Description: A small, concentrated uprising of rebel genin and trained civilians has come forth as a result of the newest Hokage election. Strong opponents of the Godaime, they proclaim death before following his orders. They have now holed up in a small barracks in the capital, and are fighting off guards and officials in an effort to keep their cause alive.
How to complete: Locate the rebel's location in the capital, and try to arrest them alive. If not, you have permission to kill, but only after your life has been threatened!

Landing on a nearby roof Solus would stand up and assess the surroundings. Activating his green eyes with their purple circle he would access his storm powers. But more importantly... His ability to look with a much higher level of perception. So these are their barracks? Not very impressive... The local law enforcement force was encircling the building and apparently fighting with whomever was inside. Without ninja intervention this little upstart could indeed last for weeks without anything of importance happening. And where are those two gennin?

Ryuugan mastery

Effect: Makes the user able to activate the Ryuugan without the use of a handseal and reduce the headache duration by 1/3.
Special: ---
Drawback: Activating the bloodlimit without the handseal costs a “D”-rank worth of more chakra. Must have 500 TP into the clans jutsus.
Description: The reason why a Ryuugan user gets a headache after using bloodlimit jutsu is because it tires out the mind and senses (especially the sense of sight) a little bit.
When a user has trained a lot into these techniques, those things will change a little. Their senses will grow less tired, which reduces the headache duration a little bit (i.e. a ninjutsu that gives a headache for 6 posts will only last for 4).
Also, the user do not need to do the handseal in order to activate the bloodlimit anymore: if they use a tad bit extra chakra, the bloodlimit will activate itself without the handseal.
Limit: Must have Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan. Automatically gained when you have 500 TP into the clan's ninjutsus.

Ryuugan Activation.
Rank: “C” Rank.
Skill: Ninjutsu/bloodlimit jutsu.
Effect: Activates the Ryuugan. Makes the users senses more sensitive. If someone for example is reading a letter 15 meters away, you will read it with ease. The vision range widens from 180 degrees to 210. You will also be able to use the Kazeraikou clans Eastern attacks. Jutsus based on lightning will be amplified, and the user can control very strong lightning NinJutsu with lower risks than those who do not have Ryuugan. Wind Jutsus might be easier to perform, depending how good you are to control chakra. GenJutsu and NinJutsu specialists should be able to do that.
Special: Dragon
Drawback: Takes a little chakra.
Description: The user are now able to control small winds (change their direction, fly on them if they have an umbrella or a fan, make them weaker/stronger) and anything electric (but cannot control things/others jutsus with high power. Jounins or “B”-ranked shinobis can maximum control “C”-rank lightning jutsus, which is the max (not even an "A"-rank character can stop a "B"-ranked jutsu for example).
That means that they can weaken the jutsu a tiny little bit, change direction a bit or slow it down so they can avoid it).
Limit: Must be member of the Kazeraikou clan. Have to know Lightning release and how to read.

Hirihi was the last to arrive, obvious as could be. Her pink hair and clothing made it rather obvious of her location. She hadn't landed close to her comrades, she'd been isolated away on a roof not too far from the man who had asked them to come along with him. Giving a quick hop across from the roof she was on to his, silent as she could manage, Hirihi approached the newly crowned Chuunin. Unsure of whether or not to speak, Hirihi remained quiet. Giving a glance around, Hirihi activated her eyes and scanned around the area. She could see people inside, people gearing up for a fight, the encroaching enforcement setting the people inside on edge.

