Drawback: The user cannot perform other jutsu as their hands are occupied. They will collapse after two posts.

Kii found himself, rubbing the “sleep” from his eyes, looking about the area he used for training. After forcibly removing himself from his bed, he had prepared and come out to train. He felt a little more inspired after a rest, and formed the “Rat” hand seal. Water from the lake nearby rose as a disk, and split, forming two crescents.
As he spread his arms, the crescents did the same. Moving his right arm up, he brought it down hard, and the crescent followed, smashing into a tree. A small scratch was made before the crescent collapsed. His left followed the same pattern; Up, down, scratch, disperse. Kii sighed, the progress was so small, that it might as well not have been there. Kii’s hands found themselves in the form of the rat symbol, causing the water around him to once again form two crescent shapes. Shimizu spun, causing the crescents to follow his hands, respectively. His control was well, but the hardest part was defining their edges and keeping them intact on impact.
Sending extra chakra into the edges of the water, they became more defined and slim. They became sharper, though they still were not that of which was needed for the technique, and he was using too much chakra, as always, it seemed. Directing the “blades”, they flew forward, and towards a thick pine tree. The two “blades” seemed to evaporate into the air, only just after leaving two large gashes in the thick pine.
“Gugh. Not even through the tree, and I added extra chakra…” Giving a sigh, Kii continued his complaints in a mumbled sentence, before forming the rat seal once more. The water rose as predicted, creating the monotonous splash of water filling the hole from which the water used for the technique was taken. Using less chakra, he directed it specifically at the water’s edges. It easily sliced the tree, however, due to losing chakra at it’s base, it fell apart quite easily, even after only a light slice. Kii sighed, once again un-inspired. He fell back, landing upon his rear, slumping over a bit. “I-I fail at this…”
