Hee mind was adrift to an entirely different atmosphere. Her sister mute and hybernating as usual. She didn't feel any different from her past self other than a few new techniques here and there. She was in the mood to randomly pay a visit. Her first time actually. It should be fun.

Izyrin had spent last night underneath the summer stars. The young shinobi had recently been given the headband that denoted him as a Genin of Iwagakure. He was no longer a child, free to daydream and wander when his heart desired. He had a unique role to serve the village and the nation, even if at the moment he hadn't a clue what exactly that was yet. But he took one last night to reminisce of the life he had had, just for old times sake. He had only wished that Natrix had been there to share in that opportunity. If only.

Izy ran the back of his small hand across his eyes, wiping away the sleep and the tears. No longer a child. He passed through the checkpoints within the castle entrance with no difficulty. If the ANBU guards were surprised to see a boy so young wearing the headband, the masks hid it. Besides, this was Iwagakure; an eight year old defending the village was not the most shocking thing this place had to offer.

Not by a long shot.

Shenjie was sure that he was about to be attacked as he walked with a knocked out Iwagakure shinobi over his shoulder. He had intended to escape his demise; however now he accepted his fate as the rain pelted his black Gi that he wore around his body. Shenjie hoped that they would allow him to switch out of his Gi of exile into one of a while training and enlightened color. Sighing as he felt the presence of multiple individuals around him, Shenjie wondered when one of their weapons would be at his throat. Shenjie expected to be incarcerated as his butt bag jangled with an assortment of gear, notably his daredevil staff, a few kunai, shuriken, thermal pills, and other things that he had carried with him when he had left only a short time ago. 

"Hey buddy, sorry about beating you up back there..." He said as he expected his person to be stopped any moment. As he waited for the moment to arise, it never did. It was as if he was nothing but a regular genin as he walked right past the ANBU guards with no problem. Shenjie wondered what had happened since he had been gone. "I wonder if I've been considered an exile at all?" Shenjie asked as he wondered if Godric had been aware of his personal feeling and had just left to inform him of his innocence...Shenjie sighed at his own stupidity as he realized that he had not been an outcast at all. In fact, he had only been under a false impression. "thank god..." He muttered quietly at the thought as he entered the village without fear this time as he carried his wounded comrade back to somewhere safe.

Junko and Fumiko would come in range of the gates at full speed before coming to a gradual halt so they didn't look suspicious. Wouldn't want to worry the ANBU now would they? As Junko caught her breath, Fumiko would, phase back into her sister's body for a much needed rest. After such actions Junko felt stronger already. She'd take one last deep breathe and, then wave to the passing ANBU guards as she began her voyage to the village tower...

Shenjie kept his pace behind the twins pretty constant as he was right up with up until they came up to the gate itself where the ANBU would surely find it strange that they were running. Shenjie swiftly took out his headband and wrapped it around his eyes like a blind fold to identify him as an Iwa shinobi as he made his way through the gates towards the tower once more to end his long journey at last.

Changing Ways

"Such grandeur. It truly is suited to one so self-important as you. Godric Hyuuga." The new Tsuchikage spoke to himself as he passed through the village gates. This was the very first time he was leaving the Village, in his entire life, and it was such a shame that all he could think about in a time such as this was his egotistical Hyuuga predecessor. A giant castle constituted the village gates so that any and all that came to Stone would know just how great Iwagakure was. More than that however, it was a brag and a challenge. Godric kept these gates open for all to venture through, enemy, friend. It didn't matter to him. He was so confident in his own abilities he allowed such a thing to be believing that if anything did happen that he would be more than capable of handling it. Perhaps he truly was, as throughout all the years these gates remained open: None had dared attack the village. Such was the influence of the name, Godric.

And now, it was up to Hiroji to be the guardian of the village. The recent disappearance of the Hyuuga had left the land vulnerable so he had to step up as protector. Hiroji did not have the status of Godric however, he had to acknowledge that fact else he would swiftly be overcome. Such was the nature of the world...

