‘Ahhh, I can’t believe I ran out.’ Walking alone, the Genin found himself nearing the center of the village usually a bursting with people around this time gave him a bit of anxiety. ‘What a drag.’ Pulling his left arm up the sleeve of his clock he would reach into his butt bag pulling a empty carton, he had ran out of smokes. A habit he picked up being away from home that allowed him to keep a little bubble around him, most people didn’t like the smoke or the bugs for that matter. Sliding his arm back into his sleeve he would extend his out in front of him with the box on hand, the label read ‘special edition, 27’ his favorite brand. ‘ehh, I think we’re getting close to the store.’ Allow his arm to drop back to his side he would continue to push through the villagers, not many people would notice him as his cloak provided pretty good shade over his features.
After sometime Xio arrived at the stand he usually brought his smokes from, it was a small stand but well known for their special cigarettes. As he walked through the cover the man smiled and opened with a big greeting.
Xio would offer a slight head not followed with a half bake smile.
The man would say before letting out a bellowing laugh, turning away he would quickly start to put together the shinobi’s smokes. Just like most people that knew Xio to some degree, they didn’t expect him to say much. While he stood there he watched the older man put together his order while he maneuvered to fish out his money to pay him.
Following up with another loud laugh, he would turn around with a small box with the special label on it. ‘Perfect.’ The young man would place his money up on the counter before offer him a few words.
He spoke lightly.
As he spoke he turned away from the older man and walked out of the shop, with a slow gait. Focusing a little bit of chakra into his finger tip it would glow a bright yellow for a moment, swiftly using his other hand he would crack open the box and pull one free using his mouth exposing his face for just a moment. Using the little bit of ration chakra on his figure he would light his smoke, then release the chakra. Inhaling slowly he felt his body relax, it was just something about this blend that got him right. Exhaling he would let out a cloud of smoke, ‘I guess I should find something to eat before I head home.’

“Still chatty as usual!”

“I heard the family is doing well, and your mom and pops restaurant is starting to become a village hotspot. I know you’re happy about that.”

“Thank you”
He spoke lightly.
"Tell the family I said hello!"