Tasukeru (Seeing Life)
Rank: C, B, A, S
Skill: Doujutsu
Effect: Allows a full three hundred and sixty (360) degree field of vision and some predictability to physical attacks. Unlike Byakugan, the user sees life in its normal colors during this tech, no details spared. Signs of life, thermal readings and X Ray vision is near perfect. Can also read a determine the difference of a regular shinobi to that of one with a bloodline or if they house any foreign presence by the different chakra waves displayed when observed through Tasukeru. This does not mean one knows the BL right away. Must have encountered the BL before in order to know exactly who they are. The ‘C’ ranked version grants the user up to 50 meters of observing. Each new rank for the Jutsu will add 50 more meters. This can be trained multiple times after all the ranks are achieved in order to add 50 meters onto one’s total. Each extra training is worth an S ranked training.
Special: Although one is born with this jutsu, one must activate the eyes through training.
Drawback: Heavy chakra drain over time, especially when multiple phases of the Tasukeru are accessed. While Taijutsu can be predicted, the Onigami are not designed to have fast twitch muscles. As such, perfect blocking simply won’t happen all the time.
Description: Summoned through will, the scarlet eyes of the Onigami will grow a very vibrant neon red and all life becomes theirs to fully observe. Once activated, the user has a three hundred and sixty (360) degree field of vision, as well as the ability to see into other people’s bloods. For those allied to an Onigami, this jutsu is revered for making the Onigami known as the ultimate scouts.
Limit: Must be part of the Onigami BL.

Anarchy spread through the streets of Tanzaku Gai. Actually things seemed normal from one part of town, The other not so much. Rebels have taken over control of the barracks due to the new election of the Hokage. They currently have the placed locked down with a lot of weapons to their disposal. The local police are being fought as we speak and it's looking like the rebels make just take victory...unless shinboi intervene. But, WAIT! They are retreating? How could this be happening after they were winning? Ah ha it seems these rebels would be expecting some trouble, Seals were placed on most the doors, Little did they know that these tags were fake. The only real explosive tag would be located on the back door. The others were so poorly done that even academy students could tell they were fakes. However the law enforcement didn't know this but maybe the Leaf Shinobi's can save the day. But to anyone who opens those doors, Be wary..Traps lie inside, Those rebels weren't giving up yet.

Creepy boy had been found easily, discerning in the crowd was child's play with the level of perception granted to him through the Ryuugan. At the same time the little girl would approach him over the roofs. Her eyes seemed to glow in a bright red. "Glowing eyes? I've seen those before, to bad the bearer of those eyes tried to kill me back then. She was pretty though..." Solus pondered out loud. Doing a quick calculation in his head he deducted that the girl he met in Kusa no Kuni all those years ago should be about eighteen or nineteen now, if he had guessed her age correctly back then. It could not be this girl, she was too young, that was a good thing probably.

"Anyways, we either need to get in, or get them out... I go for option two, stand by to jump into battle the moment they come out." Forming a few handseals he would connect to the little boys brain down on the street. "Don't worry, it's me, the Chuunin. I am going to smoke them out, stand by to engage when the hostiles come out." He whispered into the boys mind, only for him to hear.

Forming more handseals he would create a gigantic dragon head in front of him, amplified by the Ryuugan it would be eighteen meters in diameter. Shooting forward at great speed the object would collide with the straw roof, releasing a giant flash and heat. Those under the roof would be paralysed, the rest would probably be driven out as fire would start to spread quickly over the roof. "That should force them out, that straw should burn like there's no tomorrow."

Skill: Genjutsu
Effect: Creates a whispering voice in the target’s mind that only they can hear.
Special: "Handseals" Hold Ram
Drawback: The user must hold the Ram seal for the voice to be continuously projected towards the target.
Description: The user performs the handseals, ending with the Ram seal and holding it. This projects chakra towards the opponent, stimulating the part of the opponent’s brain that translates the messages sent from the eardrum into actual voices. What this can do is create a whispering voice in the opponent’s mind, with the user choosing what is being whispered into it.
Limit: Must know Phantasm Perception

