"Hey! Don't stay out too long you here me? I may need you to come back and, help with this showcase I have an outing tomorrow." Called out a stern distant voice from a secluded house hold. This voice belonged to a proud but, hardened man whom was the father to a spiritually free but, rowdy child. He was too busy trying to hone deep into his art work on the canvas, as he waved a half-assed and careless goodbye to nobody in particular. He really only heard his son getting ready to exit the home around the expected time as always which sparked his reminder. He is a time savvy man. One that is keen on keeping up a good impression after the first one.
"Yeah okay!" An ambitious young man named Kenesu Li-Hyoushi would call back in response as he slipped on his shoes. "Jeez dad you are such a stiff." He'd jokingly tease under his breath as he smiled from the usual thought about why his dad always thinks he needs to remind him about those Li Clan outings. Sure he has showed up late,...numerous times BUT. Kenesu has kept a rather good record now; much better than when he first started going.
Hell does it even matter? Most of the people who show up are too bland to even really conversate! They just walk around stroking their chin and nodding at the showcased items. Like seriously? What kind of crap is that? Then his dad is always trying to crack awful jokes and lighten the mode. Ugh. Sometimes its a real wonder how he can even consider being a Li besides his talent with its techniques. Well. Thats good enough if you have a general concept of "fitting in."
Kenesu decided to knock these thoughts out of play. Totally burning his mood you know? As he neared the door making a last minute check of appearance, his mother currently preparing some vegetables would, speak up from around the hallway. "Hey mister. You give your father a break he works hard you know that." She playfully scolded. He smile was present but, she was too focused on the food to break contact.
"Yeah okay mom. I mean I know this already but, you have to admit he is a bit too worried. I mean he and that other guy are always rivaling each other along with a few others. The shows are usually predictable and, don't get amusing until someone gets mad over who dipped their multi brush in different bottles of paint to sabotage their genius. Which is usually everyone to begin with that cares in the first place." Kenesu defended before taking a bite of the freshly cooked sausage his mom left out. She entrusts in his tastebuds more than herself sometimes.
"Well come on Kenesu how long have you been going to these? Almost every other outing within the months? You know how it goes and the tradition about it so why complain? You know how your father and other elders are about it." His mother would defend back which in a sense was all true. Kenesu did know, but he doesn't really think much of it because he doesn't understand the hype about it. That or he simply doesn't understand his father so it rubs off on it. Who knows.
"Look maybe you should consider participating in this one. Make your dad happy. I mean you don't have to go for anything major. Make something small but, pleasing. He gets super proud and gloatish when you win things regardless." She would then propose. She knew why she was bringing this up. And so did Kenesu. Him and his father don't bond as much anymore so she worries about it. Truthfully its a reasonable issue.
There are rumors with the village that some Li families don't even live in the same house let alone talk to each other. Too busy painting, and not that that is not true. An artist is entitled to he or she's work but. Well never mind that Kenesu doesn't really like feeling as if he is overshadowing people if he does too ell or something. Its ridiculous really he doesn't even win all that much. But when he does. People seem to get all uptight about it still. Its really a vibe cramper if you ask him. And so with that in mind. He'd try opting out. Again.
"I did that last time remember and, people got mad because they thought I was rigging. But in reality they are only hating that I learned quick and made a real good piece. Not my fault." He hoped that this would make his mom take his side. But it never does. She'd finish placing the vegetable on a wodden cutting board and wiping her hands before she turned off the stove then looked at Kenesu with a smirk. She knew what was up. Damn mothers intuition.
"You already made a piece didn't you..." She'd speculate with a sly giggle.
Kenesu would roll his eyes but, smile in the process. His mom was slick. He hates that. "Yes alright you got me. But look don't go telling dad okay its a surprise. I been working on it for a long time. Anyway I got to go I'll be back later to grab my stuff alright?" He'd state while pointing to his mom with full intent on her giving her word about this. He doesn't like his gifts being opened early. Not one bit.
"Okay sweetie I won't. Have fun and for the love all that is rhythmic. Be on time for the outing tomorrow." She would remind before shaking her head and, turning back to her culinary work. She'd begin selecting a proper knife and get to dicing whiling humming a little tune. A special song she made during Kenesu's childhood. One she holds dear.
"I will, I will. Bye!" He would respond back, forcing himself out the door, but still closing it gently. His mom doesn't like slammed doors. And Kenesu rather keep her happy. After that he'd sigh and look at the sky. A good day. Perfect. His gear was waiting over at the usual place so he didn't have to pack this time. The walk was the same. A few familar faces to greet usually in the same spot.
Q was out gathering stuff for some remodels for the new kage while Carrera said she'd meet up later. So when he got to the hang out he'd check to make sure his gear was all here before flopping on the grass lazily. The sky was blue and filled with small clouds.
Kenesu wouldn't take long to ponder off and start thinking of things. Mostly his past. He likes to think and on this day he wanted to think of what got him here. What got him to this point in his life. The memories where as clear as if they were made yesterday and, sooner or later his movie theater of a mind came into play. One iconic memory at a time.

