Special: ---
Drawback: ---

The user takes a left step toward the opponent creating a lunge in the step as the right leg stays planted on the floor. During the lunge the user extends their right arm behind them for balance. Simultaneously the user extends their left arm out to pierce the blade into the opponent's mid-section. As the user lunges into the strike the user places their blade against the bottom of the opponent's weapon and they twist their wrist 90° clockwise while raising their elbow. This is used in order to deflect the opponent's weapon up, and away from the user's body while allowing the user to simultaneously attack against the mid-section with a piercing strike.

This technique is great against piercing attacks where the opponent leans into the attack as they will tend to lean into the user's blade. If the user knows Punta Riverso they may apply the same deflecting technique against the opponent's weapon to further avoid the attack from the user while simultaneously driving the weapon into the opponent.
Limit: Must learn from a La Rapière des Saint-Didier Master. Must have Mastered La Rapière des Saint-Didier.
Scanso del Pie Dritto
Rank: "C"
Skill: TaiJutsu
Effect: A void where the user arches their back to avoid high striking attacks while piercing against the opponent's mid-section to high-section.
Special: ---
Drawback: ---
Description: (Left Handed) This void is the opposite leg equivalent to the Inquartata as both are voiding high inside line thrusts. The determining factor on which to use rests partially on personal preference and partially on which leg is weighted. If the user's stance is rear weighted it is easier to void offline using a sloping motion to the front. Note the layering of the defensive concepts. The void is the primary defense in this situation but the counterattack is still performed in Quarta along the high line so that the sword creates an additional barrier.
Limit: Must learn from a La Rapière des Saint-Didier Master. Must have Mastered La Rapière des Saint-Didier.

The user places their left foot just a 6 inches in front of their right foot as they turn their body 360° clockwise on the soles of their feet while performing the uppercut slash. Capable of knocking the opponent into the air. User is able to stop the attack within mid uppercut to confuse the opponent. This technique has a knockup distance of 20 meters.

Drawback: ---
Description: (Left Handed) This technique is different from most vertical strikes or most Lunges. Most techniques the user must step forward with their forward leg first, however with this technique the user must step forward with their back leg. The user takes a right step toward the opponent creating a lunge in the step as the left leg stays planted on the floor. The user's left leg is extended straight back while their right leg is bent in 90°. The user brings their left arm (blade arm) back within the step behind them before performing a vertical upward strike in a 180° arc. Capable of knocking the opponent into the air.
High Arc - Instead of taking a right step forward the user takes a left step forward. The user takes a left step toward the opponent creating a lunge in the step as the right leg stays planted on the floor. During the lunge the user twists their body to right, placing the blade to their chest while it faces away from the opponent. The user then grasps the handle with their right hand. Using both hands the user forcefully performs a vertical upward strike in a 270° arc. Capable of knocking the opponent into the air and behind the user.
Limit: Must learn from a La Rapière des Saint-Didier Master. Must know Basic Techniques.