Changing Ways

"..." The Uchiha made his way through to the courtyard of the Castle and found the statues of the past heroes of the village. Of course the Tsuchikage's of times gone by were forever engrained in marble alongside these heroes. Godaime Jimarai Kotetsu, Rokudaime Sairo Zassou, and the more recent Godric. They were all here. Someday perhaps Hiroji would similarly be featured here, if his sister had her way then of course he would be. He passed these statues by and beganhis way into the Land of Earth. These past Kage. They meant nothing to him. Hiroji did not look to the past, he looked to the future. He looked at what he could do, he looked at what he could not do, and he made judgements. And he had made one final judgement regarding these village ages - they would be closed. The Land of Earth's main shinobi village, Iwagakure, was off limits. None shall come here. None shall leave. This was a sanctuary for the people, Hiroji would protect it with his life.

The Sadojin approached the gates dressed in his usual attire at a brisk pace. The guards visibly flinched as he approached the gates, clearly either remembering or heard about the rumors of the time they had to search him. It was not Zeki's fault that the gate guard had to take two months off for mental rehabilitation, Zeki had warned that guard to not stick his hand there. They took no time at all with the usual check, which has become the norm since that event, but took the time to point out the swearing in of the new kage before pointing out the location of where it is taking place.


Zeki thanks the guard for the information before heading through the tunnel. He would love to be able to stay for the event in time but he had a appointment to keep and another mission to complete for now.

From, her high perch on at the gates, secluded from everyone in the area. Fumiko, could observe the situation rather nicely from here without issue as she and her sister kept an eye on things. Her tail swishing from left to right in a gentle, calm rhythm. She tilted her head to the side as she watched few people shift about in the stage. She was trying to process what was going on. In a sense Fumiko wasn't sure why she needed to be her other than to see the kage whom announced that all shinobi should come around. 

Taylor and Vashon were both appointing as bouncers to make sure the crowd was in order while a few former members of Jin's squad were just now arriving. A lot of familiar faces were turning up around here. Fumiko and Junko both wondered if they would be remembered after such a transformation. Fumiko's eyes would glow a bright green with determination to find out such information. But, not now. For now she would wait for things to kick off.

Description: Whilst the Village Hidden in the Stone is by no means a hostile country, it still needs to maintain a degree of security, does it not? Of course, to further this line of thinking, the village does not believe that any other would be aggressive toward it but to simply not conduct any research on its allies or potential enemies would be foolish. To this end, the chuunin exams are an excellent place to gain insight into the strengths of the other village's by examining their promising genin. As such the Stone Ninja sent to the exams are to be tasked with taking notes of all the other genin competing and compiling them into a details report. Names, gender, village's, and skills and strengths are all to be recorded and reported to the Tsuchikage and turned in as the new Chuunins first completed mission.

The New Tsuchikage

A summons has been sent throughout the village. The Daimyo of the Land of Earth has come to the village gates to swear in the Tsuchikage officially and a crowd of over a thousand has gathered to witness this momentous occasion. Within the great hall hundred upon hundred of chairs have been set before a great stage, ready for the Daimyo's address. The ANBU are on high alert and the nobles of the village have all made an appearance. Red carpet is laid down and the bustling sounds of excitement reverberate through the castle with anticipation.

Shenjie had been making his way to the gates, finally equip to go out on his mission that he had been issued only a day prior. It was kind of a shame that I didn’t get to meet the new Tsuchikage, Shenjie thought to himself as he made his way forward towards the gates. First a foremost, he noticed something fairly strange, as his hearing was very acute due to his Shitakuma clan birthright. There had not been any sound of the bustling village at all on his way up towards the gates, which was strange to say the very least. It wasn’t until he was about 200 meters away from the village that he could hear, and consequently see the villagers. “Wow, that’s a lot of people!” He couldn’t help but audibly mutter as he continued, no longer wearing his martial artist Gi, but having it tied up in his Black belt and dangling upon his back like a rucksack. He held it with his right arm as he exhaled, wondering what kind of holiday he had missed this time.