A young Kenesu was quite interested in getting started with his skills. He father having sent him out to train there wasn’t much of a choice anyway. Everyday he was doing something to further his knowledge. His friend knew the routine, so even then he had to be creative with his time.
He would be in the backyard training grounds of his area. An area that expanded 150 meters all around with a nice grassy field which dipped and rose from hills and divots.
He had medium sized three wooden pillars 4 inches in height all together with some rocks on the tops of all three. Random rocks bigger than an average human hand. He was going to try to practice the wind release and knock them off. Something easy.
He sternly looked at each rock analyzing his distance and, how much force he may need to brush them off. A wooden fence acted as a safety wall in case something happened and he blows the rocks away too hard. Nothing but, the plains behind him which ended into a small body of woods. Ideal for a calm day none of the less.
“Okay. Well here goes nothing.” He’d huff verbally telling himself that there is no time to waist. As a six year old he was quite the go getter.
Kenesu would walk forward a bit stopping only three feet away from rock one. He’d find some firm ground before remembering what he needed to do. Luckily this move wouldn’t need handseals because it was so plain. But it certainly needed some minor chakra control.
He’d focus on the palm of his hand. Forming it into a flat surface almost mimicking how some Hyuuga prepare their fighting stance. He’d practice a few thrusts of his arm, making it jut forward in a palm strike sort of fashion. Soft, stern grunts as he really wanted to get used to addressing the wind against his palm. Kenesu would change his motions. Underhand swings to over hand. But overall he liked the forceful palm motion. Sort of like a highfive but too the face.
Sooner or later, he’d gain a bit of confidence that this is what he wanted it to be like. He seen his dad do this motion for one of his techniques. Of course it was a lot more forceful and punched a hole in a wall but, he knew that that will be obtainable later.
With this in mind Kenesu kept his focus as he eyed the rock. This time he was serious. He’d reel his arm back and, form the palm how he wanted but this time he let his fingers bend a bit to help keep his chakra focused on the middle of his hand. He’d line up the rock and where his hand would need to go before thrusting it forward and, once he felt his arm was about to extend completely only a few six inches from the rock he’d push the chakra he built up out of his hand. A funnel of wind would form but, not as strong only making the rock tilt and wobble from the rushing gust as the rest flowed by. But it was progress.
The look on his face was definitely a look of surprise. He didn’t expect that to actually happen. But this wasn’t good enough. Not yet. He’d keep focus and, reel his hand back but this time he’d build up a capacity of wind around his hand with the chakra. Then once he thrust it forward he’d push his chakra again with a lot more force. Like a release of energy to slingshot it forward. The wind had a lot more structure this time and, hit the rock dead on instead of brushing against it sending it off the pillar and, thudding against the wooden fence falling into the grass.
Much better. He’d play around a bit and, do the same thing with the other hand to the second rock. Then used both for the third. All the same result which left him happy. Only took a few minutes to learn too which is good. At least he knows he can figure this stuff out. Then maybe with more work he will be controlling the wind release fully in no time. The sooner he masters the better. He has two other releases to master after all.

Fuuton: Chibikazekiri no Jutsu (Wind Release: Tiny Wind Drill Technique) Rank: D Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user sends a small burst of wind that spins like a drill towards an opponent. Special: Handseals Drawback: It is small, thus not capable of doing a ton of damage. Description: The user performs the handseals and then extends their right or left arm. From that arm, a small burst of air will escape. It begins spinning rapidly as it moves with speed towards the opponent. It will drill against whatever it hits for a matter of a round before dissipating into nothing. This technique is capable of being used within the distance of ten meters. This technique is considered to be an extensive punching like technique. Limit: Must have Wind Release
(??/10)
So now he learned how to work with making some use out of wind. However a simple push isn’t really enough. If anything it is way too simple. So Kenesu decided to rework the previous technique a bit. Instead of a palm he would keep his hand in a fist formation. He would use similar handseals on this attempt before reeling his arm back. Once the air was focused in around his hand he’d punch towards the wall and, send out a gust of wind.
That wind would travel a short distance before becoming rather useless for the most part leaving nothing for the fence to absorb. “Well that sucked.” He’d grumble disappointedly as he stood there thinking about how to change this flop around. That attempt was nowhere near useful other than to force him to think a bit more creatively. So he took his positioning and, tried it again. However he would give the wind more of a form this time instead of a simple push.
Using his chakra he’d reel his arm back and, focused hard on gathering the wind around the form around his fist before punching towards the fence. The chakra and wind would fuse as he released it which honed its strength as it blazed through the excess wind smacking against the fence. A smirk crossed his face as he did it again but, he’d begin using his chakra manipulation to give the wind a spinning property before hand.
