and it was time for the Doctor to go to the shops once again. There was an ingredient he needed still. The Doctor took his full body Corset and placed it on. He placed the mask on and configured the machine. It began its work and reconfigured the Doctors body. A belly was formed and his hair disappeared. The eyes changed to a steely gaze and the Doctor's clothes to a dapper feel. A three piece suit with a Fedora hat. Now as the Handler the Doctor left the area, and headed to the shops.

The Doctor came back to the cave and dropped off another run of material purchases. He dropped off the juniper, saltpeter, sulfur, rubber tree resin, castor bean oil, and phosphorus with the rest of his ingredients. He removed his full body corset and placed it back in its rightful place before going back to work.

Through the static of the Oto airways a radio message broadcasts across multiple private channels, some seldom used, others meant more for local authorities:
"Information on a missing person sought. A native to one of the minor villages doting the lands of Taki. Person of interest is a descendant of old ties to a Taki royal family. Last known whereabouts unknown. Anyone with information of a blonde female with a black rhombus on her forehead please reply promptly. All relevant information will be rewarded with a generous monetary gift. This message is set to repeat on on frequencies for twenty-four hours."

The Doctor was intrigued with the broadcast. He placed a hand against the bottom of his chin and thought for a moment. 'Interesting broadcaster,' the Doctor thought to himself. The Doctor listened to it several times gathering what he could from it. He gathered that the voice was female. The person who was missing was someone from Taki, a medical specialist judging by the rhombus on the forehead. This person was also female and part of a higher class. Then he got the final bit of information. It was a frequency that lasted for 24-hours. Plenty of time.
The Doctor walked over to his storage and grabbed his wireless radio. He moved over to the tactical transceiver. He began configuring the wireless radio with the tactical transceiver and began tinkering with it. Using his techcraft skills, along with his cryptography skills, and his technician skills the Doctor manipulated the device to allow the wireless communication device to pick up the signal frequency. He rigged the communication device to pick up only the static however. His aim in all of this was triangulate the signal off of the transceiver and the frequency message back to his communication device. Essentially the closer he would get, the better the sound quality would come from it.
If everything worked out fine he would then make his move. Because this was of Taki matter the Doctor could use this to his advantage. He rushed over to the container that kept his Full Body corset and placed it on. He manipulated the device and started it up while placing on the helmet. He configured the device as it worked on him, shaping his head, creating the hair, creating the suit. He was becoming a different person, a man known as Loden. This man black hair, blue eyes, a slim build, almost langy looking. He had a cocky smile, ready to take on the world.
Afterwards he placed the communication device and walked over to his storage container. From there he grabbed his various equipment he needed for this adventure. He took his brown leather hooded rideback jacket that had a tactical load carrying vest inside along with 19 quick loader pouches.
From there he took 6 dancing stars, 6 lightning bottles, 2 moondusts, 7 force explosions, 7 northern winds, 30 samum, 30 smoke pellots, 2 1-lb semtex, 23 tracers, 1 tracking device, 1 glass cutter, 1 4-inch flashlight, 20 zipties, 1 lockpick set, 1 field cauterizing, 1 disruptor, 1 med diagnostic scanner, 30 boomerangs with enhancement holders, each 5 had tanglefoot, samum, smoke pellets, northernw ind, grapeshot and dancing star, then 45 boomerangs. Finally on his back he had his grapnel gun and line launcher.
From there he walked to one of his RideBacks he hadn't used in a long while. It was black with red all around it with 2 hover boards attached to the sides. If everything was in the clear he'd begin his decent and follow the transmitting out, following the static. He'd be able to use his tracking abilities, along with his ability to hunt urban creations, he was hopeful to find this person.

Although the language remained incomprehensible, a pattern was easily recognized. The same words or perhaps phrases, over and over. First two, then what was potentially recognizable as Undercommon for "Point", then another two. A gap. Two different words or phrases, "Point" again, and two more phrases. This same pattern repeated indefinitely, riding in the background of meaningless drivel in a tongue that was less recognizable still, all garbled by the incessant static.

