When the Sages decided to put her in a state of dormancy, they did not include the risk of her loosing her memory of her past and powers. She was once a feared warrior, knowledgeable in multiple aspects of nature, chakra and healing. But over time, in her dormancy, her mind deteriorated a bit, causing her to become an amnesiac. With her fractured mind, she only remembers her last orders, to protect and heal the people of the land. She recalls bits and pieces of her memory as she learns her techniques once again, or by seeing familiar places she was used to seeing in her own time.

With the sole purpose of being created was to protect Kusa no Kuni and her loyal inhabitants, she has grown a aggressive persona that will mutilate, decapitate, even absorb the body of the victim into the earth. This aggressive attitude progresses till the threat is neutralized. This protection leads heavily on children. Anyone who is abusing a child, if they are an enemy, they are forever stuck in her body, being absorbed to feed her. If an ally is abusing a child, she captures the vile person and allows higher authorities to take proper action. Outside of harming the village, The Birch is not prone to sudden anger or outbursts from taunting or ridicule to her being.

To those who are not enemies, who bleed on her soil, she comes willing to help and heal the wounded. She has spent countless years to learning the different properties of plants to heal common wounds. After a grievous wound a past leader of Kusagakure had, she was unable to heal him on time and regreted not knowing the way to heal through chakra means. Her chakra, when healing, is soothe, gentle, and eases the mind of the individual. She cares for each patient as she would her own child. Children who get lost in the grasslands, will always be taken care of by her. She protects and feeds the child until a proper parental figure comes to retrieve them. Standing at a great eight feet tall and weighing almost over five hundred pounds, The Birch towers over most normal humans. Separating herself more from other human beings is that her skin, rather than a pale flesh that can be cut with ease, her blood lines have warped her body structure. Her skin is now a thick bark like layer that protects her from the harsh environment. This mutation is from the influx between her Mokuton, Ikabana, and Zassou chakra merging and learning to Co exist with one another. From this, she has gained two large wood horns, that are covered in birch leaves. Her eyes are a pale forest green that radiates with ancient power. Her face is slightly bent from previous fights, letting it heal in such a position to help frighten her foes. But she is able to merge it back together at will temporarily for the people she trusts. Her mouth is also contorted in the same direction, wooden teeth jutting out .
Her elongated body has the same bark like skin clinging onto her. A symbol is etched directly on her chest, just to the right of her herb pouch. It consists of six lines. On the top is a etched line going horizontal, then from each end of that line, is a line going diagonally at a forty five degree angle towards the center, and another line finishes the triangle. From the point of the triangle, a lot goes straight down. Also from the point or the triangle, are two lines, one on each side, going diagonally. Around the point triangle, where all the lines meets, is a circle. Her bosom is average in size correlation to her gigantic frame. If one looked closely, they would be able to see a small hole that she obtained through her youth from a ritual. She had seventeen of these holes over her body. One was between her horns, in the middle if her fore head. Holes adorned each finger she possessed except for her thumb. Two more holes are present, one in each wood laced palms. Background:
In a time of clan wars, human wars, ninja wars, she was created to protect. Kusa no Kuni was in peril and needed a guardian to watch over the lands, forest, and children. The Ikabana and Zassou were feared warriors that nature gave to Earth, and all who entered their lands perished without a trace. Only when the exertion of fire became a problem was when they began to loose the battle. One of few sages in the natural clans, experienced with the manipulation of souls, for saw a child, one from both blood descent, protecting and healing the lands for eternity, or till she, herself, dies. Two lesser known members of the clans came forth in their love affair, showing that the woman was indeed pregnant. The sages took he in for the few months she was pregnant. Spell after spell, soul conditioning after conditioning, Beatrice was born. Her body composition was different, she was one with nature now, more so than her fellow clansmen.
Growing up in such arduous times was difficult on a her mental psyche. She saw fellow friends and peer become slaughtered with ease. She herself, despite being so young, caused more deaths, staining the earth red, than most of her peers had done individually. This caused her to seek out the medical field in order to heal instead of brutalizing people en mass. Eventually, the wars calmed, and the lands did not have to be patrolled with a patronizing eye. They had allies to fall back on now. She went on a self pilgrim to heal and sow the lands that were razed by the constant wars, and bloodied by the deaths. She called for carrion feeders to devour the bodies, and send them back into nature. She sent forth her healing chakra and nature chakra to heal the damaged lands. She heard her name being called from great distance. She melded into the earth and reappeared in front of the sages who molded her since infancy.