Then he’d punch forward sending that form as a drill which maintained such shape the whole way it had to travel. The spinning winds kept their momentum with all of the power focused on the point as it would drill into the wood creating a spiraled carving until it would dissipate after a few seconds of drilling.
Kenesu was still watching it go for that amount of time which left him with assumable another success. This isn’t as hard as it seems honestly, which in reality is an understatement. But until his father comes to check on him he’d have to keep working for it. He was determined to learn that Great Breakthrough jutsu today. Nothing should deprive him of that confidence.

29 Nov 16, 10:55 Ryosuke: I am a naturally born pulverum
Alright so the drill is cool and all but, not sure if it was luck or, actual proper planning that helped make it. Kenesu would sternly stare at the carved wood. That fence is sturdy but, even then a jutsu like this should at least make a hole or something. Its a drill so it should have done better than that in his eyes. He was proud. But not proud enough. Kenesu took a deep breathe before walking up to the fence where the drill had hit. He'd kneel down and, rub his index finger on the carving's surface. It was plain to see that the drill dulled out on contact rather than do what it needed to. Fair enough...
Kenesu would stand out and, stretch his arms out before walking away from the fence and taking position a lot farther than before. At least eight meters away from the fence. He'd form his handseal then quickly spool up his chakra within and around his fist as he reeled it back. A firm look of determination was plastered on his face as he'd launch his punch forward almost like a baseball pitcher twisting his arm to mimic the swirl he desired.
The chakra within the wind would harden enough into a sharp point as it made a powerful spin piercing the air around it making a distorted current as it barreled towards the fence. Kenesu would stand up straight closely observing as the drill would suddenly pierce into the wood of the fence and, then chew away at it from its speed of rotation craving out shavings of wood.
From how long it shredded into the fence even after clearing nine meters it was almost like a real drill before suddenly it would jut forward and dissipate the moment the point broke through the other side. This drill pierced and maintained form a lot better than the first this time. Perhaps this was good. He would debate first before a decision was met. There was no room for wasting time.

Fuuton Kaze no Senbon (Needles of the Wind) Rank: "D" Skill: NinJutsu Effect: User hurls a mixture of senbon needles in the form of wind to cut into the opponent. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: --- Description: The ninja gathers air with his hands and mixes it with chakra, by doing this he transforms them into sharp and deadly needles. The needles are almost invisible so it is hard for the enemies to see them. This technique may be blocked by large objects, however something small such as a sword, or a staff will allow the needles to seperate still moving towards the object it was originally sent to. Not a powerful technique as the user is capable of hurling up to ten senbon wind needles that gives out minor cuts. However this could be used as a more of a set up technique to allow the user to perform a more dangerous technique. Limit: Must have the Wind Release (??/10)
Now that he felt happy about what he can work with Kenesu, decided to go with something a bit more versatile. Well versatile enough for a six year old.
He had grabbed some dart boards from house before he left and, with this next jutsu in mind he’d need it. So Kenesu went ahead and, hung the circular board on the wooden fence with a nail and, then took a position behind the middle pillar. Three feet out. Just like throwing weapons but, this time he’d work on doing that with wind based ones. However. He wanted these to be a bit sneaky. So. Maybe he should make senbon. At his age he can work with these tools so he’d work that. He knows what a senbon looks like. The trouble will really just be making a specific form of it out of wind.
He’d look at his right hand, and gather some wind as it blew by. Mostly focusing on compressing his chakra as small as possible. He could see it. But. It seemed more like a simple stick or minuscule pole than a sharp assassination tool. So. No. Kenesu would focus harder then. Really focusing on shaping the points into a needle like point before he worked on the cylinder shape.
The more he cutaway and, sharpened the wind the more he felt like he had a real senbon except it was much harder to see. Of course he could use his special eyes to see it but, that defeats the point of making them hard to see. He wants to make sure these are better than normal senbon. Testing the point he could barely see it as he almost pricked his index finger if he didn’t retract it in time.
But more importantly he made the senbon beginning to….to somewhere there might be an end. Nevertheless he’d take this one senbon and, throw it at the target. He’d listen hard and, smiled when he heard the needle make a hard pressed contact into the targets base. Although from hear...he couldn’t actually see it. So he wasn’t too sure if it actually HIT the target. But it was still a success even if his aim may need a little work.
To double check he’d focus on making more senbon quickly at once, before throwing them all together. So. He would focus on his chakra and the wind at his disposal. The work when craving small tools like this but, in multiple similar forms was odd for him at first. He had trouble grasping the concept of making them all at once for the most part. However he stayed at it. Kenesu would undo the chakra control after he had managed to get used to making two senbon at once. Learning to make three was similar in fact there really was no added difficulty other than his inexperience. Kenesu wanted this to be damn well perfect to make sure it is worth the trouble making this instead of playing around somewhere else.
So Kenesu would put himself through some minor controlled training. He would stand in wait before suddenly trying to make the senbon all at once. He'd pretend to be going for something which in reality is wrong. His limit was five overall and, with a similar thrust used for kunai he'd unreleased the senbon all together waiting for them to piledriver into the target respectively. This was good. Good enough to accept he can do it. Not sure what he was going to think of it just yet though...

