Hyouuryuu Yuki (Drifting Snow)
Rank: E
Skill: Taijutsu
Effect: The user assumes the main stance of the Hyouuryuu Yuki no You.
Special: --
Drawback: --
Description: The user spreads their legs to shoulder width, their main-foot facing forward and their off-foot facing at a right angle to the main-foot. The torso faces the diagonal in between the two feet. The knees are bent to allow quick motion with short steps in either direction. The user holds their main-hand forward, with the elbow bent and the knuckles facing forward. The off-hand comes close to the chest, with the elbow bent and knuckles facing forward. The user’s head faces the direction of the main-foot. This stance allows for quick motions back and forth.
Limit: Must learn from a Gintsuki no Seikou Mai Master.
A dojo setting: A boy and a woman were in a room together. The woman was instructing the boy how to stand properly. The woman was well into adulthood. The boy was young with shark looks and blue skinned. He was from the land of water, a mist shinobi. It’s been a while since he left from there but he did it in order to be in this dojo. He felt he was lucky. The training master was kind and cared not for his appearance and took him in as a student under the art of Gintsuki no seikou mai.
For the time being as he learned and practiced the styles of this form he could stay at the dojo. In order for Tsuyu to learn any of the techniques he must learn the main stance of gintsuki no seikou mai. His master Izumi stood in front of him and assumed the stance Hyouuryuu Yuki to show Tsuyu how it was to be done. Than pulled herself together in a normal position wanting for him to do it himself. Tsuyu would just have to do as she instructed.
The boy spread his legs apart to shoulder width at least that’s far apart he think they should be. Wasn’t really sure for how far apart they needed to be but he took is position with his legs til he felt comfortable enough with the right way. From when he saw her take her stance it seemed like she directed herself in a certain direction. Tsuyu faced his body ward between his two legs. Making sure that it face outwards which made sense as he needed to face those who he would fight.
Bending both of his knees which was said to allow quick movement if need be. Tsuyu trying to remember the words of the master and the way she stood. His body moving to match and mimic her and the way she did it. Extending his right arm out which was to let his dominant hand out forward. Bending his elbow a little forward. With his other hand going over his chest making sure his hands were facing forward again.
Tsuyu than proceeded to ask if this was how it was done. With her saying more or less. Walking over and using her hands to readjust his posture in some positions but most only to bend his arms in a certain way and move his head to where his right foot face. Tsuyu would have to remember the feeling of this stance and stood there take a few calm breaths.