Raiton – Shouryou (Thunder Style – Azure Dragon Pierce)
Rank: A
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: After the necessary handseals, the user uses their raiton abilities to summon the head of a fierce dragon. It appears sporting a large and bulky fifteen meter diameter, and can move, when shot by the user, at frightening speeds due to its elemental nature, akin to that of a taimaster of the user’s same rank. It has a reach of fifty meters before it dissipates and explodes.
Special: ‘Handseals’ – Hold ‘dragon’ to guide.
Drawback: While it moves fast, it’s intended to shoot in a straight angle, and as such, will move as slow as a taijutsu nonspecialist when turning. During the technique, the ‘dragon’ handseal must be held, making the user unable to perform any other technique while this is active. Easily prematurely detonated by a single ‘A’ ranked attacked that can somehow alter the raiton chakra flow.
Description: Shouriou is an advanced Raiton technique, intended for those that have nearly mastered their element and understand how to make hard, powerful substances from their Raiton chakra. After the handseals are performed, the user summons the head of a blue dragon, consisting purely of deadly shocking chakra. Once the user picks his target, he can shoot the dragon out rapidly in a straight line, with a thing string of raiton chakra left behind as a ‘tail’ so that the user can slowly alter the dragon’s direction halfway. The dragon can travel for up to fifty meters before it explodes in a vibrant fashion, blinding and numbing anyone within ten meters for one turn. A direct hit from this would surely leave the victim unconscious, wounded and severely shocked.

Effect: Allows the user to control the kikaichu given to him by the Kikaichu Ishoku ritual.

Drawback: The kikaichu feed from the shinobi’s chakra.
Description: This allows the user the control the kikaichu in the use for their techniques. he bugs feed and live off the Chakra which the body stores and in return the Ninja gets to control and command the bugs, using them as their primary fighting technique. These bugs have the ability to drain chakra through physical contact with the enemy (and possibly consume a fraction of the host's chakra as well.)
Limit: Must have Kikaichu Ishoku

Mushi Bunshin no Jutsu[100 TP]

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Creates a clone made out of bugs.
Special: Rat, Dragon, Ram, Horse, Monkey, Dog
Drawback: Will dissipate after one solid hit.
Description: The user performs the handseals, creating a clone of bugs. This clone will dissipate after one solid hit. When the user first learns this jutsu, they are capable of only creating one Mushi Bunshin. However, with B ranked training, they may increase that number by one. This training may be performed a maximum of 9 times, allowing for a maximum ten bug clones.
Limit: Kikaichu no Jutsu

Yoroi no Mushi no Jutsu (Armor of Bugs Technique)[30 TP]
Rank: C
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The user covers themselves with a thick layer of bugs in order to help prevent damage done to them.
Special: Dragon, Horse, Tiger
Drawback: Too weak to block techniques stronger than C rank. If the opponent scores a hit, the area hit will fall.
Description: The user performs the handseals, coating his or her entire body in a thick layer of kikaichu in an attempt to reduce incoming damage. Does not work against higher level jutsu, however, which will puncture right through it.
Limit: Kikaichu no Jutsu, Mushitate no Jutsu

[hirihi]

Hirihi watched the chuunin quietly, waiting for him to form a plan. She wouldn't take the role of leader on this mission, as she was not the highest ranking shinobi there. She was fine with not taking the lead on this one. She'd need to depend on them greatly for this.

When he spoke of his plan to smoke them out, Hirihi merely nodded her acceptance. "I'll move to the back of the house once you're finished." Hirihi said, moving back as she caught a glimpse of him in her Tasukeru. His blood seemed different... strange. She'd seen it before, but she couldn't place it. With one last glimpse to the people inside of the house, Hirihi let her eyes turn back to the dark crimson. Once he had released the large head of the dragon, Hirihi would jump from where she was to the edge of the roof near the backdoor. With the blazing heat and fire behind her, Hirihi jumped free of the straw roof and landed at the edge of the yard directly behind the back door.

As the fire would spread, Hirihi would wait in anticipation of the rebels that would soon be fleeing from that very door, her eyes going back to a bright neon again as she watched for signs of life coming to the door.