29 Nov 16, 10:55 Ryosuke: I am a naturally born pulverum
After that little bit of training Kenesu's father would come out to check on him. He had on a simple black shirt with the Li clan symbol on the right sleeve, grey trousers, and sandals. Nothing special on him besides him letting his long black hair to fall free instead of be tied up samurai style like usual.
“Hey, son you been working?” A hardened voice would, call out suddenly. Kenesu would look over despite knowing full well who it was that was talking. His father; Omua Li in all of his pale, but eccentric glory walked up exiting the path that led to the training grounds. Observing the area he made some judgments. Fallen rocks, drilled holes, a target board that has seemingly taken some hits if he looked hard enough. Omua would smirk genuinely happy that his son was getting some good grasps of his wind release. He remembered having to do this exact training when he was Kenesu'd age so not much gets by him in this case.
“Yeah dad. I’m training so I can learn that technique you used yesterday. I want to be able to punch holes just like you.” Kenesu would admit with a cheeky thumbs up.
Omua would chuckle at his son’s bright nature. He would walk over and but him in a headlock, rustling his silver hair with his knuckles. “Oh you do huh? Well maybe I’ll teach you in a month or two.” He teased. Likewise Omua would gladly teach Kenesu that jutsu now but, he wanted to see how much he really wanted to undergo that feat first.
Kenesu would, tug and pull until he got free of his dad’s annoying headlock. He would sternly look up at him and, crossed his arms. “A month? Dad I am ready for that now. I still have chakra left and the day barely started. I’ll work for as long as it takes if I have to.” Kenesu protested.
This would make Omua smile before he nodded in agreement. “Oh I know you will. But keep in mind it won’t be easy. This jutsu exerts a lot of force and, finesse however I will teach you. However not after a practice jutsu. And don’t forget you have Li training to do bud.” He would remind firmly. He loves every bit of his sons variety to learn but, he is determined to make sure he knows how to use his Li talents effectively. It can earn him a good career and protect him upon his travels.
Regardless of the warning, this young Kenesu would brighten up with glee as he smiled with a determined look. “Yeah, dad I know. But that can be discussed later. Lets hurry up and tell me what this practice jutsu is.” He said very eager to see it.
Omua would chuckle again and, then run his fingers through his straight black hair before patting his son on the back to accommodate his interest. He would lead Kenesu back to facing the fence and, would take a calming breath before he would explain his minor trial.
“Okay, well this jutsu I am about to have you learn is required in order to even try Great Breakthrough. You already learned the Needles of Wind. So that is a jumpstart on your progress. Now...watch closely with your Ryuugan.” He would say before getting his footing giving his son time.
Kenesu would nod before stringing the needed handseal then activating the needed chakra for his Doujutsu. His teal eyes would flash white before drowning into a slightly illuminated black color. The iris and pupil of his eyes became one as three small silver cloud like gradient hues began to fill in the rest slowly swirling around where his pupil would be. The clouds would have white lines connected to each other like flashing triangles. Upon this activation he could see his father’s wind manipulation as he began to reel in air with a deep intake breath. He was preparing a mouth based wind jutsu which is how Great Breakthrough works. But he could see the wind being manipulated earlier than later.
Then with a mighty release of power Omus would take that compressed air, firing it out of his mouth which immediately turned into an arrow of wind. The arrow broke away any current that oppressed it until crashing hard into the fence making it move as the wind pierced its surface like a normal arrow would. Then after a moment the wind fell apart but, leaving a cracked wedge into the fence.
Kenesu was astonished by the force behind something so simple. Using his doujutsu he could see the wind that was built into that jutsu so he had an idea of what it is supposed to look like. Talk about cool. “That was pretty sick.” He’d compliment still observing the damage it caused.
At first, Omua was confused. That jutsu has nothing to do with toxins or poisons so why would his son mention such a thing. But then he remembered that in this context sick was a phrase that meant something good. These generations and, their accustomed words. Shaking his head with the foolishness of such word play Omus would step aside so Kenesu could try it now.
“Yeah well there are way more impressive techniques to come. Its perfect for you because you are starting young but, soon enough you will have hurricanes in your arsenal. That jutsu is mostly just used to divert enemies away from you as nobody should want to take an arrow of any caliber head on. But it depends on what you will find it useful for so son; I’l leave this to you. I will only observe from this point.” He would say resting his hands on top of his head. Kenesu would nod before sizing himself up to practice. Now that his father was here was determined to work harder.

