Description: A Light Weapon. These weapons do +1 Amour Points of Damage. The Range Increment of this weapon is 5 meters. A caltrop is a 4-pronged iron spike crafted so that one prong faces up no matter how the caltrop comes to rest. The user scatters caltrops on the ground in the hope that the opponent steps on them or at least forced to slow down to avoid them. 1 slot of caltrops cover an area 2 meter squared. Each time a creature moves into an area covered by caltrops or spends a round fighting while standing in an area, they may step on one. If the opponent steps on a caltrop the Caltrop deals 1 Armour Points of Damage, and the opponent's movements is reduced by 1/2 because its foot is wounded. This movement penalty lasts for 24 hours, or until the creature is treated with a First Aid: Healing Hard Check, or they are healed from minor wounds. A charging or running creature must immediately stop if it steps on a caltrop.

Personality:
Nonetheless, he is loyal to all those he’s found worthy. Many could say there seems to be a finesse in his ethereal silence, some form of would-be grace that seems to leave an after taste in those around him. He is not known to cast judgment, nor has he ever actively done so-- at least not with petty intentions. He is a protector of the weak and harbors a great heart that is, almost poetically, incapable of the greatest things-- things one would consider synonymous with humanity. He is by no means perfect, but because of his “Achille’s Tendon”, he may never achieve the personal perfection he strives for-- what he bleeds and sweats for.
As a recluse, he has found various things that add value to his day. Astonishingly, in his heart and soul capers a sense of unbridled wanderlust that seems to go against his design. With adventure, he finds tranquility in the rustic modesty of the struggle for sustenance and the ambiance of nature that undoubtedly exists. He finds a joy in oral story-telling, but in reality he has no real joy in reading. In training there is bliss-- he finds tranquility in exhaustion and solace in sweat; albeit, what he’s forcibly self-interpreted as “joy” is clearly nothing but his own conception.
Yuudai, whom of which maintains a tame personality, is unfortunately prone to devastating fits of rage when the threshold of comfort is superceded by nestling discomfort. There seems to be no bounds to the limit of his strength-- his power becomes exponentially titanic as his anger continues rises unbidden. The placid off-glance once found in his cocoa eyes are no more. Yuudai’s visage takes a feral, his eyes always hunting and searching as if ‘roused by a moon as red as blood. There seems to be nothing but destruction and eerie solace in the wake his deeply seated rage. With time will his rage subside, or until he is overcame by mountains of exhaustion.
Appearance:
When running across a character like Yuudai, you find yourself in a gray area when trying to call him either a giant or a man. Towering at an incomparable six feet eleven inches, he casts a frightening shadow. From atop his crown cocoa colored hair cascades beyond his brow and passed his well defined cheeks. Bold eyebrows give him a frightening appearance--maturing him, making him appear far older than he is. A little below his eyebrows are rich, chocolate orbs that seemed fixed and concentrated on something beyond what anyone else can see. His face is beset with blessedly pronounced cheekbones and with a nose, that at first glances, seems to have been broken in the past. Lastly, His jaw is well defined and his chin is considered prominent. He sports a small goatee that’s made up of a tamed collection of thinner hairs along his entire chin.
As a Taijutsu Master discipline and nature, he has always found it difficult to training anything, beyond his mind and his body. Taking that into account, the ungodly hours poured into the development and shaping of his frame are seemingly unparalleled. Otherworldly dedication beams from between every cut and toned muscle. From head-to-toe, he boasts a figure taunting marble statues with each perfectly and deeply defined edge and crevice of his muscles. The scars found across his entire frame speak of the years of struggle and encounters with fatality he’s had. A surprising variety of them mar him all over, some more densely concentrated that others.
Despite having topped every sort of scale, he still sports a variety of clothing ranging from neutral styles to more, surprisingly, flamboyant or well directed clothing However, his typical wear is often swapped between flashy dress shirts or well-fitted T-shirts. Through the thin and the thick of his wardrobe, everything varies. Some articles are mundane and natural in color while others, amazingly, appear flamboyant in the life that pops from them. What is worn is not even examined on a day by day cases, but only simple necessity. For missions, he dons the traditional Chuunin outfit for mobility and comfort. His headband his worn around his waste as if it sought to mimic a belt.