The roof came off, A fire started and it didn't look pretty for the rebels. It seems the shinobi wanted to make quick work of them. Their traps were destroyed and they'd need to leave or they'd burn. So much for peaceful resolution. The rebels would now be attacking. No some brave ones would be attack while others would escape through the back. The only problem was, They forgotten about the explosive seal, BOOM! The explosion killed a few while the leader of the bunch and few others were escaping through the back and running through the streets. Katsumaru was now a target as he was left with 3 rebels to deal with..They were now attacking while the others escaped. If the other 2 shinobi were paying attention, Their Dojustu should be able to pick up the fleeing ones. But for now the action was with the Kouba. One rebel would perform a justu to trap the Kouba in a wall of fire. Seeing as he was also seeing a clone he'd simply attack the one the he thought was the real. The one with the shield. Should this work, They'd make a run for it out the back to join the rest of the group that had been escaping.

Katon: Hibashiri: (Fire Element: Racing Fire)

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: A Fire technique in which the user shoots out two streams of fire along each side of the user towards a group of enemies in which encircles around the enemy creating a wall of fire.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: ---
Description: The user first performs the handseals that they need. Then they slam their hands together as the user concentrates along the heat around them. Focusing their chakra, two streams of fire is launched from the user, one along the left, and another along the right. These streams shoot off towards multiple enemies. The user is capable of creating streams of fire within the distance of fifty meters, encircling enemies within twenty-meter radius. The fire is two meters in width as the height reaches up to five meters in the air as it spins violently trapping those within. This type of fire is used as an encasing Jutsu, capable of trapping the opponents inside using intensive heat for the enemy. This type of fire when first learned the user is capable of just encircling the enemies as the speed of the fire entraps the enemies within. When the user learns the "B" Rank version of this technique the user is capable of enclosing the Fire to burn the enemies within a ring of fire as it ends. This process takes one turn to do. This technique is also capable of being used to shoot out a ring of fire towards the opponents if the user wishes.

The Ryuugan saw all... "Three through the front, two through the back..." Biting his thumb Solus would slice his hand past a seal on his forearm, leaving a bloody trail over his raven tattoo. A raven would poof into existence on his shoulder. "Follow those two!" He ordered the bird, pointing at the fugitives coming through the back. "On it!" The bird would yell in reply, soaring into the sky.

"Time to take those three out! Come on!" He would speak to himself and the Gennin. Spurring into action he would run down the side of the building, using chakra to stay glued to the construct. Forming handseals and the Genmaster would sprint down as lighting would form around the tip of his finger. Twenty meters would be the direct distance between the Kazeraikou and his first victim, shooting out a bolt of lightning aimed at the one who was performing the fire technique. The bolt would immediately jolt to the closest opponent standing next to mr Fire, and from there to the last one. Forming more handseals the Genmaster would prepare to do even more.

Ichiren Raikou (Chain Lightning)

Effect: Release a devastating lightning stream that can chain up to the maximum of three opponents.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: Must be standing in place to perform.
Description: After forming the last handseal, a stream of lightning will release in front of the user's hand and chain through the user's targets. The lightning is weaker after it chain through every opponent, the first opponent receive the full damage(B rank damage)of it, the lightning is still quite powerful when it touches the second opponent(C rank damage) but is not really powerful when it hits the last target(D rank damage). The lightning travels at the speed of 45 meter/second so it is quite hard to avoid. The first target must be in front of the user and the angle that ordinary human eyes can see when the lightning is released. The lightning can travel up to 30 meters so the distance between the user and the first target, the distance between the first target and the second target and the distance between the second target and the third target must be within the traveling range of the lightning for the jutsu to work. This jutsu has a radius of 40 meters, with the user being the mid-point of it; the lightning will not make it out of the radius. The user must hold the last handseal for the duration of the jutsu.

Hrm, irritating.

The clone burst within moments, the kikaichu flying into the air, forming a thick cloud in the skies, bugs beginning to rain, redirecting their fall towards the three rebels. After holding the seal of the tiger. a single bug flew from his fingertip hovering in the air. Chakra begun its flow from feet and leg into the ground, the body of the Kouba slowly submerging, becoming one with the earth. The bug landed on the ground above Katsumaru, not to find the location of an opponent, but to know whether the ground above him had been burned, or if re-emerging shall allow for a safe passage. If the male kikai senses it no more, then it is crushed.