The Doctor listened carefully and began writing the information down. He listened for the pattern and waited. The Doctor head two things and then a point followed by another two. He waited within the gap before hearing two additional phrases "point" and then another two phrases.
"Coordinates," The Doctor said out loud narrowing his eyes as he waited. The Doctor tried to find some way to decipher the first and second points. The only language he was not known to interact with was Braille, luckily the Doctor didn't need to deal with Braille for now. He tried to go through each language of numbers in his vocabulary to gain anymore information.
It was difficult to pinpoint anything specific, but it seemed like the coordinates may be pointing somewhere to the southeast, in the ocean. Perhaps an island nation?
That would leave a few possibilities though. Moon, sea, water, whirlpool. Maybe others.
He had an idea of where to go, but still nothing concrete. He thought about it for a moment before he decided to do a trick. He walked over to his storage area and took out his wireless radio. The Doctor then went back to his tactical transceiver. He configured the wireless radio with the tactical transceiver and began to alter it. he used his techcraft skills, his cryptography skills, and his technician skills configuring the devices. He used the communication device to work with the transceiver to allow only static to go through while he began to triangulate with the transceiver to create a homing signal. This would allow the Doctor to follow the signal back to its source.
If everything worked out fine the Doctor then would set everything up. He went to his Full body corset and placed it on. He also configured the communication device with the helmet to the full body corset. The full body corset had various lenses to help him with his day such as xray, thermal, condition, and others. He quickly configured the full body corset and allowed it to manipulate his body along with the face mask. His body looked bulkier than normal. It was larger than life. It seemed he grew slightly. The mask morphed into a black sheen color. The full body corset manipulated to look as if he was wearing a black body suit. His suit was black in color, black gloves to black boots. The body suit was tightly woven around him with red spots here and there around him.
He grabbed one of his belts with quick loader pouches and put it around his waist. He stopped for a brief moment and unhooked the furthest quick loader pouch found on the far end of the back. He then walked over to the Ritual Circle found within the cave and began performing a ritual. He felt he didn't have enough room for his mission so he wanted to make some room. By spending some components and some time the Doctor weaved the ritual to expand the contents of his single quick-loader pouch. On the outside it was just a simple quick-loader pouch, but on the inside he could carry far more objects than normal. After ten minutes the ritual was complete and the Doctor was ready. He placed the quick-loader pouch back into its spot and continued with his work.
Inside that single pouch he placed 60 boomerangs, 15 boomerangs with grapeshots, smoke pellets, tanglefoots, and samums. Then 15 smoke pellets, 7 dancing stars, 30 force explosions, 15 regular tanglefoot bags, and 30 seeker mines. In another pouch he put 15 smoke pellets. In another it was 15 samum. Getting closer to the belt buckle he had 7 lightning bottle, 7 northern wind in one. Another pouch he kept 23 tracers, a tracker, and a glass cutter. Finally right next to the belt buckle he kept a lockpit set in the last pouch. Then moving away from the belt buckle he kept a med diagnostic scanner in one pouch, a disruptor in another, 1 pen flashlight with 20 zipties in another and then finally 2 pounds of semtex in the last 2. On the far back where his largest pouch was he kept placed a grapnel gun and a line launcher.
The Doctor was ready to head out. He climbed into the Flying Destruction Machine, powered it up and headed out, tracking the signal to its rightful location.

The Doctor came to his home. It had been a long day. He was dressed in his attire as that of Loden, a young black hair blue eyed man. He was dressed in his brown leather rideback coat, black shirt and jeans with large boots. The Doctor was home for just a minute. He was not going to stay long. He just wanted to make sure his pups were doing well. After checking up on them he left again heading back out.