History
From the day young Yuudai emerged from the womb, in an expected cacophonous mixture of daze, pain and shock, he was destined for greatness that was beyond the comprehension of any unlike him. His upbringing followed suit to any offspring of a vastly powerful, what seemed at this day and age, dynasty. Being born the first in line to the Tenshu bloodline came, with what seemed incomparable, perks; albeit, all the luxuries in the world never truly prepare an heir for the drilling responsibility that would follow-- in Yuudai’s case this, unfortunately, could never be any truer.
The responsibility of the heir would be to unquestionably lead the family, to herald the the bloodline and weather it through all the storms and catastrophes in its path of longevity. The question, however, was: how could all this be possible if the first born heir, the lord in waiting, was incapable of performing even the rudimentary requirements of Shinobi. With the pressure continued to be applied, it seemed more and more so that even the basic commands and abilities to control and mold his Chakra seemed to beyond his grasp and alien to his arsenal. His parents feared that their prince was mundane: ordinary and with no true potential.
This, for a boy who had only begun his first few yearts of schooling, was devastating. He refrained, however, from displaying emotion on the topic. He bit down his tongue and bottled his anger, and within him a feral flame began to caper wildly as he swore an oath only to himself. His frustration and anger fueled the damned flame as he sought to overcome his inabilities, his handicap. For hours would he work himself past the point of exhaustion, for days would he feel nothing but sharp pain as it would day, after day, overtake take and envelop his body.
Finally, from the fruits of his efforts would there be an unexpected talent born within the family of Genjutsu Masters and Specialist: Taijutsu. Where he lacked in Genjutsu, he would more than make up with his physical strength and lucidity in movement. His family took note of just how far the lad landed from the tree in terms of abilities, but they only would support his endeavors as, soon after, he began to set feats of strength and shatter records that were otherwise longstanding and unchallenged.
Eventually, considering his inability to mold chakra at an acceptable level and rate, he would pass the graduation exam for the academy. Like many, he fell into the tradition of squadrons that were led by a more seasoned Shinobi. Despite not being the most favorable portion of his life, he would learn many skills and also come to understand many things that he previously been unaware of. This, however, began a story in his life that he both would cherish forever and disdain greatly.
At the age of 14 he would find his first love, although he was never aware of whether or not his feelings would be returned or objected; albeit, for his own safety, he always convinced himself that it was the latter. Him and a former cellmate would find themselves in a crossroads often, but when it came to a girl of scarlet hair and skin as richly colored as mahogany, their passions would flourish and their anger would rise. Like all beings who stake their claim on this planet, Yuudai had finally reached his breaking point. He exploded into a rage and assailed his cellmate in a disgusting manner. Unfortunately, even his Jounin was incapable of reacting quickly enough to prevent damage from being done. Multiple bones were broken, and after extensive use of medical chakra could they repair the battered face of his cellmate. The girl of ruby hair, from that day on, never looked at Yuudai the same. The glance she would cast the Heir of the Tenshu domain was one of pity.
From that moment on, he fought an urge to communicate and became an extreme case of elusiveness. He would bide his time by making his regiment stricter, more demanding. He would never count until it began to hurt, because from then on is when it would really count. As seasons changed, the distance would not. As more days went by, and weeks turned into months and the months into years. There were only few that he would communicate, and even in a situation where he was engaged there was seldom little for Yuudai to say. Not much seemed to interest him, but it was evident that he was passionate in his training.
As time passed, he would take the Chuunin Examination, and after going through the various exams and tests of might, will and wit, he would pass. At the age of 16 he held two titles: Chuunin of Otogakure and heir of the Tenshu domain. At the age of 21, not much has changed. Yuudai is more of a recluse than ever. Interaction only ever occurs when it an absolute requirement (as per registering for missions is concerned).