The kikaichu continued to rain from the clouds in the skies, their target the three assaulting rebels.

Kikaichu Tracking (Destruction Bug Tracking)[10 TP]

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Allows the user to find a female kikaichu by covering it in a small amount of chakra and sending it towards an opponent. The kikaichu will land and remain motionless while emitting a scent that the male kikaichu can smell as well as allowing the user to understand the location through the chakra.
Special: Tiger handseal to cover the bug in chakra; then launching the bug at the opponent without their knowledge.
Drawback: If the opponent discovers the bug, they can remove it, giving off a false information to the person using it as a tracking device.
Description: The user performs the Tiger handseal to cover the female kikaichu in chakra. The bug then flies off towards the opponent, moving stealthily to avoid detection. It is very small and difficult to see. Once it has landed on the opponent, the user can use both the chakra and the scent that it excretes to the males of its kind to allow the user to always be able to track the opponent.

Doton - Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu (Double Suicide Decapitation Technique)[10 TP]

Skill: NinJutsu / TaiJutsu
Effect: A technique where the user hides within the ground for a brief moment to surprise attack the opponent from under ground.
Special: ---
Drawback: ---
Description: The user takes the time to push into the ground by using their Earth Release. The user pushes into the ground quickly so that to be used against the opponent later on. The user at this point cannot necessarily move within the ground at this moment, but the user does know by feel of when an opponent is right above. When an opponent is right under the user reaches up to take the opponent and drag them back down to the ground in one fell swoop without movement or notice. The opponent is unable to move for one post and the user is capable of slamming out of the ground with one movement.
Limit: Needs the Earth Release

Mushi Ame no Jutsu (Bug Rain Technique)[30 TP]

Effect: Creates a cloud of kikai far above the battle ground that will be left alone. When the user wills it, it will begin to slowly drop the kikai contained within the cloud, causing it to "rain" the bugs, whom, if they fall near or onto the opponent, will begin to attack.

Hirihi would flinch, only a little, as she would watch the explosion at the back door where she had been close by. She felt the heat from the explosion, and saw the bodies of a few of the rebels fall limp to the ground. They seemed to have forgotten that they had set the trap for those that might try and invade their home. Hirihi was crouched, ready to follow them when she heard the Chuunin cry out that she was needed over there. The rebels that were in her eyes seemed to be followed by a raven that had been summoned by the Chuunin.

He knows what he's doing... He's at his rank for a reason.

Hirihi would turn to see that the three of the braver rebels had gone straight for Katsumaru. She wasn't sure if he could handle himself, but she knew that he wouldn't go down. Not here. He was strong willed. And, these were mere civilians acting out. They could easily be handled without a problem. Running forward, her eyes dimming to the dark red, she approached the three rebels that were assaulting him from a different angle. She kept her eyes moving to make sure she didn't step in the way of the Chuunin, stopping within ten meters of the rebels and targeting the one that had created the wall of fire around Katsumaru.

Coming to a stop, hands blurred as she made a series of handseals, her shadow would come to life and split in two directions. The first would attempt to grapple the shadow of the one that had cast the wall of fire, the second going to the rebel to the left of him, hopefully ensuring that she would ensnare at least one of her targets.