The Doctor rode his Rideback into one of the entrances to the cave and headed straight down to the cave. He parked the rideback for a brief moment as he headed towards the laboratories. The Doctor went to the apothecary goods and took out his last remaining Billberry creation. He had it for some time. Now was a good time to use it, especially for what he was requesting. The Doctor took it with the Standard-shot and headed to the Rideback again. Turning on the rideback he rode it back out of the cave heading to the broker shop again.
The Doctor had to move fast. He rode his Rideback into his home with his new monitor devices and his holotape he recently purchased. He wanted to gather some kind of information before he could head out to the Country of Wind. The Doctor wanted to outfit his Rideback as well and gather some more equipment as well. All of this was priority before she could reach the Country. He wanted to get there before her. He wanted to get there before her because he liked working alone.
The Doctor parked his Rideback in the Cave and took out the holodisk. He headed over to the computer station and placed the holodisk into one of his I/O slots. He then took a blank one and made a copy of the device for investigative purposes. After the Doctor was done he took out the original holodisk and placed it on the table. Then the Doctor began his work. He wanted to know exactly where the information started and how far it ended. He wanted to know how much information was on the disk but first where it began, and then where it ended after the Kage of Waterfall disappeared.
t was not a complicated holodisk, for it seemed it only contained one file. The metadata showed it was timestamped 262 days ago. As soon as you entered the disk it started to play, staring out actually quite boringly. It was a bird’s view of a morgue, quite clearly, since there were four medical operating tables in the centre of the view and beyond it there were several drawers installed in the wall, twelve of them, for storing bodies. Likely the camera was attached in a corner of the room since you could see the entrance, a double door, on the left and the storage drawers on the wall directly opposing the camera. The wall between the two was a continuous line of closed storage closets, probably containing medical equipment. It was clearly a security log, the date and time were stamped in the bottom right corner, starting at 7:14 AM. Probably the time the next security round started and whomever was in charge of this surveillance system changed the disks for a new day.
The log started quite boringly, way before anyone’s working day. For a long time there was no movement in the morgue. All there was to see was the four tables in a row, all clean and crisp, glaring in the light of the lamps above. At 8:32 there was the first sign of movement, soeone in the clothing of a security guard unlocked the door, storing the key back in his right trouser pocket to let in someone from cleaning. The security gard left, leaving the cleaner alone in the morgue who promptly started to empty a bin just outside your view on the right of the screen in a trash bag he carried. The cleaner then exhibited some strange behaviour opening the drawers for the bodies one by one until he found one that seemed to suit his needs. He opened the sixth drawer fully, revealing the body of a man. Looking around shiftily the cleaner then proceeded to pry a wedding ring from the body, stuffing it in his pocket and swiftly closing the drawer again.
The man looked around flustered a bit and then quickly grabbed his broom, pretending to swipe up some practically non existent dust from the floor. Quickly his need for his deception became clear as a woman in a doctor’s coat entered the morgue, moving off screen to the right of the camera. This camera was clearly poorly placed, not being able to see the full of the room. This time was used by the cleaner to sulk out of the morgue. Not all that interesting, some petty larcency from a corpse had been recorded but nothing of interest. From there there was no movement on the screen, probably the mortician was working off screen. There was a lot of static sound, starting at 10:11 and continuing until 11:34 Every so often between 11:00 and 11:34 the camera shook as if there was some kind of tremor on the wall, but nothing else happened on screen.
This continued until 12:13 when another man in a labcoat entered, pushing a guerney in front of him that clearly had a body on it under a stained blanket. You could not make out the colours since the image was in black and white but little was left to the imagination that this concerned blood stains. The woman you had seen much earlier on film reappeared from the right and helped the man position the gurney next to the first operating table, closest to the screen. She grabbed what you assumed to be the feet from the bulge under the cloth and the man the shoulders and together they lifted the body from the gurney onto the table, after which the man with the gurney made a swift exit.
The woman doctor then proceeded to fold back the cloth from the head, clearly revealing that this was your target, Rosalie Salt. The mortician checked the neck for a pulse and then took a clipboard from under the table, starting to write. Probably noting the time of death, before moving off again out of screen on the right. From there on nothing spectacular happened until 15:56, when the body suddenly turned into a puff of alabaster smoke, leaving the cloth to dwindle down as there was nothing more underneath it. A few seconds later the smoke had dissipated and there was nothing left on the table except for the cloth.
It wasn’t until 16:56 on the tape until the mortician appeared on screen again, clearly ready to sign off for the day, noting for the first time the body was missing. She first very irrationally lifted the cloth looking underneath it for signs of the body. She then perplexedly checked the drawers to no avail before rushing out of the morgue. At 17:45 police officers dressed inside the garb of the security forces of Kaze no Kuni entered the room, starting to turn it upside down until the feed suddenly stopped at 18:01. Someone had probably pulled out the disk.