He was wearing something much more casual this time he appeared, having donned a grey tee shirt with a brown hooded zip-up jacket that protected him slightly from the chill of the mountains. His grey cargo pants were indeed much more different than his Gi pants, and furthermore he appeared much more like an average shinobi this time around than he had the first time he had encountered well, much of anyone. He even cut his extremely long hair down to a short buzz like cut, to represent the cleansing of his person, and the beginning of a new era. He looked totally different in comparison to his appearance yesterday. The only thing that gave him away would probably be the tightly woven bandages that he had wrapped in thick layers around his forearms and Feet, exposing only the heels, toes, and the top half of his fingers and thumb. The arm bandages wrapped about 3/4ths up Shenjie’s forearms, and the foot bandages wraps ended just above his ankles.

In his possession was only a simple Bo staff in his left hand, excluding his Gi that was clasped in his right. In his buttbag, there were a set of fighting padded gauntlets and a few blood clot pills, just in case he needed them. Shenjie found himself in a crowd before long as he made his way forward, his Iwagakure headband wrapped over his eyes like a blindfold; which probably confused people quite a bit as to how a blind kid could be a shinobi. “Damn all these people, I can’t even get situated comfortably.” Shenjie complained as he couldn’t find a spot from himself to remain stationary as he was pushed out of the crowd as every seemed to take their seats or were coerced and controlled by what sounded like some bouncers. “well I wonder what’s going on?” Shenjie asked as he stood at the back of the crowd that seemed to be settling in for some sort of speech or something from what Shenjie could feel. “what’s going on here?” Shenjie asked as he leaned back and sighed wonder what he should do.

Junko would, open up the doors to this bustling event as if there would be no sense of going back. It was the inducting of a new kage and, she didn't want to miss that. Certainly a whole like minded people that were hear as well. This was an important moment in the village after all. Its been many long years so in all hopes this was going to be the changing point. Something to lift the spirits of these disturbed villagers. 

That idea was a bit heavy to bury in the catgirl's mind when she is always worrying about it. Seeing a lot of colleague showing up at this event wouldn't be enough to lift her own attitude as she looked around for a place to be. All the possible types of kages rushed back and for in her mind but, all she could go on was that it was an Uchiha. She doesn't know much about their kind, if anything she doesn't know much about them at all. No matter...

Junko would find a place within one of the many rowed seats. Her spot being mainly in the third but all the way to the end of one side. She doesn't like being squished between people. Her cat ears protruded through the slips in her hood comfortably which allows her to hear like normal. Her tail coiled around her waist to avoid being stepped on. No telling how long this will be Junko adjusted her skirt and, then crossed her legs releasing a soft sigh. She'd be paying attention closely on this one...

The New Tsuchikage

As the crowd bussled with excitement the Daimyo of the Land of Earth made his appearance before that of the prospective Tsuchikage. He was surrounded by guards clad in ANBU attire and each looked as though they could handle themselves. To say the people of the village were awe struck was an understatement, this was the first time in years that the ruler of Earth had made a public appearance, really it was a grand occasion. The citizens muttered under their breaths about how amazing it is to see him and at how great it was that the Tsuchikage was getting sworn into office. The atmosphere was electric as the excitement of the event grew and grew. Random cheers broke out in the crowd with murmurs of just how great and lucky Godric was whispered every so often through the hall. After the Daimyo greeted some of the local politicians and businessmen the induction began and a spokesperson took to the stage to quiet everyone down and make the opening speech. "Good evening everyone, I am John Carter of the Stone Village's 'United Republican Party,' the elected Mayor of the village. It's great to see such a large turnout today." A loud cheer broke out in the crowd as everyone stood from their chairs to applaud the mayor. He rose his hands to silence everyone again before continuing.