Kagemane no Jutsu, 影真似の術 (Shadow Imitation Technique)
"Learned Four Times - 25 Meters"
Rank: "C", "B", "A" Rank
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: The signature move of the Nara family, this jutsu allows the user to control their own shadow and merge it with their opponent's shadow, combining them. This links the movements of the user with the target; the target is subsequently forced to make any movement the user makes. It is an extremely versatile technique, as the user can contract and change the shape of their shadow, potentially grabbing multiple targets at once. The degree to which the user's shadow can be stretched is limited by its total surface area.
Special: "Hanseals"
Drawback: Must Be Learned Multiple times in order to truly achieve something grand. Must hold Rat hand seal until the technique connects with the targets shadow.
Description: Using the shadows of other objects, the user can extend their shadow beyond its normal range. The amount of time for which an opponent can be held is limited by the user's chakra, since the user must constantly maintain the jutsu. The jutsu is also more difficult to maintain at greater ranges or for multiple opponents, since the user's shadow must be stretched constantly. At closer ranges, it requires considerably less effort on the user's part. Additionally, the target can force their way free with enough effort, though the amount of effort required to do so is considerable. There are two tables or understandings for this technique that consists of the Difficulty class of the User as well as the Opponent, and as to how far the user is capable of using this technique. When first learned the user is only capable of using this technique at a distance of Ten meters. Each higher Rank archived, the user is capable of extending the shadow another five meters. The user must first however, learn each rank a certain amount of times before then next rank is obtainable. The C rank version must be learned five times total. At which point the ditance is upgraded to "B" Rank training and now extends ten meters each time trained. This version must be learned 3 times total. The "A" Rank version, extends the range to Seventy meters, and every additional "A" Rank training extends it another ten meters. This technique caps out at 100 meters. The user is capable of making their shadow split and by doing so takes up the distance of the total form of the original technique. This means that if a user has this technique to where they can use thirty meters and wishes to make this technique split to three shadows the maximum distance is ten meters per shadow.

Difficulty on Escaping: Escaping the Kagemane is a tricky art for some, easier for others. Depending on your Stamina and Difficulty class depends on how well the opponent can escape the Kagemane. The Kagemane is held for a Certain time frame depending on Rank of the technique learned. "C" Rank can be held for 18 seconds before it breaks no matter what. "B" Rank 36 seconds, "A" Rank 54 Seconds. For every difficulty class the user is above the opponent, add another five seconds. If the opponent for every difficulty class above th user, subtract five seconds. If the Opponent captured is a Taimaster, subtract 15 seconds additionally. If the opponent is a Tai specialist, subtract 5 additional seconds. If the opponent is a Taijutsu No specialist, leave it as is. After doing the math, the amount of turns held will be apparent.

Tasukeru (Seeing Life)

Skill: Doujutsu
Effect: Allows a full three hundred and sixty (360) degree field of vision and some predictability to physical attacks. Unlike Byakugan, the user sees life in its normal colors during this tech, no details spared. Signs of life, thermal readings and X Ray vision is near perfect. Can also read a determine the difference of a regular shinobi to that of one with a bloodline or if they house any foreign presence by the different chakra waves displayed when observed through Tasukeru. This does not mean one knows the BL right away. Must have encountered the BL before in order to know exactly who they are. The ‘C’ ranked version grants the user up to 50 meters of observing. Each new rank for the Jutsu will add 50 more meters. This can be trained multiple times after all the ranks are achieved in order to add 50 meters onto one’s total. Each extra training is worth an S ranked training.
Special: Although one is born with this jutsu, one must activate the eyes through training.
Drawback: Heavy chakra drain over time, especially when multiple phases of the Tasukeru are accessed. While Taijutsu can be predicted, the Onigami are not designed to have fast twitch muscles. As such, perfect blocking simply won’t happen all the time.
Description: Summoned through will, the scarlet eyes of the Onigami will grow a very vibrant neon red and all life becomes theirs to fully observe. Once activated, the user has a three hundred and sixty (360) degree field of vision, as well as the ability to see into other people’s bloods. For those allied to an Onigami, this jutsu is revered for making the Onigami known as the ultimate scouts.

"Keep running, Shit a Raven? Stop and kill it" The Leader would yell. A rookie mistake a best, Why would you stop when your being chased? It didn't matter he didn't see any pursuers other than that damned bird. He and his other companion would make handseals getting ready to fire at the bird. He wanted to save his chakra for something else, his one and only trump card at that. 2 streams of lighting were shot at the bird. These bolts were being directed at the body and wings of the bird. They'd were attempting to clip the bird to stop it from flying.