29 Nov 16, 10:55 Ryosuke: I am a naturally born pulverum
Rank: "D" Skill: NinJutsu Effect: User is capable of breathing inwards and exerting outwards a large like arrow to pierce into the opponent's body. Special: User takes in a deep breathe filling their lungs with air. Drawback: Only one may be created at a time. Description: The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. This arrow may be blocked as it is just a large consumption of wind, however it can not be deflected away. This means that the object must be large in size enough to defend from one against the wind. The size of the arrow is the size of the opponent's mouth with the length of three feet as it can travel up to the distance of twenty meters. This technique is used for short range to steer an opponent away from the user. Limit: Must have the Wind Release
(??/10)
Now that he had the floor the young kenesu took a moment to gather his thoughts. From what he saw with his Ryuugan the time to mold his chakra is rather short when considering how effective he wants this to be. Fair enough. He wanted to make sure that this was all under his control so he kept his Chibi Ryuugan activated for the time being.
So without the need of handseals, Kenesu extended his chakra to his mouth as he began to suck in the air. It felt odd trying to mold an object of wind and, take in a breath at the same time. It was all off center. He tried to counter balance but, his lungs felt like they had taken in everything he could naturally absorb in them. And it wasn't enough. He'd release the wind hazily already out of breath as he panted catching himself with his hands on his knees. "Okay; I messed that one up." He'd joke a bit.
His father didn't say anything as he watched carefully. He wasn't worried too much about this. He knew the concept would be awkward to grasp but, once his son figured it out a way to do it. He was confident that the result would be grand.
With his circulatory cycle now back in normal function, Kenesu would stand up straight to prepare try number two. This time he'd but his Doujutsu into effect a little more as he'd enhance his sight to 2x. He did this to watch the flow of air a little better so he could figure out how to tamper with it. Ready to give it a try, Kenesu would tense himself and, begin to take in a breath. His eyes watching the flow of wind and, specific course it took. Almost like a vortex. That vortex shape was thin enough to give him the space he needed to form the arrow. This information could be useful.
For now he would focus specifically on filling his lungs and, then held it as he thought about what to do. A minor idea struck him within that brief period in which he would use his chakra to keep the release of the wind in that same voretx shape but, as a cone. Using his eyes Kenesu noticed that chakra already established would carry that wind a good distance at least seven meters before fazing out and, merging with the air. Panting a bit, Kenesu would force a smirk on his face as he believed he knew how to make this work. And in turn so did his father.
Kenesu would let his system reestablished itself before reeling in more air once again. He was ten meters away from the fence and, needed the jutsu to make contact just like his father's did. He was determined to make that happen before testing its range. With his lungs filled Kenesu would have the chakra infused with the consumed wind to jumpstart the molding process, then with a controlled release he'd let the wind shoot forward and, concentrated early on its formation. The wind would shape into a sharp form at first and, as it sped away from Kenesu took finished into an arrowed shape. The air it pierced through spread away from the arrow giving it a direct path and, before then hit the fence piercing its surface. But from what Kenesu's eyes would see most of the arrow fell apart early. That shot wasn't powerful enough... Unacceptable.
Seeing the determination in his son's face Omua would smirk as his arms unfolded. The momentum built inside him as he'd encourage his son to finish this jutsu off for good. "Don't let this falter Kenesu! On the battle field you have no room for error. Use your artistic craft and, do what you can. Show me what you are capable of.!" He'd shout.
This would be enough as Kenesu ignored his need of a quick breath rest and, would stand up straight before handspringing backwards ten meters to distance himself at twenty now. Leaning backward this time as he brought forth the air. His will to burn was crackling and, the chakra infused into every last bit of the wind giving it extra mass. His lung felt heavy and, with that Kenesu would launch his upper body forward and, shape his mouth to release the air in a sharper stream as the chakra molded the arrow. Then with the extra wind he'd use it as duct release to explode the arrow forward like a crossbow making it fire a lot harder than before. The arrow would already be five meters away as Kenesu used the very last bit of the wind gathered to keep a draft going to make sure the arrow kept on target.
This arrow sliced through the wind and, traveled fast. His dad watched sternly as his eyes followed it all the way until it hit home. The arrow would pierce the fence wedging itself deep, and stopping at the midway point of 1.5 feet, but the excess force made the fence cave in a bit from the contact point creaking as wood bent. The arrow would faze out finally letting the fence straighten itself but, not without showing sign of damage. A good hole was made that fit the size of what the arrow was and, a few cracks expanded in certain directions. It was a direct hit that left an impression. One that might leave a good result.

With that display Omua had a satisfied expression on his usually hard boiled face. He unfolded his arms as he would walk over to the incursion that the wind arrow made. He would graze his hardened hands over the damage testing it and, in general he was pleased. His son should be ready...
"So?...how did I do?" Kenesu cheekily asked, but kind of impatient and worrisome as he did so. The last thing he wanted to hear was something other than what he was striving for which is reasonable. A youth like him should want to know that their efforts are appreciated.
Omua, would nod accepting this show of work ethic and, turn his attention to his son. "I'd say you can give Great Break through a shot." He'd announce. The joy in Kenesu's face spoke more than he could at first as he wasn't even sure how to express his relief. In a sense he would simply crank his arm back and, clench his fist saying yes with a lot of gusto. That would suffice.
