"Yeah you dont strike me as a people person~" Krystal winked playfully noting the dark haired woman moving around but her bright amber eyes quickly flicked back to the sakura floof of the fox girl. Krystal would glance at the bartender and tap the bar with her nails lightly before motioning for more drinks as she slid her half drunk fruit injected cocktail over to the fox.

"Try this, it's like drinking fruit without all the pulp~" If she tasted it, the fizzy bubbles would tickle her nose with the scent of mango while her tongue would find very small traces of alcohol, probably a rum, but the sweet tropical flavors were the main draw of the drink and Krystal couldn't taste the alcohol so it was particularly good for her.

I shrugged, downed the offered drink in a single go. Closing my eyes, I leaned back and just let the flavors wash over me. Nice. Had kind of an island flair.

"I...don't mind people. They're just hard to deal with sometimes y'know? You crush one ribcage by accident and everyone thinks you're a criminal!

"More of these by the way, barkeep. Add a shot of Fierian Whiskey though. Give it a bit more bite. And hey, there like a lunch menu or something around here? The invite promised all we can eat!"

"Eh they deserved the ribcage though." Krystal admitted with a shrug while she waited for her drink, although with the closeness the fox's nose would probably pick up Krystal's lavender scent given all the fabricated perfumes and colognes in the building. "I don't have a problem with people exactly unless they're people I don't like."

As the fox mentioned food Krystal's ears perked a bit and she looked around, light sniffs at the air didn't turn up any food-like smells but it could be because of the people. "Hmm, I dunno wanna go look for the buffet?"

[AMATERASU]

"Oh, yeah nice. Buffet sounds great. Lead the way if you know where to go."

I downed another drink, grabbed one to take with me. I was starting a pleasant buzz now. I did want to hold back a little bit though, for now. Getting too drunk too fast would just lead to a miserable morning.

"Oh... Yeah I totally know where to go to find the buffet!" Krystal gradually said louder while glancing at the bartender who glanced at her for a moment before pointing towards the far end of the room. Krystal flicked him a tip with her tail thankfully before wrapping her arm around the fox girl's waist and taking her along beside her.

"Hm so in a way this could be like a date~" (Inuzuka charm) Krystal teased the fox nuzzling one of her ears since she was taller than the kitsune. After a few more moments the two animals would begin to smell food coming up ahead and a few moments later they would reach the restraunt section of the casino.

[AMATERASU]

"Dates, hm? They're pretty sweet, but we can balance that out with salted nuts or cured meat. Yeah, throw on some carrots, maybe a spicy pepper jelly..."

I was already lost in my own imaginary feast.

Krystal grumbled faint as the fox kept the conversation about food causing her to roll her eyes as they got closer to the restaurant and the neko would grab a plate for the fox before handing it to her.

"Go nuts."

[AMATERASU]

The offerings before me were meagre. Barely on par with the sacrifices of monks who had sworn themselves to poverty. But...I can work with this. Yeah, with what's available here, I can throw something together that's greater than the sum of its parts.

"Let's dig in!" I cheered with shining eyes.

After some time assembling a meal, I left the buffet balancing several plates, each piled high with food. The delicate combinations would be sure to exceed expectations. This was me in my element after all.

It was all for me, of course. The cat could feed herself. Cats are independant. Finding a place to sit, I ordered over a whole bottle of their strongest rice wine, and set to work consuming enough food for half a dozen humans my size.

As the fox vanished into the food Krystal silently wondered if this is how she appeared to other people before shrugging and grabbing a plate.

A few minutes passed and it wasn't hard for Krystal to find her way to the towers stacked in one of the corners. As she made her way over she carried two plates one with protein, namely steak and white fish, on the other was a number of sweet fruits piled at least 4 plates tall.

As she sat she made her clothing shift from the dress into her one piece combat attire. Using her claws to idly cut the flesh she would glance at the plates before the fox. "Find everything my goddess?"

A low sigh left the cat as she got up leaving the space-case fox to her banquit before heading toward the door, no one she recognized was back so it didnt really matter anyway.

Isamu made his way to the door tome in hand. He hadn't made any strides in human socialization. If anything the drink and frivolity had only served to underscore his separation from humans. No matter, the Sadojin thought to himself. He had won a couple handsome prizes and passed the hours. Now it was time to get some sleep before continuing his journey

Oh no! Out of all the times to get sidetracked, and lost in the sea of patrons. Kahimi could hardly stand herself for missing out. She was only a mere spectator yet again it seems. By the time she mustered up the courage to actually try enjoying herself, The Badger reached closing hours. The stroke of bad luck certainly has hit this Inuzuka today. As demoralizing as it is, Kahimi wouldn't fret too much on the issue. Purely taking the time to accept her lack of impulse to be saved for the next chance she may get. Thus without hesitation she'd make her way out. Opting to want to get home as quickly as possible now.

Harue was feeling a little light headed, so instead of sticking around to be told to leave, she heads out. She looks briefly around for her guardian angel and the woman who'd looked out for her from afar, but otherwise strays from socializing on her way to check out her things and then leave.

Finishing my meal, I dozed for a time, awake but barely aware.

By the time my head cleared the cat was gone. I left too, but not before receiving a complimentary book. How nice.

Shango returned to the original site of the 'party' she'd attended, but it seems she was too late. Harue-chan was already gone. No matter, she was sure she'd run into her alot more. Receiving something called a "Greater TP Tome" upon exiting, she would accept the boon from The Badger's personnel before departing.

'Hm...where did I put my drink?' wondered the male. He looked around the bar for his alcohol-free drink.
It was nowhere to be found. 'Crap - I should have drunk it when I had the chance' concluded Minoru.

People were leaving the establishment one by one. 'Guess it's time for me to get home. I have things to do tomorrow' decided the young man.
He made sure he had all his belongings with him. The Chuunin left "The Badger" a few minutes later.