Meanwhile back at the burning building the three brave rebels were pretty much screwed. Mr. Fire and one other died instantly from the lightning strike while the other was paralyzed. He'd drop to the ground trying to move but couldn't. If the shinobi chose to save him, They could later intterogate him but if they chose to leave him there then he'd burn. "HELP ME, I CAN'T MOVE AND THIS PLACE IS BURNING, I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS, ALL I WANTED WAS PEACEFUL RESOLVE!" The paralyzed rebel would yell.

His bolt had worked, jumping off the building the Genmaster would aim one arm at the moving opponent and fire bandages, wrapping around his opponent and restricting all forms of movement, including handseal creation. Last he wanted was this apparently paralysed opponent launching a surprise attack. Landing next to his prisoner he would fall into a crouching stance and use one hand to lift the man's head. Bending over he would place a light kiss on the man's mouth, shooting chakra into the man's brain and knocking him out. Slinging his package over his back the Genmaster would speak up. "That was a purely professional move, don't think anything of it... No better, it did never happen, savvy?" He had not rescued this man from the pyre out of compassion, far from. Though a fiery death would have been fun to watch, Solus felt more in the mood for a bit of torture today, and this guy seemed like the perfect subject to work his skills on.

Glancing a look over the other two men he would asses their condition. They were dead, that's for sure. "My hands are occupied with this guy, quickly search those two casualties for any useful items or crime evidence. After that, we go to the location of that bird." He spoke, pointing to the raven that was flying over the roofs a few meters in the distance. Once the Gennin had done their business he would make a 'continue'- gesture and start running towards the bird's location, carrying his unconscious captive over his shoulder.

Follow these guys, yeah right, as if I am some courier boy. The raven thought, keeping an eye on the two figures but also keeping enough height to maintain a direct line of sight with his summoner. The men would throw two lighting bolts, but at the last moment the bird would retract his wings and dive under the bolts. Surely, these humans knew that hitting a flying bird with something that obvious was nearly impossible. Certainly a bird that had the intelligence of an intelligent human being. "Hurry Solus, I am getting irritated over here." He whispered into his master's mind.

This does not work on targets that are of a higher difficulty class then the user when they resist.

Drawback: The user must hold the Ram seal for the voice to be continuously projected towards the target.
Description: The user performs the handseals, ending with the Ram seal and holding it. This projects chakra towards the opponent, stimulating the part of the opponent’s brain that translates the messages sent from the eardrum into actual voices. What this can do is create a whispering voice in the opponent’s mind, with the user choosing what is being whispered into it.

Doing so the user is capable of moving about within the ground capable of rising, singing and capable of pushing through the very ground in multiple types of ways. This type of attack may be used so then the user may move away from the very opponent and attack at the moment's notice.

With all the chaos seeming to clear, Hirihi watched quietly as the leader among the group took one of the rebels that was near death and disabled him with a kiss. Throwing the rebel over his shoulder, he turned to issue the two of them an order. Stepping forward, Hirihi's eyes glowing the bright red, she noticed that Katsumaru had begun to search one of the two bodies from underground. Moving to the other body, scanning over the outer form of the body only for a moment before beginning to search his pockets, Hirihi would examine the contents of his pockets looking for key bits of information that could be relevant to their situation.

Handling the dead body didn't seem to phase her in the least, given that she was used to working with the bodies back at the morgue in Konoha. It just was strange to be handling a body that was freshly fried with a bolt of electricity, the smell kind of off-putting.

Hirhi would be the first to find a paper containing intel on a safe somewhere here in the capital. The Paper would be badly burned but it would be enough black ink left on the paper for them to know that the leader had the key. What it contained however wasn't clear as only a few words laid upon it, H a T w Sc. What could it possibly mean? The Shinobi would be loose on time however as the Leader would begin his run again attempting to lose the bird. If he had to, He'd probably over kill it. Leaf Shinobi your running out of time, Dont let the Leader escape or your mission may end up failing unless, You can put the pieces together.

