Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique)[20tp]

Effect: This is the start of all Summoning Techniques, without this technique the user is incapable of Summoning what they wish whether it may be Animal, or Weapon.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Even though one is capable of learning how to use this, they still must under go a massive amount of training in order to be capable of summoning up grander and larger types such as "A" and "S" Rank Summons.
Description: A Technique where the user makes a contract binding with that of the very Animal like summon. This blood can be used as a contract to which is capable of being used as on a scroll, or perhaps even a tattoo. There are many different types of summons but the most known are the Animal Summons. The Animal Summons are used to help with various tasks within battles and situations that may occur. However one must remember that one must have great respect for the summon, and are known to even fear summons. The summoning Technique however is capable of being used for other types as well such as weapons.
Limit: This is the basis of all Summoning Techniques. Without the capability of this technique all Summoning process is incapable of occurring.

The beast are summoned by signing a Blood Pact with the animal Summons. User is able to summon any creature of the same rank as the user learns the Technique. The user performs the hand seals needed and slams their hands into the ground to summon the creatures needed. There are different ways to summon a Mystical Creature. Some use Tattoos as a medium, while some do it normally by slamming their hand into the ground. In order to summon something “D” Rank, user must learn “D” Rank Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Guugen Animaru) (Summoning Technique (Fabled Animal)). In order to summon something “C” Rank, user must learn “C” Rank Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Guugen Animaru) (Summoning Technique (Fabled Animal)). [. A brash individual, this dragon's annoying and impatient demeanor have seemingly earned him his name, Spliff, which is commonly used in referring to a small burning substance. But faster than his burning attitude is his speed of flying, which is second to none in this family of dragons. Airborne, Spliff can move with an acceleration rivaling that of the infamous body flicker, a shinobi's most prized possession in terms of speed. All in all, when considering his moderate use of Raiton and the Fuuton elements, he is a note-worthy creature.
Description:
[. A petite creature, this dragon happens to be the smallest of the lot; considered a baby in terms of dragon existence, this creature is still several hundred years older than that of the average human. Due to this, naturally he isn't as intimidating and husky as the rest of his siblings; he serves for minor tasks, though still extremely useful when given commands from a strategically inclined summoner.
Ebony in color, though the underbelly of his wings are crimson by nature, and refined strips along his hide are somewhat of an alabaster hue, this dragon is best used for stealth purposes in the dead of night, or in a limitedly lightened area. Furthermore, this asset when in conjunction with one's size happens to be one of his greatest (if not his most important) asset. He's able to sneak into places other creatures can't, making him perfect for recon missions and scouting.

Effect: Allows Spliff to channel chakra into the teeth or claws.

Description: This jutsu allows Spliff to use his reserves to channel chakra into his teeth or claws. With this done, he may cut, slash, or slice through most objects rather easily. They may also be able to cut into an opponent, significantly more effectively than normal bladed weapons. This is mainly used for stealth and aid purposes if the summoner is hindered by objects or obstacles.

Effect: Spliff conserves the chakra channeled into the claws, and slashes to create a sickle-shaped projectile.

Drawback: If Spliff has used the Spliff Star technique and has attacked an enemy already, Swift Star is incapable of being used until Spliff Star is performed again.
Description: Spliff first performs the "Spliff Star" technique, afterward holding it on his claws. He performs a quick slash, and is capable of sending three sickle-shaped projectiles of chakra toward any obstacle. These may cut through objects of light alloy or wood, and do moderate damage to an opponent's body.

Effect: When the user pushes out with there palm, creates a small funnel of air that can push the opponent back or over, but it causes little if any pain. This however can be a very annoying jutsu.

Description: The user quickly gathers a small amount of chakra to there hand and pushes it outward with there palm as a small funnel/gust of air blows out with enough force to push the opponent back or off balance.
Limit: Must have Wind Release.

Effect: Causes a blinding flash that can disorientate enemies (up to 10m)

Description:The user holds the rat handseal and closes their eyes, gathering chakra into them. The user then opens them suddenly, and emits an extremely bright flash from their eyes that can temporarilly blind and/or disorientate enemies. The blinding effect usually lasts one turn.

Description: Spliff gathers chakra into his tail, and thereafter produces a fuuton affinity. He hovers in the air and lifts his legs, his tail spinning rapidly to push a gale force toward the ground. The result is a large expulsion of dust and soil that hinders an opponent's vision and perception of their footing.