"Come, my child, we have decided to join the afterlife. We have stayed in this world for far to long. The next great adventure awaits us in the spirit world. Our last wish, protect the lands you were born into, from all enemies. Help and heal the loyal and allies of the land. This is your burden you must keep. I apologize for your the way your life turned out." The sage held out his hand, allowing a white energy to form and flicker to existence. He placed his hand onto her head. "Go, sleep my child, you shall awaken when you are need most." She was forced to meld into the earth, being pulled into the forest. Her movements became sluggish, eventually, being stopped all together. Her towering frame ingrained into the earth and she began to be one with nature. The symbol on her chest was visible to all who voyaged into the forest, but only those who knew the true meaning of the symbol would know that it was her, waiting to be released. The ritual is a rather painful and bloody one, but unfortunately the patient cannot be sedated as the vines are being inserted into the body as the vines can more properly latch onto the users chakra network when the user is conscious. The two inch long baby vines, which have been pre-hatched in a secret location, are laid out around the user by the Zassou medic. Using a scalpel the medic then makes multiple cuts: One in each hand palm and one on the tip of each finger, except the thumb. Each foot sole also receives a cut, as well as the forehead, the belly button and each shoulder. The medic then takes the baby vines and pushes at least one in each cut, whereas the hand palms and foot soles receive two extra vines. Now the most painful part of the ritual begins as the medic makes a large cut over the users left breast and inserts a final vine here. The Medic then thrusts his hand into the breast gap and pumps almost all chakra he or she possesses into the body of the one undergoing the ritual. The chakra spreads through the system of the user until it reaches the vines, after which it is returned to the body. The massive boost of chakra causes the many cuts to heal, sealing the vines inside the body and making them latch onto the chakra network of the user. When done the user ends up with tiny needle prick sized dots in the places where the vines are located, from which the vines can slide out of the body. There is however one exception, the vine located in the left breast where the medic hand was inserted. Here a large, fist sized hole remains, with the vine located deep within it. When the user inserts a seed, flower, seedpod, fruit or nut of a herb the vine in the hole will wrap itself around the herb, sealing it inside the hole. The Ikabana and Zassou were feared warriors that nature gave to Earth, and all who entered their lands perished without a trace. Only when the exertion of fire became a problem was when they began to loose the battle. One of few sages in the natural clans, experienced with the manipulation of souls, for saw a child, one from both blood descent, protecting and healing the lands for eternity, or till she, herself, dies. Two lesser known members of the clans came forth in their love affair, showing that the woman was indeed pregnant. The sages took he in for the few months she was pregnant. Spell after spell, soul conditioning after conditioning, Beatrice was born. Her body composition was different, she was one with nature now, more so than her fellow clansmen.
Growing up in such arduous times was difficult on a her mental psyche. She saw fellow friends and peer become slaughtered with ease. She herself, despite being so young, caused more deaths, staining the earth red, than most of her peers had done individually. This caused her to seek out the medical field in order to heal instead of brutalizing people en mass. Eventually, the wars calmed, and the lands did not have to be patrolled with a patronizing eye. They had allies to fall back on now. She went on a self pilgrim to heal and sow the lands that were razed by the constant wars, and bloodied by the deaths. She called for carrion feeders to devour the bodies, and send them back into nature. She sent forth her healing chakra and nature chakra to heal the damaged lands. She heard her name being called from great distance. She melded into the earth and reappeared in front of the sages who molded her since infancy.
"Come, my child, we have decided to join the afterlife. We have stayed in this world for far to long. The next great adventure awaits us in the spirit world. Our last wish, protect the lands you were born into, from all enemies. Help and heal the loyal and allies of the land. This is your burden you must keep. I apologize for your the way your life turned out." The sage held out his hand, allowing a white energy to form and flicker to existence. He placed his hand onto her head. "Go, sleep my child, you shall awaken when you are need most." She was forced to meld into the earth, being pulled into the forest. Her movements became sluggish, eventually, being stopped all together. Her towering frame ingrained into the earth and she began to be one with nature. The symbol on her chest was visible to all who voyaged into the forest, but only those who knew the true meaning of the symbol would know that it was her, waiting to be released. Centuries passed, allowing her mind to become slight deteriorated, causing slight amnesia. But fate decided to release her soon. Real soon.