His Genin seemed to have found something, he would sort that out later, first he would have to apprehend the other two rebels. His bird whispered a cry for help, indicating that the opponents had noticed it to be allied to the Shinobi and had engaged. "Take those things and regroup on the location of that raven, we'll leave the bodies to the dogs... Uhm... City authorities." His prisoner still slung firmly over his shoulder the Genmaster would race up against the closest wall, chakra firmly attaching him to the building.

Upon reaching the rooftops he would hop from roof to roof in a straight line to his target. With his speed he should outrun his subjects... For the moment, the fact that he was carrying this amount of dead weight certainly slowed the Genmaster down, so they would be able to catch up with him fairly quickly. Coming at a standstill on the edge of a rooftop the Kazeraikou's emerald gaze would be drawn to the two usurpers. "This is the Konoha crisis control team!" Off course something Solus just thought up, but hey, it sounded intimidating and official, at least Solus thought so. And there was no way these lowlives could know much about Shinobi organization. "Drop your weapons and raise your hands above your head, you are under arrest!"

[Katsumaru]

The kikaichu scurried across the body of the Kouba as he dashed across the floor, and soon on the roofs as chakra attached both feet to the walls and carried him upwards. From building to building he leapt, emotions in a dichotomy of joy -from the accomplishments- and bitterness conjured by his nigh helpnessness when the three thugs assaulted.

The raven was in the distance, but the Kouba pushed muscle and breath to follow. Some moments passed before he approached the chuunin companion of his, standing still at his side. While the genmaster had already spoken some words, Katsumaru decided that it would be best to add to the intimidation.

"Halt. Immediately. Else you will be hunted, massacred."the Kouba spoke, his voice in a low rasp. As the words left his throat, the flytrap closed for but a moment, and as it opened, he stared at the two, head tilted and mouth opened wide to reveal the feral teeth. Several bugs crawled forth from his mouth onto the ground.

Hirihi pocketed the paper that held the valuable information and turned to the two as they were running off to block the two that she had originally intended to follow and stop. Thankfully, she hadn't done so. It would've been a bloodbath, her the only to donate. She wasn't interested in death, only the idea of helping.

Throwing herself forward, her legs carrying her forward up the street, Hirihi didn't take the same route as the others, She had decided to stay among the street where she could manage to at least be able to observe from a closer distance. Once she had caught sight of the two atop the roof, she heard their threats.

"Really... Well, its a name at least." She thought, shivering at the thought of being a foe of Katsumaru's. Running up the building to the side of them, so as to not be too closely grouped, Hirihi didn't feel the need to activate her eyes and examine the two. She had caught just enough of a glance before to know what she needed. Her interest still came from the idea of what was in the safe that they needed a key for. That was her biggest query. Hirihi waited, ready to move on their command or when the two decided to make a move.

The Leader would grin a sinister grin. So Konoha shinobi decided to to stop him eh? Too bad they wont last too long. He'd look at his compatriot and he 'd give him a nod. They would both begin to form handseals to unleash something devilish, Something that really should be avoided if someone didn't want to be killed or seriously injured. It was simultaneously done and with out effort, The Leader would unleash his trump card or was it really his trump card? 2 massive dragons would appear and lung at both Solus and Katsumaru. This leader refused to be caught. Little did they know that the dragons would split apart when it reached the two shinobis. Critical strike would be eminent if they could not do anything about it.

Effect: The user creates a massive dragon of lightning to strike the foe.
Special: “Hand Seals”
Drawback: This technique is extremely loud and unsuited for stealth.
Description: The user forms the hand seals, focusing chakra into their hands. They then thrust their hands forward, releasing the lightning chakra forward. A long, sinuous dragon-like being of crackling blue-white lightning will spring forward from each of the user’s hands, twining around one another. They will extend towards the target at high speed, for a maximum range of thirty meters. When they reach the target they rear up and split from one another, crashing explosively into and around the target, creating a crater five meters in diameter. These hydras cause extreme shocking akin to severe second-degree burning on the target, as well as applying a fair amount of explosive force caused by the generated pressure wave.
