In the land of grass there resided a very bored magistrate. In years previous he has called to the Kusakage to enlist several Shinobi of the hidden village to occupy his home for a short time to put on a show for an audience at his home. Well it was about that time again, this little battle royal becoming an annual event the request was sent once again. The magistrate on a personal note, took time to individually invite each of the contestants that had competed last year. Of course if they couldn't come through there would always be others that would be able to step up and take their places.
Issac arrived at the magistrates compound through both memory and a point in the right direction from a passerby on one of the roads. It seems the magistrate expanded his estate a little over the past year. Things must have been good. Issac arrived cloak up and pulled tight scythe swaying on his back menacingly as the man at the front gate asked him his business. Issac produced the small invitation the magistrate had sent him. "My Lord didn't expect anyone to be here so soon please go in and relax in the court yard while we wait for the rest of the guests and entertainment to arrive." First one in again, let's hope this goes better for me then last time
When Issac went down the familiar hallway leading to the courtyard he was greeted with a not so familiar area. It seemed that the courtyard had been worked on a bit over the last year. Issac liked the improvements and would have to remember to complement the Magistrate when the fight was over. A lot of space had been cleared the arena as it could be called now was about seventy-five by an overly needed one hundred meters with a sandstone wall surrounding the area. Centered was a rectangular forty by twenty meter pool of water. The rest mostly made up of a spongy thick grass pallet with trees lining the entire area every five meters or so. Just to the left of the entry hall was a very small table with a sun umbrella and refreshments. To be honest the table was barley big enough for two people to sit around so Issac grabbed a drink and positioned himself against a wall in shadow as he waited for the other shinobi.