Omua would chuckle as he walked away from the fence and, patted Kenesu's head to accommodate his achievement. "Yes, yes I know you're excited but, I suggest you stay focused. This may or may not be easy for you, but still try your best. But don't get too frustrated if it doesn't make sense at first."
Kenesu although excited did take his father's words seriously. He knew that this may be a challenge. His first C Rank technique was a feat he didn't know what to expect. But he'd keep it tame for now as he took a deep breath to prepare himself.
Seeing this course of action Omua would begin the briefing: "Alright then. Great Breakthroughis honestly a rather simple technique. However because wind's natural use of its resources it is also a very useful one. The technique itself is similar to how Katon users perform their Great Fireball jutsus but, not as big and flashy. It does hit hard and can cause valuable damage is used effectively just like any technique in this vast world.
You have seen my use it plenty of times show I shouldn't have to explain what I expect to you. However I will stress that I won't recommend keeping your Ryuugan active while you train this. You have spent enough chakra already I don't want you getting hurt. Other than that. I like the work to you." That would be all he would say as he backed away a few steps but, stayed behind his son just in case. Other than this. It was show time, and Kenesu was the performer...

POST 1 out of 3 Fuuton - Daitoppa (Great Breakthrough)
Rank: "C"
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: User hurls out a large blast of wind capable of leveling almost anything within its path.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: ---
Description: User performs the handseals as they take in a deep breathe. Holding it for a brief moment they quickly exert it as a large blast of air the size of the user's head, and double the length is sent out towards the opponent within the distance of twenty five meters. This technique is capable of crushing an opponent's ribs if hit directly, or capable of dislocating a shoulder if hit along the shoulder. This technique is sometimes used to break down large doors, or to smack an opponent away from the user when the user comes into a bind. Depending on the user's class level depends on the distance this technique may be used. When the user is "D" class the distance is that of twenty five meters. Each class the user is higher then that of "D" The distance increases by five meters. When the user masters the art of wind, the blast increases by doubling it size as the distance is increased by ten meters.
Limit: Must have the Wind Release, Must know Fuuton Kaze no Senbon (Needles of the Wind), Must know Kaze Ya no Jutsu (Wind Arrow Technique)
(??/10)
As he prepared to get this technique underway, Kenesu would tap into his memories of seeing it in action, to act as a makeshift meditation session. This also acted as a way to gain a very minor fraction of his chakra so it was two benefits in one. This technique uses principles of both Needles of wind and the wind arrow. So he'd have to figure out what those are.
With this in mind he would start with his first theory. He'd treat the jutsu as if it was the very first technique he learned except more powerful and from the mouth. So with that plan set Kenesu would, make the handseals. He was so fond of this move that he memorized them by heart way ahead add of time for this very day right here. During those handseals he leaned his upper body backward while reeling in the fresh air. He'd fill as much of his lungs and cheeks with this air as possible and then once he was sure he gathered as much as he could handle Kenesu would, thrust his upper body forward and release the wind. He could feel every bit of it leaving his body but,...it didn't feel like it was doing much of anything. He was only blowing out air really and, with all of that going on he felt a little lightheaded as he kept releasing it until once he was out. He was out of breathe too...
With a soft wheeze he'd collapse on to his knees and, try to catch his breath panting and huffing heavily. That sucked completely. He obviously did that wrong. But how? Its just wind right? But then that is when he realized it. Its not exactly just wind... It has a certain finesse to it. Not much however it is there. And so he came t a rather silly conclusion to his failure. He forgot to mix his chakra in it. He'd laugh and shake his head as he'd rise to one knee and, scratch the back of his head. How could he possibly forget that? Thats embarrassing on a whole new level.
Well give or take he messed up but, this time he would try it again and hopefully get somewhere better than looking stupid. So he picked himself up and, brushed off the self shame with a warm smile. He was determined to concur this move. So he made his seals again and, reeled in the air like the usual, same old, same old. However as he reeled it in he'd let it mesh with his chakra this time. He could feel the difference as it felt a bit heavier this time around. But all the same Kenesu would aim is mouth at the fence and, release the wind which flowed a lot smoother this time. Combined with the chakra the released force of wind caused a minor distortion within the air that it moved though but, it wasn't very...breakthrough-like. In fact the wind fell apart before it even made it halfway. Kenesu would frown sternly as he looked at this outcome but, kept his hopes high. "Gonna have to use more power then." He'd mutter and, immediately worked on trying it out.
Kenesu quickly formed those same handseals and, started the process again. Omua was in his serious state as he watched his son. He knew he was doing it wrong but, he didn't want to give any tips or hints. This was going to be a test. To see if he can truly learn it on his own. Kenesu would fill as much chakra into that wind as he could muster and, focused hard on making this work. With another lean forward, Kenesu would use his chakra to push the technique much harder and, forced it out as quickly as possible hoping that it would give him a better result. The wind would definitely have some kick too it but, not in the way he'd want. The whiplash of the wind would press hard against Kenesu's body and, backfire on him making him slide back then eventually trip. His dad reacting quickly would catch his son before he hit the ground. The wind phased out short and, barely even moved. As it dispersed it'd thunder slightly but, fizzle out into the air never to be noticed again.