The Doctor watched the holotape carefully. He took out a pen and paper for some notes. He started watching with careful intent. He did not wish to miss anything. Everything he wrote on the paper was specific. He jotted times, and jotted appearances.
Time stamped 262 days and counting. Likely the camera was attached to the corner of the room where you can see the entrance, double doors, storage drawers opposing the camera. (Find location with information)
Security log date and time stamped at bottom right corner, 7:14 AM
8:32 first sign of movement, possible security guard unlocking the door, stores the key back to their right trouser pocket to let someone from cleaning. (-writes down description of man)
Guard leaves cleaner alone in morgue, empty a bin from view
Cleaner pried wedding ring from 6th drawer. Removed from man. Closed drawer and shoved in pocket. (-writes down description of man)
Cleaner sulk out of the morgue as a woman in a doctor’s coat enters. (-writes down description of woman)
Static starting 10:11; ends 11:34; camera shakes random moments; 11:00 to 11:34: tremor perhaps?
12:13; man walks in lab coat. Brings gurney; blood stained. (The Doctor's blood spatter analysis and medical skill should have allowed the Doctor to come to a proper conclusion).
Earlier woman appears, helps position body to operating table.
Body; Rosalie Salt; Body disappears 15:56
16:56 mortician reappears. Checks for body. Leaves.
17:45 Kaze no Kuni forces enter; must verify if these are Kaze no Kuni, or Sunagakure forces.
18:01; Feed ends
The Doctor pinched the bridge of his nose and gave a soft sigh. He groans before leaning back on his chair. He played the tape again inside his mind. While he wrote the notes he made sure to place the information into his memory palace. Giving a nod he slowly stretches and began playing it again. There were some information he felt was missing. He played it again because he had questions.
First he wanted to know what company the Security guard was working with. He wanted a better idea of who he was (The Doctor had wrote down description if possible). The Doctor wanted to know about the thief. Did the man have any identifying information on him like badges or patches that gave the Doctor an idea of where he came from. The Doctor wanted to know more about the female Doctor. He wanted to make sure he wrote down what she looked like accurately. He wanted to see if she had any patches, or designations that would lead the Doctor to the work place. Then finally he wanted to see the man bringing in the body. He wanted to see the same thing. He wanted to see if there were any patches or designs that would show where he came from. If the Doctor could get to the work area he may be able to gain more information.

The Doctor suited up with his Full body corset and set up to his destination of Wind Country. He placed the RideBack into holding container within the Flying Destruction Machine. He prepared by gathering the other items he had before and set on out in his journey to reach the Wind Country. The Doctor was behind schedule and he did not like that. He wanted to get ahead of the curb, see if he could find something out before his partner did. He kept his paper timeline in one of the jacket pockets. He jumped into his flying destruction machine and headed out. Starting the machine it roared loudly. He messed with the controls some and flew on out of the cave heading straight to wind Country. From Wind Country the Doctor would have to travel through Fire. Then he could take the Gulf of Fire and head straight to Wind Country and the capital since that was the closest location at that time.

(3/5 Thread)
It was time for the Doctor to leave and head out to the Country of Grass. Their Kage needed something that the Doctor had. This was something he was willing to give up but for a price. He honestly did not have any idea what he wanted, perhaps a favor of sorts, but he would figure it out when he had this discussion with the Kage. He had grabbed the Thorn Regalia from the storage and placed it inside his Flying Destruction Machine.
The Doctor was wearing his Full body corset and took hold one of his belts and placed it inside the Flying Destruction Machine.
He climbed into the Flying Destruction Machine and headed out. He flew it up with the Rideback in the cargo bay. He took it out from the roofing area of the Cave and headed out towards the country of Grass.
The Doctor came to his home and moved into his Cave. From there he opened up his storage and took out 60 of his Saddilia. Afterwards he left the cave once again with 60 of his Saddilia. The Doctor would be heading towards a shop, but perhaps a shop in the Village of Sound.
The Doctor came in for a brief moment. He went down to the cave with his flying destruction machine and quickly landed it. He got out and took the recently purchased sweetspire and saltpeter and placed it with his other items. Afterwards he got back into the flying destruction machine and headed back out once again.
The Doctor entered his home for a brief moment going down to the cave. He took the recently purchased Head-flask container that was a small sealed box that can open from the top and placed 30 newly created smoke pellets inside. These pellets had cluster, scatter, widen, and silence augments inside them.
Afterwards the Doctor took the container, hopped into his Flying Destruction Machine and headed out, flying out of the cave, and mansion grounds.
