Deep in the meditation, Inoryu was assessing how these thoughts were affecting his mood. He felt afraid, confused, and anxious to confirm or deny his theory. He weaved a series of hand seals quickly; serpent, dragon, bird, ram, and affected the oscillating winds so that they became virtually non-existent. The rain pattered against him softly and without the wind he was able to retain his warmth. He focused on his breathing and tuned into the moment, the land was covered in puddles and the humidity mingled with the Summer heat.
He glanced over at Satu who had dismissed his umbrella in favor of the rain. Inoryu thought he might be feeling a little warm. Despite the weather, Inoryu loved the sound that the rain produced, and the occasional thunder was cathartic. The soft pitter-patter that drummed against the leaves and dirt had a soothing effect on him. He was very relaxed when he saw a stranger headed in their direction in the distance. The stranger was a tall man wearing a robe of cloth that was dyed in two different shades of blue, beige pants and plain boots. When they were in hearing range, the stranger spoke out, "I am a broker of the BINGO book and am recruiting anyone to take up these urgent missions. Hmm..." the broker hummed, "I was told to keep an eye out for you two. If found, I was directed to inform you that Itada Seiryu requests your assistance, and to present this mission to you."
"I see," Inoryu said as he read over the mission details and browsed through the others. They were missions to rid the land of proliferating undead infestations. "It seems the same phenomenon that occurred in Aokusa and Tsuchi no Kuni is happening here too, Satu. Kusa no Kuni and Ame no Kuni are neighbors, the infestation here is more urgent than Tsuchi no Kuni's. It would be best if we caught up with Itada and worked with him to complete these missions." Inoryu gazed at Satu, wondering if he had any objections. He wanted to explain the Rain ninja's political stance, but Satu wasn't a ninja of the Grass and that information was need to know. "Where is Itada?" Inoryu asked the broker and observed him point Northwest.
"Follow this direction in a straight line and you will find him within a mile," the broker stated.
"Thank you," Inoryu said, "Come on, Satu. For now on, stay close to me."