"Now, today we have all gathered here to witness the swearing in of the new Tsuchikage by the Daimyo of the Land of Earth. This is a momentous occasion in the history of our nation as this is the first time since the first Tsuchikage that this is occurring on such a public platform so I hope you'll help me in welcoming the Daimyo to the stage everyone, please give it up for our Feudal Lord!" The cheers from the crowd began to roar but there was a little bit of apprehension mixed within. The event proceeded however and the Daimyo took to the stage and he began to address the citizens of Stone. "Today marks the turning of a new Leaf. With the departure of one Kage, we are left with a newer, younger Kage with fresh motivation and desire to serve the country. Hiroji Uchiha, please make your way to the stage."

Having been ushered into the castle and lead to the behind scenes of the stage, Hiroji made his way up to the front after being introduced by the Daimyo. Unlike the previous two, Hiroji was not welcomed by the cheers of the crowd and instead by the faint applause of just a few which quickly died down. Was it his attire he wondered sarcastically to himself, knowing full well just what was really happening. One would think that on an occasion such as this the prospective Tsuchikage would dress the part however that wasn't like him and Hiroji was wearing his usually clothing. Jeans, a black singlet under a red T-shirt with white sleeves, and his signature hat, also red and white. Fixing his hat for a moment the teen made his way before the Daimyo and took a ceremonial knee. The daimyo was handed the hat of the Tsuchikage as Hiromi took the one he was wearing off, revealing his short dark hair. "I hereby advance you, Hiroji Uchiha, to the position of Tsuchikage of Iwagakure. Serve our country well."

The uchiha rose to his feet and looked over the crowd as he gripped his hat in hand and adjusted the ceremonial Tsuchikage brim in the other. "..." He merely spectated the audience as the Daimyo took a seat behind him. A cry of "Where is Godric?' came from the audience and Hiroji took it as an opening to address the room. "Godric Hyuuga... Is no longer the Tsuchikage..." Hiroji trailed off as the gathering murmured amidst themselves, questioning if this was true and asking aloud if the rumors of Godric's disappearance was actually authentic. "It's true. Godric is gone, and now I am Tsuchikage and I will direct this village against him!" The crowd was shocked and began to rabble in annoyance but Hiroji kept speaking. "For too long now has Godric ruled this village doing as he pleased, opening our gates, leaving us vulnerable to invasion due to his arrogance allowing only his name to serve as a warning and deterrent to the hostile nations of the world. And now, he has left us! Left us defenseless! He's gone to who knows where and now we are at risk of invasion. Well I won't stand for it. I hereby decree that the village is now a Godric free zone! Godric Hyuuga, is hereby exiled from the village!" The crowd began to shout louder and louder, their anger more apparent as they were on the verge of rioting.

"The Village Hidden in the Stone is hereby closed to all! And our claims of alliance to all other village's, revoked for the time being! We are no longer under the foot of dictatorship! We are a free nation!" A glass bottle was thrown at the stage and those under the spell of Godric began to rush the stage whilst the immune citizens tried to escape. The ANBU guards threw up barriers to protect the stage and the Daimyo was quickly ushered out of the facility by the command of the Tsuchikage. As all hell broke loose Hiroji just stood and spectated the crowd as they revolted against him. It was expected, the claws of Godric were sunk deep within this village like infected thorns that needed to be plucked out.

Zeki stayed at the edge of the crowd as the event started with the intent on not being forced to touch any villager. Touching a human always made the Sadojin feel quite uncomfortable so he always tending to avoid being in large crowds like the one in front of him. Unfortunately this event was very important so much so that Zeki had to brave the crowds to watch it, at least the edge of the crowds. And as he turns his attention towards the stage the figures standing there proved just how important this entire event was...

A spokesman on stage started to speak to the crowd, getting them pumped up over the entire event quite easily. Zeki just stared impartially towards the stage while at the edge of the crowd, having slimmed down his figure a bit to use the excess sand to increase the length of his legs to give him a clear view of the stage. There had been many changes of leadership in the Sadojin's lifespan so this whole event was not something totally new to him.