Considered by most to be one of the wisest dragons of this family, Niiro presents himself in the form a lithe "walker", a dragon incapable of flight. Sacrificing the gift of the air for extreme movements on land, this dragon is plagued by an unbearably thick smog of arrogance to counter-balance his sage-like wisdom; however, this does not interfere in the precision of which he completes his assignments. A splendid creature, Niiro undoubtedly provides ample evidence for the ego he flaunts.
Description:
As his name implies, the bulk of this creatures is doused in a burning red, tinted with a soft layer of orange. Elongated scales mimic that of mane, protruding forth from various points (the back of the neck, the tail, forearms) with a rivaling deeper shade of yellow; many consider him to be the legendary avatar of the Sun simply due to his color scheme. He is a slender being with a moderately sufficient build, his hide giving a "wet" look from the superb gloss.
Seemingly bred for speed, this dragon's unique bone composition makes him all but weightless; thusly, he is quite capable of reaching sound breaking velocities when accelerating at his maximum capability. He is fabled to even surpass that of the Shunshin no Jutsu, though no records have been shown to prove such tales. However, what is known is that this creature found his niche in the arts of Taijutsu, using the ample momentum from his insane velocities to shatter bones.

Effect: Allows Niiro to move at roughly half the speed of sound for some duration.

Drawback: With such speed enabled, it is difficult to make sharp turns. Hence, he is only capable of performing wide turns when this is engaged. He is also prone to having to stop motion completely to adjust his intended path of travel. Takes one turn to prepare before use in battle.
Description: Niiro places his physical training into a realm of focus, relaxing the muscles and concentrating. As such, his eyes take up a brilliant hue of pristine white. Thereafter, he suddenly bursts into a realm of speed unmatched. Small explosions are left in his wake when he begins motion as his speed increases dramatically, rendering him somewhat of a blur as he engages in combat with opponents. This may be disengaged by Niiro's or the summoner's will. The shape and musculature of the legs allow these propulsions and dashes to be upheld, his frame proving rather nimble against air resistance.

Effect: Niiro dashes forward with an unbridled speed and momentum, waiting until the right moment and headbutting the opponent with force.

Description: Niiro engages in a show of speed toward the opponent. The arms are tucked to the sides, fists clenched as he seems to be approaching for an engagement. However, at any given time he instantly ducks down to a moderate degree and slams the crown of his head (Horns and all), into an opponent's body for bone-jarring damage. This causes the opponent to be knocked off their feet and at least eight meters backward (if connected) or five meters backward (if blocked against). The damage is enough to numb a blocking limb unfortunate enough to be met with this force for a single turn.

Tsurutsuru Kobushi: Sotsuji Shindou (Sudden Impact)

Effect: Knocks the target away from the user.

Description: A technique developed to push away an opponent rather than harm them. An inexperienced user of this stance and technique will need to slide on a surface in order to gain the proper momentum. This is an open palmed strike that is aimed towards a target's torso. The user swings his/her palm from below the targets waist or lower half. If it connects, the strike will usually send the target flying backwards. Of course, weight and other factors will need to be considered.

Gouken no Kamae (Iron fist stance)

Effect: Once in this stance one's speed and strength increases due to positioning of muscles and limbs.

Drawback: None
Description: Not exactly a technique, but a fighting style. It packs tons of speed and power and relies on the user's physical strength and fitness. It is also the prime holder of the majority of Konoha's elite taijutsu techniques. Standing with one arm behind their back and one extended, the user is ready for a quick strick with their fists and feet. This leaves them open for quick spins and jumps that will power their attacks.

Gouken no Kamae Bansu (Iron Fist Stance Advance)

Effect: Stance used for more of advanced movements. This stance is needed and is shown for different types of techniques. A stance that adds a diversity to the Goken Stance

Description: A boxer stance. The user has their legs bent and arms raised up to cover the face. The Jabbing fist is slightly more forward then the strong fist. Elbows are in, shoulders are up, hands are cupped but not clentched. Fist is never clenched because it is best to clench the moment of contact. This creates a stronger force of hit. Knees are bent, body straight but lowered to protect the stomach area. The legs move as the user bobs and weaves never staying in place.
Limit: Must know Gouken no Kamae
Douyou Kobushi (Shaking Fist)

Skill: Taijutsu
Effect: Punching out with their palm, the attacker quivers the palm before hitting in order to do more damage

Drawback: None
Description: Upon striking the opponent, one makes their fist vibrate slightly before impact to do more damage than a regular punch could do. This punch's secret is in the vibration causing the internal organs to be vibrated/shocked. They bump around due to the movement and damage is caused.
Limit: Must know Gouken no Kamae.
Inazuma Kakato Geki
Rank: "D"
Skill: TaiJutsu
Effect: A technique used where the user grabs the opponent and quickly lands a series of punches along the opponent's face. The amount of hits depends on the amount of movements the user is capable within the technique. The user quickly finishes with a final blow along the chest area of the opponent with enough force to slam the opponent to the ground.

Drawback: A technique that can be countered if not done properly. This technique needs to build up momentum and for that it starts off slow during the beginning.
Description: The user rushes towards the opponent and quickly takes hold of the opponent around the shirt. While doing so the user quickly throws a powerful punch to the opponent's face. The blow is quite strong to knock the face back as the user begins to begin a series of strong like blows in which slowly creates momentum. The user continues to attack with greater and greater force until finally the user builds enough momentum for one more hit with enough force to slam the opponent to the ground.
