Drawback: This reserve of chakra can only be used toward clan techniques, and is the first amount of chakra the user expends during battle. The user generates a “chakra well” once per day. Outside techniques, substances or buffs, such as “Solider Pills”, cannot be used to further increase this amount. This set amount, and will not stack with preceding days.
Description: With their unique body type, and constant use of chakra, the Masamune clan has adapted to the constraints of continuous chakra consumption. Known as a “Chakra Well” the Masamune clan is granted a reserve of chakra to be used for their techniques. This is an innate reserve of chakra dedicated to clan abilities, used to compensate for the continuous demand of chakra from said abilities. All clan members are granted the extra chakra based on their specialist type. This is a reflection on their body’s demands for spiritual energy; which gives them a set amount. The user is granted a single “S-ranked” amount of chakra PLUS an additional “B-ranked” amount of chakra if the user is a ninjutsu non-specialists, a “A-ranked” amount of chakra if the user is a ninjutsu specialists or a “S-ranked” amount of chakra if the user is a ninjutsu master. For example, a ninjutsu non-specialist is granted a single "B-ranked" plus a "S-ranked" amount of chakra. This reserve allows the user to last longer during fights, where their bodies would demand the extra amounts of chakra or be spend toward a single powerful attack, which will not end up devastating the user's chakra reserves completely.
Limit: Masamune Clan. Automatically gained by the user after 500tp within the clan.

Drawback: An area where a Katon base flame persists, that is of greater value than the rank of this technique, creates a "dead zone" within the polarity field: an area where no magnetic field persists until the source is removed.
Description: By channeling and transforming their nature release, and using their iron rich bodies as a catalyst, the user is capable of projecting a electromagnetic field in the shape of a sphere. While at the center of this sphere, the user is granted the power of magnetic attraction and/or repulsion of varying degrees. Unlike simple magnetic fields, which contains a north and south pole, the complex field created by the clan can have these poles shifted as a collective whole, or parts and sections. Multiple objects that can be magnetically influenced with this technique are capable of moving omnidirectional while within the sphere. Additional hand seals will grant the user an assortment of technique; satetsu (iron sand) being the most prominent and trademark of the roster. When first learned, the user can project this sphere up to 25 meters away from their body. This increases by another 25 for every rank thereafter, with 100 meters distance gained as a S-ranked technique. Relearning this techniques as a B-ranked technique nets the user an additional 10 meters until they reach the hard cap of 200 meters. Alone, this technique does not consume much chakra to cast.

Drawback: Must have physical contact with object for a certain amount of time. Objects will lose this charge if they come in contact with a Katon (Fire release) technique of a higher than this technique. Cannot be applied to items with special properties: IE "B.F Swords".
Description: With physical contact to a metallic object with magnetic potential, Masamune clan members may donate chakra to said object in such a manner as to cause the object to have permanent magnetic properties. The chakra from within the body of a Masamune can align the poles of a object, and causes it to permeate a powerful magnetic field. Such a reaction will allow the user to influence the object in such a manner, that it will be considered "Satetsu (Iron Sand)" once within range of the user's Polarity field. Objects 1 cubic meters in size takes 1 second to magnetize. For every 1 cubic centimeters larger the object is, the process requires 1 additional second. This technique consumes 1 C-ranked worth of chakra, which scales incrementally for the object size (1 cubic meter means 1 C-ranked worth of chakra, 2 cubic meters means 2 C-ranked worth of chakra, etc.).

Drawback: Only repels objects that can be influenced by magnetic fields. Cannot be applied to items with special properties: IE "B.F Swords". Affects the current items available on the field from the user, friend and foe alike. May disarm the user of their valuable "Satetsu".
Description: Upon finishing a set of hand seals, the user unleashes a wave of chakra within a sphere, which is then followed by a secondary of repulsive electromagnetic energy from their body. This first wave of energy rapidly coats objects with the user's wondrous chakra, giving the object a pseudo-magnetic charge. The second surge of energy quickly repels any and all objects that may be influenced by initial wave, and may carry a magnetic field. This process is instantaneous. Objects are pushed away from the user at tremendous speeds, matching that of a thrown kunai at the hands of a Taijutsu Specialist of similar rank to the user. This techniques affects objects within the first half of their max "Polarity field" distance. Objects affected will travel 20 meters away from their current location, plus 10 meters for ever rank the user is above "D-ranked" for a maximum distance of 60 meters.

Description: Being a walking magnetic field, the Masamune can innately "sense" the geomagnetic field produced by the planet. The planetary magnetic field possess "north" and "south" pole, with the Masamune producing a similar field. A sensation of "alignment" can be felt by the user, whom can feel their body reacting to this planetary field. Masamune will always have a physical perception of where geomagnetic "North" and "South" are because of their body. This is helpful as they will not have to rely on a compass when reading maps or guess the location of north when traveling. In addition to this, the Masamune will always have a secondary reference for spatial awareness. If sight, sound, touch were blocked for the user, and they do not know the difference between up, down, left and right; knowing the location of the geomagnetic poles grants the user another method of understanding these spatial differences when the primary senses are down.