Kenesu was left dazed, out of breath, and low on chakra has he might have over did it on that one. He didn't understand what was going wrong but, before he could even try to move and prepare for a fourth try his dad's hand would tighten on his shoulder making him think twice as he looked up at him. His dad smiling but, still concerned. "Thats enough training for today son. Lets go home before you burn yourself out. I promise you can train it more after a good nights rest." Omua would reassure patting his son on the back. The thought was nice but, deep down. Kenesu wasn't pleased...

POST: 2 of 3 (??/10) Late at night Kenesu had woke up within midway of his usual sleep. He couldn't get over it. Today was supposed to be the day he learned Great Breakthrough. Carrera already learned it AND Great Fireball jutsu including its B rank form. It made him frustrated. So within the midst of his thoughts Kenesu would slip on his shoes and, go out side in his night shirt and shorts over to the training grounds. He has never stayed out this late so sneaking out could potentially be even worse. But he didn't care.
Once he got to the spot that he had first began his training of the technique, Kenesu would firmly stare at that fence. He wanted to shatter it completely. His frustration clouding his mind. For the first few minutes Kenesu huffed and puffed trying countless times. He couldn't figure it out and it made him mad. The times he was blown back, the times it came up short, the times that it even hit the fence but, didn't even do anything and simply brushed it. It was ridiculous. On another attempt Kenesu tried with a running start but, once he release the winds from his mouth there was barely anything to even go on to call it anything worth of the word progress.
Out of breath Kenesu would slam his hand into the ground. "Dang! This is hard.!" He complained with a great deal of resentment. Although he didn't enjoy being like this. He would fall backward to sit and, rest himself. There has to be another way. His dad said it was a simple technique as long as he figured it out. And he knew it took the requirements of knowing how to use the Needles and Arrow wind jutsus. So...what of it? He would think back on his training. Learning the wind senbon skill took an understanding of controlling and shaping your chakra to the lowest point to make a concealed ninja weapon even more deadly. Form and control. Control was needed for the arrow as well. So for this...he'd practice control.
Kenesu wouldn't spring up to his feet and, dust off his clothing before stretching out his arms and legs. He'd stay up all night if he has too. But he planned on not needing to. So Kenesu would form the handseals and, bring in the arm as normal. But this time he gradually filled the air with chakra before blowing it back out. Upon its release Kenesu would encase the rushing winds in chakra to act as a very thin barrier while keeping the general forward flow of wind. Once he was out he'd only watch as although not as powerful as he needed it to be. The winds would definitely keep its general touch and, hit the fence with a minor amount of force. More of like a strong gust as the wind would lose its current as it traveled. But it was a much better start and, in fact was easier to grasp. So Kenesu would nod and smile as he eyed his work. "I got your number. Don't worry." He'd confidently assure himself as he'd gather some chakra for the next attempt.

POST 3 of 3 this post- (??/10) Technique over all from the expansion of three posts. (??/30)
Keeping in mind that he had to focus on control Kenesu started up the jutsu. Once it was under way he'd see if spinning it would help. But it would make the winds move too quickly or even get off course by a few feet. So it was not optimal. He'd try keeping it in a certain ball like form but, that exerted too much chakra to be correct. So in a sense these are all wrong. Great Breakthough is a technique that exerts winds the size of the users head but, hits hard. So there must have been a trick to it. Then again... Wind arrow is strictly an arrow. But it was very condensed and, needed power to make it worth anything of making something move. It had force begin it. And with this move. It needed the same. So he'd add more peieces to this puzzle and, decided that if he was to control it. He'd need to control the force he used with it as well...
So in that case he'd work on it. Kenesu started up the technique as it had became natural at this point. When he released the winds from his mouth he would give it a significant push but, would cut it off after two seconds reverting back to a steady stream. Immediatly after doing so he'd use the chakra added within to coat it like before. The Wind rushed within this coned form aggressively making the wind below it be matted to the floor as the force would push it down. This showed promise and Kenesu was happy as even a few blades of grass would be dislodged from the ground itself. The blast would smack the fence pretty rough making it shake, rattle, and bend. But soon enough the wind dispersed as most of it had faded on contact. However be it noted that this showed promise. However Kenesu wasn't going to accept promise. The Great Breakthrough he knows could punch a hole in this fence. So that is what he wanted.
Kenesu wouldn't mess around as he already figured out the other piece. In order for a tornado to keep spinning it needed, direction, speed, control, and more importantly a continuous current. And even without the Ryuugan; Kenesu noticed how wild the winds moved and even though that is good. It wasn't good enough. So he spooled up this technique hoping that it would be the last time he'd have to try. Although to his expense his father whom came looking for him would be watching from the entry way of the training grounds. He was proud to see his son working so hard and determined to catch this by the horns.