The daimyo of Earth stepped forward then and started to speak about the new kage. The crowd grew silent as the new kage stepped forward, clearly expecting Godric. Seems this new kage would not be given a warm welcome, not like Godric got a warm welcome either though. Maybe the land of Earth just hated leadership? Zeki shook his head as Hiroji started to speak to the crowd, giving quite a passionate speech about freedom and casting down Godric. "It seems this new kage has a silver tongue then." Zeki thought to himself as Hiroji moved on to the last bit of his speech.

To say that Zeki was surprised was a understatement. He was shocked at Hiroji's declaration and his expression mirrored it. It took only a few seconds for the Sadojin's face to return to it's normal, stoic position but his mind was racing. Zeki edged away from the crowd as they went berserk and briefly wondered if this was planned out by the Kage beforehand. Zeki looked upon the kage, awaiting his signal to, well, do anything about this. He had no idea what Hiroji was planning for the moment...

Junko, listened to this speech rather closely. She was, curious as to how this was going to go but, so far it was more of a pep rally than an inauguration. Yet Junko didn't fret on the idea. However this goes she'd stand by it. Her colleagues keeping an eye on the inside for the ANBU. Talk about security. It was kind of dimmer than normal. After all this is a Stone Village inauguration these people act quickly.


Alas after all that cheering and, standing ovation it was time to see the new kage. He; well a tough crowd would only be a small margin of it. Nobody really knew how to react to this. Sure enough going from a regal hyuuga deity like Godric to well, someone that she was sure was younger than her, can rub a lot of people the wrong way. However. Junko didn't think bad of it. She figured if he can be young yet make it as a kage then he must have something the committee wanted.


However once he began talking Junko began hearing his words; his tone. She began learning why he was most likely put in the position. This was a reinstatement of the entire village. Junko minded the people feeling strongly about his words, but so on and so for he kept implying how much Godric is now exiled from mention. Sadly strong view meet strong whiplash as the crowd lashed out irrationally. Almost brainwashed even to protect Godric's name. Junko became tense and, quickly steer cleared as a bottle was thrown at this Hiroji character. This was getting out of hand.


Junko made her way to the left side of the large buildings walls as she, eyed the charging citizens. At this point, the ANBU had already put up the barrier and, the kage issued the orders for the Daiymo to be evacuated. However this didn't mean the situation would be silenced.


Junko would spark a special part of her chakra system and, almost instantaneously the gravity in front of her would distort and, shift itself. Junko would pass through this portal which via her imagination, she would be teleported onto the stage and, next to Hiroji call out to him.

“Tsuchikage sir! I am Junko of the Mabuki clan. I came to assist you in silencing this mess. What are your orders!?”

The New Tsuchikage

A woman appeared before Hiroji, calling out his name as she seemingly warped through time and space. Looking her up and down for the briefest of instance the Uchiha sized her up as she announced he desire to serve him. "... Junko of the Mabuki... A fine name for a fine woman." He turned back toward the rioting crowd gathered at the chakra walls. They had begun to slam their fists into it trying to break through at this point, all the while shouting their lungs out. This hate, this anger. Hiroji couldn't help but smile in the face of it. Such adversity, it made his lips quiver with excitement. He would conquer this hate, he would conquer this land and then take his armies over to the world stage, displaying his strength! The Land of Earth was the strongest in the world, now he would prove it, but these thoughts of his would never be spoken aloud. "Your services are not necessary at this time Junko however, if you would be so kind. Please meet me at the Tower for further instruction and perhaps discussion on the role you would play in this matter." The Tsuchikage formed a few hand signs and cast a genjutsu upon himself.

"Until then, Junko of the Mabuki clan. Farewell." With those last words he disappeared from sight, becoming invisible, and slipped out of the building under the illusion.

These people were getting quite upset about something that Shenjie knew to be nothing more than Genjutsu. Now that he had struck the fellow though, they all seemed pretty pissed with him.
