OoC: Aeri is gonna be delayed and told us to skip his turn. So lets get this thing a going... once Kiyo posts... lulz
___________
Listening to the words of his comrades Surashi looked back at the team as they discussed their course of action. It seemed that his team's personalities were really starting to show. Zero was busy delegating the team's objective, Kiyo was just ready to do something and Tannin was sitting down picking his nose. Surashi would listen as the team captain verbalized what the team would do. So it seemed Zero was not content with simply clearing the streets, but wished for them to be cleared for good. Surashi logged the notion away in his mind for future reference. Knowing what those around him held dear was an essential part of control, even if Surashi didn't have it for the moment...
Delegating the team's roles, Zero opted for Kiyo to enter the bar at the end of the street and draw somebody out for interrogation, or at least that is what Zero got out of what the man said. Apparently the Kunoichi looked like a prostitute in the leader's eyes. Surashi's eyes drifted off to the left as he pondered that scenario. Perhaps the most upscale prostitute the shinobi had ever seen, but who was he to judge? In any case, this scenario had bad written all over it. Gang members and thugs were not the sort to respect a code of ethics, even the code of ethics centered around the oldest profession in the world would not be sacred to these individuals. Surashi had a lot of experience with such characters, he knew how they would react from the years he spent not only among them, but as one of them. However he did not vocalize any complaints to Zero's plan, after all the man was vastly more experienced then Surashi in field tactics. Perhaps there was some subtlety that the young shinobi was missing. Although he was given no assignment, it was obvious that Zero planned for the team to coordinate the capture of a target that Kiyo brought out of the saloon. From where the team was situated, there would be a long stretch of alleyway to the bar. Quickly Surashi lept onto the roof of a nearby building to the right of the group. From there he would walk along the roofline until he reached the top of the building that held the saloon at the far side of the alley. Perching himself atop the lip of the roof, Surashi waited for the rest of the team to make their move.
From his position, Surashi could easily flank the target and prevent escape if the plan went according to Zero's calculations. However, Surashi felt differently. In all likelihood, if there were multiple gangsters in the bar, they would most likely attempt to assault the Kunoichi and have their way with her without exiting the building. Looking back at Kiyo, Surashi had a level of faith in the girl, she seemed like the sort that could hold her own in a fight, something Surashi respected. Yet if the bodies did start to fly, from his perch Surashi would be able to leap into action within a moments notice. As he waited, he kept his right hand pressed against the comm device in his right ear, waiting for any sort of chatter to cross the line...
