Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: The twins fuse into 1 being.

Drawback: ---
Description: The Twins may stay fused for an unlimited amount of time. The Twin who initiates this Jutsu, controls the actions of the fused being. However, the main twin can give up this control to the other twin. Once the twin gives up control, they cannot regain it unless the other twin relinquishes it. The fused being has both twin's combined Chakra, and additional Armour Points. The fused being knows all the Jutsus both twins know, has the sum of any points with the exception of Saves, Movements, Skills are also added up (Summoner Points, Spring Time of Youth Points, Puppetry Points, etc). Likewise the ability to perform techniques are also pooled. For Movements, Saves, and Handseals the fused twins Training Points are accumulated. The total sum becomes the new Character Class Level and all previously stated is applied. Anything that increases Damage, or Skills, Saves, Movements and other modifiers is applied by the highest number. The Twins decide what equipment is absorbed into the fused being and what equipment remains available for use. These fused items are restored once the Jutsu ends. When the Jutsu ends, the fused being separates. Thein other twin appears in an area adjacent to the twin who performed the Jutsu that the twin determines. If separation occurs in a cramped space, the other creature is expelled through, finally coming to rest materially in the nearest empty space and taking 6 Armour Points of damage for each 3 meters of solid material passed through. Damage taken by the fused being is split evenly between the Twins when the Jutsu ends. Ability damage are also split between the Twins. If a fused being is killed, they separate into its constituent creatures, both of which are also dead.
Limit: Must be a Dioskouri. Must Start with on Character Creation.
Akimichi Toughness
Rank: "C" (Always 30 Training Points)
Skill: Supplementary
Effect: A technique allowing an Akimichi to consume the Three Coloured Pills without dying.

Drawback: ---
Description: User gains benefits of "Toughness", and the ability to consume an Three Coloured Pill without dying, though the user still suffers any aftereffects of consuming the pills. Akimichi may learn all additional Toughness Techniques from the Toughness Technique Tree without sacrificing Miscellaneous Training Points.
Limit: Must be an Akimichi.
Iron Will
Rank: "C" Always 20 Training Points
Skill: Supplementary
Effect: User is more resistant to mental effects.

Description: User gets a +2 bonus on all Will Saves.
Limit: Must learn from Universal Miscellaneous.