Kenesu would heave the gathered winds from his mouth and, immediately built up the chakra in and around it while he did so. But he didn't cut it off this time. Instead he would use that force to propel the wind forward a great deal similar to wind arrow. However in this attempt he shaped his chakra to make a downward u turn within the wind sending it backwards from the bottom. But with the power of the last few bits of mind he had Kenesu sent it out with in an controlled and aimed stream towards the middle which would served to push, redirect, and draft the winds forward with even more force than before.
The grass at the button marked its pathway as it barreled forward even leaving some draft for Kenesu to feel as the air that it freighted through finally came to him. The winds were compacted to much that when it passed through the pillars it'd knock the side ones to a tilt and, the middle one knocked right out of its socket leaving a hip in the dirt. And for the moment of truth, the winds would crash hard into the fence with no remorse. And as more and more of it pushed the already effected dent that had been made shaking up the materials. The fence shattered... Leaving nothing but, broken planks and, scattered wood as the technique eventually faded out in the woods behind the fence. Kenesu would slowly curl his lips into a grin as he regained his breath. There was no doubt this time he had to have learned it as an exact hole was made which was the size of the blast he had sent. His work. Just might have paid off.
29 Nov 16, 10:55 Ryosuke: I am a naturally born pulverum
Effect: A wind technique using winds to lift and control a certain amount of weapons or people using powerful and at some points violent winds after utilizing the wind release. However, this can only be done to a certain extent.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Must be learned multiple times, last handseal must be held for the technique to work. Once the seal is broken the technique will end.
Description: Performing the necessary handseals, the user will affix their wind release chakra and summon a small to large amount of powerful wind around a certain number of objects. At this point they can be suspended and controlled, moved through the air. However, the ability and amount of things possible to be moved varies along the rank learned for the technique. The winds if commanded can be very dangerous at any point in time, however it may only maim or move. When first learned at "D" Rank, the user is capable of having lifting a total of 10lbs. When dealing with weaponry, the weight of each weapon will be added together to result in the max; same with shinobi. When "C" Rank is reached the user is capable of lifting 50lbs. At "B" Rank, 200; At "A" Rank, 500; and finally at "S" Rank, 1000lbs.
Limit: Must have Wind Release
(??/10)
With a needed break Kenesu wanted to further his knowledge of the wind release. He wanted to get as much versatility out of it as possible before he moved on to master it. Kenesu took his time figuring out what to do with it. Wind can easily knock things over, or even be compressed to make movement harder between tight spaced. It can make vacuums, entry ways, close entry ways, and even lift objects.
Thinking back on that last note. Lifting objects. Kenesu has always wanted to help with the heavy lifting some of the local residents have had to do lately. And yet at his young age he couldn’t possibly pose any help. So with that in mind he had a purpose; a motive to learn how to control wind in a matter of lifting things. As heavy as he can control. That would be his work for the time being.
Kenesu searched the home for his dad’s weights. He didn’t expect this to have to take long so he got all that was necessary. It was a struggle to carry all of the various weight outside to the work bench but, he’d manage just fine. For now he would start with the 10 pound dumbbell. That should prove to help gain an understanding.
He would perform enough handseals equivalent to match a D Rank jutsu before picking up the breeze around him to have some air to use for this move. The wind solely controlled by his hands as he’d have it extend in a straight spray at first and, try to slip underneath the dumbbell.
Although he would only manage to make it wobble as the wind was, really just wind. Nothing special. The idea was to treat the wind like a thin cloth to carry it that way. But, that wasn’t enough. Not the way he envisioned it to work basically.
Kenesu went ahead and, gathered more wind to try some more ideas. He’d give the cloth idea another try but would try to, engulf the dumbbell with the wind the, swirl it. It caused it to move in place more but, easily lifting something like that was not going to be optimal. The dumbbell rattled ad, shook on the workbench more than he’d like as the encircled winds were moving in way too many directions effectively pushing and pulling the dumbbells than simply lifting it.
Kenesu sighed as he would left the wind disperse once more. This must be easy, but he must be missing something. Tornados easily suck in and, carry items of even water inside of them. But they use speed and a disfigured vacuum like wall to do that. He didn’t want to make a tornado to carry things as it's supposed to be a simple technique that can move things around and carry stuff.
But perhaps he can edit the general style of a tornado and, make it simpler, especially in the act of making it safe unless controlled to cause trouble. So using some more gathered winds he’d infuse his chakra to give it some minor malleable mass before, suddenly sparking it into action around the dumbbell with a gesture of his hand. The wind would rise upward in a funnel shape but, swirled around in a controlled manner. The dumbbell would rattle for a moment before the wind made a simple updraft below it effectively making it rise off the workbench a foot in the air from that point.
