Escorted in further to the Kage chambers, this wasn't quite how she remembered it but then again she had been gone for two years. When allowed in she didn't need the guards to tell her to remove her weapons, despite the fact they didnt. Mayu was...well the same really. A year or two older, still at her desk, maybe a little more professional looking though. This was just a customary glance though. Heaving a deep sigh she took her dagger, kopis, kami katana and the newly acquired Dhampire Blade. She took them off slowly and set them on the back of the chair before sitting and heaving a sigh.
"It has been some time Lady Kage, and as such I have acquired a great deal of information in the times passed." She didn't see Riza anywhere as of late. "The client whom had come to acquisition our services turned out to be much more in depth than let on. It took up half a world away, fighting creature I have never seen or heard before, otherworldly forces, and a spirit of some sort...we survived though. He didn't make it unfortunately, it seems it was his fate to be taken away."
She cleared her throat for a moment, just wanting to get the debriefing off her chest. "I obtained this new bade from the travels, as did Riza a new seal of some sort that I did not inquire about. We did meet a rogue ninja from the snow village, a traitor, and though she did break the laws, I found it beneficial to have safety in numbers instead of killing her right then." Hopefully there had been no diplomatic change between Yuki and Oto in her absence. "We all parted ways, I drifted for a minute and ran into another member of my Clansmen...a-a Hyuuga." The memory hurt, to be shunned so blatantly by one who shared the lineage was like a dagger in her back. "I, in fact, ran into a kill squad from Iwagakure. A Hyuuga made of metal, a man crafted entirely from sand and a dubious individual who shared the same trait as the Raikage Raikou. It gets more interesting however."
"They took my presence as a threat, and though I did not have my headband on, they went on the defensive and seeing how they were entirely outmatched, called in their Kage. The current Tsuchikage is name Godric, another Hyuga, but he goes by the moniker 'The Dark Hand' and has a very...ancient air about him. He smells like grave dirt and brandishes fangs, I believe him to be of the undead or close to. He exerted his presence but I did not back down, and upon a diplomatic understanding I shared with him, and only him, that I was of the Oto nation traveling on official business to cover the fact I was engaging his team of hostiles. He did permit me to shut the other Hyuuga' mouth by force from which I made a tactical retreat and made my way here to the village."
Taking a deep breath, she ran her fingers through her hair and grabbed tightly at the split ends. So much had happened, and still more she had yet to speak on. What else could she say or do? "Godric Hyuuga does not want hostilities between our nations, that much I know for certain. I cataloged all the details of the bloodlines I ave encountered in my time away and taken their chosen releases into mind to better identify them. I will hand over this information as well when you are ready ma'am. How have things going for you over the last...two years?" Silly side conversation.
