[welp, Kento's gonna say it due to his experience of going through and meeting Kages before. If I miss anything, feel free to add it below XD]
Caught... again... He had thought she had forgotten about it. Guess he wasn't that lucky after all. While Kento was busy trying to get the right wording so it wouldn't sound too serious, she asked the younger boy about how to meet a kage. Kento let the corners of his mouth turn upward in a small smile. He knew it was too easy!
"Usually, when someone goes through an embassy to meet the Kage, it's a long and drawn out process. A bird must first be sent to the Hidden Village sending all the details of the visit. If it is approved by the Kage another bird is sent back stating that a team of ninja are on their way. The team is usually ANBU or Special Jonin for protection purposes... both for the village and the person they are escorting. It is also to ensure they are not being followed. When they finally do reach the village, they are taking to a 'guest house' or are housed with a willing civilian family if they don't have enough rooms in the guest houses. After a few days, the Kage will finally be ready to meet with the traveler to finalize the request to stay in the village for an extended period of time. Usually, the staying inside the city for a few days is to watch the person secretly to make sure they don't cause trouble and to see how well they fit in to the village. The leash is never really taken off, however, they grow less concerned after a while." Kento shrugged, "At least, that's what I've experienced in the past with other villages. And as for my disablility... It concerns my back. I'm not able to bend very far. Rolling, flipping, even hanging upside down using chakra can be painful."
He paused for a moment, trying to word this next part so it didn't come out the wrong way. "Why I don't give up on Taijutsu... If I give up on it, it'd be like my dad beat me... I... Can't let that happen... Even if I hurt myself in the end... I can't let my dad beat me..."
