Eric would pick up a scroll, and would read. There where no handseals to this one and it was one he was going to learn. The technique itself required to set a charge within his paper a trigger, and explosive factor so that his paper would destroy quite a bit. This was insane and put his fire tactics to shame. Thus this is what he would learn. He would read the text of the scroll. He would read the theology behind the technique. He would absorb the information. There was quite a bit of it too. The chakra that was needed to trigger the chakra of the release was quite intricate.
Eric would of course be playing around with this factor, he would already be charging his chakra looping it around itself, twisting it together. He would already be processing the wood element into paper and adding something else to the chakra as he read. He would read a few important notes of the technique especially dealing with the chakra trigger. The chakra would be tied to the user so that the damage output of the technique would not harm the user. This was an interesting aspect of the technique, and from what it looked like a needed one.
This technique will most likely be the one release and technique that Eric will be using. He would continue his read and continue his mold. He would be practicing this tie in with his chakra. He needed to tie in this trigger to a paper creation. Though it would be like a fuse or a wick which he would activate. Though more then that the fuse was placed when he wanted to activate the explosion. This was odd and it felt like he had to read between the lines. He wasn’t sure how this was to be preformed.
Eric would be playing with his paper release chakra, finding those small areas within the chakra that he could place chakra. He would find and map out a general form of these gaps where a trigger could be placed. He was finding the small niches that such technique could be used. He would also read about the chain reaction with the paper. This apparently was an important piece of information. He would read that this chain reaction was the sole basis behind this technique. He would read that without it, the damage output of the technique would be reduced ten fold.
Yet another thing Eric would have to read in between the lines. He would have to figure this chakra chain reaction out. Though the purpose behind such things in these scrolls is usually meant for the user to figure out their own means to produce such effect. Only certain aspects of a technique is written out so that the user, it their knowledge is enough, can produce the correct reaction. And this seemed like it was one of those kinds of scrolls. This was because, he figured, that there were not handseals in this thus he would devise a natural was to produce such a chakra chain reaction.
