Description: A simple technique that allows the user to move around in battle while performing their Soulcaster Techniques. The user becomes accustomed to performing Soulcaster Techniques. So much so they are now capable of moving without having to stand still to do so.
Limit: Must be a Soulcaster. Must have mastered Soulcaster.

The ability to perform the techniques of Soulcaster while moving around through the battlefield is an incredible feat. Movement has always been a key thing in battle no matter who the person was, no matter how fast, or how slow that person was.
Movement can save a person and thus the art of movement for Soulcasters was born. When the Doctor first learned this technique he had to be accustomed to the knowledge of Soulcasting. Soulcasting techniques had to become second nature to him.
Ironically this technique became difficult for the Doctor as for a longer period of time he learned the Motionless Self-Action technique. The art of Motionless Self-Action was the manipulation of Soul Power while staying motionless in order to not detect the presence or actions of the user when performing techniques on oneself. Soulcasting Movement was the complete opposite. Soulcasting was the manipulation of Soul Energy while moving around.
Soul Casting and standing still was always the key feature and the staple of Soulcasters. Thus the Doctor had to develop a set of training to incorporate the internal force to be used as a projection of one self. This was the art of movement while releasing energy. The Doctor called it the Internal Force of Soulcaster Training.
One movement the Doctor began was called the Infinite Ultimate Stance, something he learned while visiting monks throughout the Country of Earth. The Doctor would stand in an upright position with his hands to his sides with his palms facing to his back. His feet were shoulder width apart. Then he would move one of his legs to the side to form a Horse Riding position. While doing this he would simultaneously raise both of his arms with his elbows fairly straight to the front of him. He raised his harms chest level, breathing gently through his nose. Then the Doctor would lower his arms in front as if he were pressing on water with his palms, breathing out gently through his mouth.
While doing this the Doctor focused on the chakra deep inside him. He would push out the soul energy outwards. The Doctor would raise and lower his arms with the correct breathing between 5 to 10 times putting himself in a Chi like state of mind to a subconscious level.
He would gently visualize the good cosmic energies that flow into the Doctor as he would breathe in with his vital energy flowing down his arms and into the palms of his hands as he breathed out. What was important to the Doctor was the visualization had to be done gently. If he had difficulty visualizing then the Soul power within him would become erratic. Just a gentle thought of cosmic energy flying into the Doctor and vital energy flowing to the Doctor's palms would do.
After the Doctor raised and lowered his arms 30 times and with an appropriate visualization of energy flow the Doctor could bring the feet together and remain still in the Infinite Ultimate Stance. The Doctor would feel the internal force flowing down his arms and legs while surging inside him.
This was a simple movement. A basic technique that allowed the Doctor the fundamentals of Soul movement. The ability to take in and release energy while expelling their will. Sure the Doctor may not have actually been taking steps but this was simply the beginning.
